Chapter 54: The Chocolate Crucible with Ingredients
From February to March, the weather did not change much, except for humidity and wind. Harry found it difficult to normalize training with the Quidditch team - the main problem was Ron, who was always in a bad temper when he was training, as McLagan and his two friends stayed on the pitch and watched Ron. Whenever Ron made a mistake, they cheered loudly.
"Harry, can't you just take care of them?"
After another bludge was applauded, Ron angrily said to Harry.
"What can I say to them, tell them that our goalkeeper is nervous as long as someone is watching, and he is playing errely?"
So Ron continued to train in frustration, and the mistakes became more than ever.
As with Ron's Quidditch training, Harry's tracking of Malfoy and spying on Silver was slow. Malfoy's whereabouts became more and more strange, and he chose to go it alone without Goyle and Crabbe. Silver, on the other hand, was leaky, and Harry took the risk of making another polyjuice potion, and he took the form of Antonin and entered Ravenclaw to spy on information, but found nothing.
This made Harry even more reliant on the eerie Book of Darkness. Lately, though, the Book of Darkness doesn't seem to be willing to help Harry much more in Potions class, instead teaching him some strange spells. This caused Harry's performance in Potions class to plummet, much to Professor Slughorn's dismay.
"Probably because you have to retake those courses and spend too much energy. Harry, getting a few more O.W.L.S certificates doesn't mean much, you should put more effort into Potions and play to your strengths. Slughorn said after Harry had screwed up a pot of truth spitting.
Harry knew that his talent in Potions came from the Book of Darkness, so he could only say sorry for Slughorn's golden words.
"Happy birthday, Ron," Harry said after they were woken up by Seamus and Dean who had gone to breakfast on the morning of March 1. "A gift for you. β
He threw the paper bag onto Ron's bed, landing in the middle of a small pile of packages that Harry had guessed had been delivered by the house-elves at night.
"Rejoice and rejoice. Ron said in a daze.
"Great, Harry!" Ron exclaimed excitedly, waving the Quidditch goalkeeper gloves Harry had given him.
"Small meaning. Harry said absent-mindedly, "Hopefully you can overcome the mental barrier on the pitch." β
Ron didn't answer, he was busy unpacking the present, and from time to time he let out a happy shout.
"What a bumper harvest this year!" he announced, holding up a heavy gold watch with a peculiar symbol on the edge. The hands are made of moving little stars, "Look, what did Mom and Dad give me? Hey, I'm going to have another adult next year......"
"Cool. Harry looked at Ron's watch and muttered.
"Do you want it?" Ron asked vaguely, holding up a box of chocolate crucibles.
"No, thank you. Harry, "I just want to go for a healthier breakfast." β
"Chocolate is a healthy food, Harry, I'm hungry enough to eat a horse right now. Ron shoved the second chocolate cauldron into his mouth. Slipped out of bed and started dressing.
"Hurry up, Ron, or they'll run out of good food. Harry said.
Ron shrugged and picked up the third chocolate cauldron.
Harry shook his head. "Come and eat with me, you can't eat enough of this chocolate cauldron. β
As he approached the door of the dormitory, he noticed that Ron had not yet moved, but was leaning against the bedpost. Staring at the rain-washed windows, with a strange blank expression on his face.
"Ron, we need to go to breakfast. β
"I'm not hungry. β
Harry glared at him.
"Didn't you just sayβ?"
"Alas. Well, I'll go down with you," Ron sighed, "but I don't want to eat it." β
Harry looked at him suspiciously.
"You just ate half a box of chocolate cauldrons, didn't you?"
"That's not the case," Ron sighed again, "you...... You don't understand. β
"Forget it. Harry said as he turned to open the door, though confused.
"Harry!" Ron suddenly exclaimed.
"What?"
"Harry, I can't take it anymore!"
"You can't stand anything?" Harry asked, taken aback, as he saw that Ron was pale and looked like he was going to be sick.
"I can't miss her!" Ron said hoarsely.
Harry was dumbfounded, Ron had just dumped Lavender the previous week and hooked up with a Ravenclaw girl, Cecil. Friends to friends, if Ron is a nymphomaniac in this dormitory, then Harry has to take a tough stance, he doesn't want to be Ron's emotional trash can.
"That doesn't stop you from having breakfast, does it?" asked Harry, trying to inject a bit of normal thinking into the matter.
"I think she doesn't know my deposit. Ron said and waved his hand desperately.
"Of course she knows about your deposits," Harry was confused, "didn't you harass her many times in the library?"
Ron blinked in surprise.
"Who are you talking about?"
"Who are you talking about?" said Harry, feeling more and more that the conversation had completely lost his mind.
"Lavender Brown," Ron said softly, his whole face lit up, as if it were shining in the purest rays of sunlight.
The two looked at each other for nearly a minute before Harry said, "That's a joke, right? You're kidding, you know, you only dumped her last week."
"What are you talking about!" Ron yelled in annoyance, "I don't even dare to look at her, how can I get rid of her." β
Suddenly, in a strange voice, he said, "Do you see her hair, black and shiny, satin...... And her eyes? her big black eyes? and herβ"

Save Your Love - Weasley Love Potion.
Hermione amusefully helped Silver unpack the bells and whistles, which contained a chocolate cauldron, "I think this stupid girl forgot to change the package herself, and sent it to you." β
"Look at the signature on the package? Cecil Neuace -- what's the weird name. Silver raised an eyebrow.
"She's the prettiest girl in the fourth grade, Jack. With a look of envy, Michael helped Silver unpack the heaped hills.
"Thank you for your envy, Michael, and if you like, this chocolate crucible can be given to you. Silver said angrily.
"yes, Jack has thirty or forty of these chocolate cauldrons anyway. Hermione said in a subtle tone.
"George and Fred are crazy to openly sell chocolate cauldro......ns laced with aphrodisiac," Silver muttered.
"The upper beam is not right, and the lower beam is crooked. Hermione said meaningfully. (To be continued......)
