"I haven't let you go yet. The woman's voice was a little angry.
Ron and Harry were horrified to find themselves running backwards instead of forward, apparently towards the narrow door of the church, only to be disobeyed by their legs and step deeper into the cemetery.
"Harry, think of a way!"
"Stop!"
Harry used the spell in his busy schedule, but it didn't work, and it was clear that the other party wasn't using ordinary magic.
"Harry, we're not going to die here for no apparent reason. Ron wept with a sad face.
"Listen, Ron, I'll count to three, and we'll cast petrification spells on each other. โ
"What did you say?"
"Do as I say, 1, 2, 3!"
"It's all petrified!"
"It's all petrified!"
This time the spell worked, and the disobedient leg stopped, and Harry and Ron froze in place.
"Okay, Harry, we've made the first step, but how do we get out next?" Ron's expression softened slightly.
"I don't know, but we should be safe for now. Harry said, "Since that voice is the one who controls us to go deeper into the cemetery, it means that she doesn't have the ability to come out and find us." โ
"I can't tell, my cuties. The woman's voice suddenly became vicious, hoarse like a crow's cry, and no longer melodious.
Harry and Ron felt their hairs stand on end, as if fear was going to come at any moment, but they couldn't do anything at the moment.
Suddenly, a warm light exploded in front of the two of them, followed by a lazy voiceโ"Sunshine Flame!"
A sharp wail came from the depths of the tomb, and then it was out of breath.
"Who saved us?" said Ron.
"I don't know. Harry squinted his eyes as he tried to see who had cast a spell to save them, and his wish was soon granted.
"What are you petrifying yourself for?" said Jack Silver looked at the two men in amazement.
"Jack, it's you, thank goodness. Ron breathed a sigh of relief. "Help Harry and I break the spell, we're almost going to die at the hands of that monster. โ
"Not necessarily. Silver said in a mocking tone, "The Crow Ghost Woman does not always have to kill her prey, there was once an unlucky wizard who was turned into a stone statue by the Crow Ghost Woman and used as an ornament in the cemetery for a year. โ
He tapped his wand at the two of them, and the petrification spell was lifted.
"Raven Ghost?" you mean the voice is Raven Ghost? What is that?" Ron asked.
"A dangerous undead-like creature, very rare. Legend has it that a witch who practiced black magic turned into a half-human, half-bird monster, but the legend is not reliable, and she may be closer to the Dementors, so hurry up. I can't kill a raven, she'll be restored in a while. โ
Silver's words made Harry and Ron nervous, and they hurried towards the outside of the cemetery.
Harry and Ron breathed a sigh of relief as they walked to the door and onto the slippery stone path.
That's when Harry finally had a chance to cross-examine Silver.
"Silver, why are you here?"
"Oh, as it happens, I'm here to visit an elder, and she's living here alone. When I came, I noticed that there was some movement in the cemetery. Just come and have a look. โ
"What elders? There don't seem to be wizards living here. โ
"Your message is obviously inaccurate, Potter, at least Bathilda Bassat still lives here. โ
"Wait, I think I've seen that name somewhere. Ron looked pensive.
"In a history of magic textbook. Ron. "Bathilda Bassat is a well-known expert on the history of magic in the wizarding world, and she knows a lot about the past. But why are you here? You know, school is about to start. โ
"Ugh. I want to meet my parents. Harry said. "Ron came with me. โ
"Totally valid reasons, Potter. Silver said, "But I have to warn you. Dangers are everywhere in the wizarding world, just like the crow ghost woman just now, you can't handle these things. โ
Harry was silent, after all, it was Silver who had saved him.
"Godric's Valley is a centuries-old wizarding colony, and the cemetery here buries many old wizarding families, many wizarding families have died here, and it's not uncommon to produce evil creatures like crows and ghosts, and the chapels here have been haunted for centuries. If you want to find traces of your parents' past zร i, then it is best to visit Bathilda Baghat, who has watched many people, including Dumbledore, and your father. Silver said.
Harry was stunned for a moment, he remembered the name on the tombstone, and a desire to know Dumbledore welled up in him.
"Don't worry about making a decision yet, you might as well go and see the ruins of Potter's house, which used to be your home. Silver gestured to a shadow at the end of a row of houses. "I'm waiting for you here. โ
Harry glanced at Silver and walked with Ron in the direction Silver was pointing.
"Harryโlook. Ron said.
Harry saw it. In the sixteen years since Hagrid took Harry from the rubble, the hedges had grown in a mess, and the rubble was buried waist-deep in the grass. Most of the house was still there, completely covered in dark ivy and snow, but the right side of the penthouse room had been blown up.
"Why hasn't anyone rebuilt it?" Harry whispered.
"Maybe it can't be rebuilt?" replied Harry.
He stretched out a hand and grabbed the rusty iron door, not wanting to open it, only holding a part of the house.
"You're not going to go in, are you? it doesn't look safe, maybe- oh, Harry, look!"
It seemed to have been caused by his hand resting on the door: a wooden sign rose from the ground in front of them, and emerged from a jumble of nettles and weeds, like some strange, rapidly growing flower. The gold letters on the sign read:
Lily and James Potter died here on October 31, 1981. Their son, Harry, was the only wizard to survive the Killing Curse.
The Muggle Invisible House was left untouched as a way to commemorate the Potters and to warn them of the violence that caused their family.
Next to these neat handwritings, there are various inscriptions, written by the sorcerer who came to pay homage to the place where the "boy who survived the great disaster" escaped death. Some just wrote their names in ink that never faded, some carved their initials on wooden plaques, and some wrote messages.
Harry saw the latest message, like Dumbledore's handwriting.
"Go to Bathilda Basshat. (To be continued......)
