Chapter 67: Threats
Voldemort's eyes narrowed, but Silver could still see the evil red glow in his slitted eyes. There was a look of eccentricity on his pale face, which had no nose.
"It seems that after the last meeting, you went back and inquired about your great-grandfather?" Voldemort crushed the skull of an unknown critter at his feet. "Has your grandfather finally told you about that old fellow?"
"My grandfather is still reluctant to mention him, and I know a little bit about the relationship between you and my great-grandfather through other sources. I'm so sorry to hear that you didn't have a great time at Silver'sβ"
"Shut up." Voldemort was poked in the sore spot, and a red light burst out of his wand and struck one of Silver's clay pots, shattering them in pieces.
"It seems that this rumor is true." Silver said, "Why didn't you kill me during the Triwizard Tournament, I guess my great-grandfather left some secret hand on you, you can't kill me." β
Voldemort's snake-like pupils constricted, "Are you sure?" Silver? β
A spell flew across Silver's face. Silver only felt his face ache hotly, and it wouldn't be fun to be struck by the spell.
"I'm sure, Voldemort, why don't you use the Requisition Charm? Try to see if you can kill me? β
"Humph!" In a fit of rage, Voldemort aimlessly unleashed all sorts of spells in all directions, shattering all sorts of useless things in the Room of Need.
Silver felt that Voldemort's mental state was very unstable, and he couldn't even control his own feelings. It seems that his situation is indeed very bad because he is so easily provoked by his own little tricks.
"Closer to home, Lord Voldemort, you didn't risk your life to sneak into Hogwarts to revisit your hometown." Silver said, "What do you want to do?" β
"I want to retrieve my belongings, I hid them in this room of requirement, but I can't find it now."
"Maybe someone took you, it's been over fifty years since you left Hogwarts." Silver shrugged, "The Room of Requirement isn't a secret that only you know, any Hogwarts student could find out. β
"This is impossible, it took me years to find out the secrets of Hogwarts, how could an average student find a room for requirement, and coincidentally steal my treasure?"
"What do you mean?"
"Is it the old man Dumbledore, or you?"
"I don't understand what you're saying." Silver knew that Voldemort had come to find his Horcruxes, and chose to play dumb for his own safety. β
"It's okay if you don't want to say it, I naturally have a way to achieve my goal. How about letting the Hogwarts students die one a day?'
Voldemort said in a threatening tone, "Maybe a few of your little girlfriends will also be miserable." β

"Sit down." Dumbledore landed beside Harry and said. "Tell me about your thoughts."
Harry sat down, still thinking about what he had just seen.
"He believed it much faster than I didβI mean, when you told him he was a wizard." Harry said, "When Hagrid first sued me, I didn't believe it. β
"Yes, Riddle would not have believed that he was, in his own words, 'different.'" Dumbledore said.
"At that timeβyou know?" Harry asked.
"I knew the man I just saw was the most dangerous Dark Magic wizard of all time?" Dumbledore said, "No, I had no idea he would be the person he is. Although it is rare, not everyone becomes a dangerous dark wizard. But because of Richard's connections, I did take a lot of interest in him. I'm going to keep an eye on him when I get back to Hogwarts. β
"As you have just heard, for such a young wizard, his abilities are astonishingly perfected and matureβand the most interesting and ominous thing is that he has discovered that he can control them in a certain way, and has begun to consciously use them for evil. The story of the hanged rabbit and the two children, a man and a woman, who were tricked into the cave, are very telling...... I can hurt them if I want to......"
"Richard. Silver adopted Voldemort? Harry asked.
"Yes, but after Voldemort's fourth year, he never returned to Silver's house, and in his own words, he was independent."
"Independent?"
"Richard. Silver was no foolish wizard, and he had his own ideas for adopting Voldemort. I'm afraid it will take another whole night to explain it clearly. β
"Time is playing tricks on us again," Dumbledore said, pointing to the dark sky outside his window, "Harry, it's really time to sleep." (To be continued......)
