In connection with the current situation in our country, the CPC Central Committee has been leading hundreds of millions of people to carry out reform and opening up for more than 10 years.

Over the past 10 years or so, China's national conditions have undergone great changes, especially in recent years, when the CPC Central Committee has deepened reform and opening up.

Since the 14 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China is undergoing such a profound change as the transition from a planned economic system to a socialist market economic system, and this cannot but be said to be another new milestone in the glorious history of our party for several decades and an unprecedented great change for the motherland, which has a history of several thousand years of civilization.

This conforms to the development needs of the times and is completely in line with the law of human historical development.

It will enable China to thoroughly shake off the face of shaking off poverty and backwardness, thereby embarking on the road of prosperity and strength, and enabling China to stand among the developed countries in the world at an early date.

Each and every one of us must profoundly understand this point, unswervingly follow the party Central Committee, be the vanguard of reform, and contribute our strength to the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics.

As public security fighters, in addition to actively joining the ranks of reform, we must also be the defenders of reform and opening up.
