Chapter 59: The Crisis (Part II)
"It's good that we were all able to catch up with the apparition class." Ron couldn't contain his excitement, "Harry, why aren't you excited at all?" This is a phantom manifestation course. β
"I still feel like my head hurts a little." Harry said with a frown.
"That damn Malfoy." Ron scolded Harry. "We've learned to apparition, so we'll make him look good!"
"Apparition is not an offensive magic......"
When Harry and Ron arrived at the Great Hall, they found that the tables were gone. The rain pounded on the tall windows, and the enchanted ceiling swirled dimly overhead. The sixth-year students gathered in front of McGonagall, Snape, Flitwick, and Sprout, as well as a small wizard. Harry guessed that it was the Apparition instructor from the Ministry of Magic. He was eerily pale, with transparent eyelashes and thin hair, and there was a sense of unreality, as if a gust of wind would blow him away. Harry wondered if it was the constant shifting and manifestation that had weakened his physique, or perhaps that the delicate form was best suited to disappear.
"Good morning," said the wizard of the Ministry of Magic, when the students had arrived and the deans had quieted down, "my name is Wicky. Tecros will be your Apparition instructor for the next twelve weeks, and I hope to help you prepare for this Apparition examβ"
"Malfoy, listen quietly!" Professor McGonagall snapped.
Everyone turned their heads, and Malfoy, with a dark red face and an angry face, walked away from Silver, who seemed to be arguing quietly just now. Harry glanced at Silver, who seemed annoyed too.
By that time, many of the students may have been able to take the exams. Tycros continued, as if not interrupted.
"As you may know, apparitions and transfigurations are generally not possible in Hogwarts. For this reason, the school specially revoked the magic, and lifted this restriction for one hour, only in the large auditorium, so that everyone could practice. I would like to stress that you should not apparition outside the walls of the Great Hall, and it would be unwise for anyone to try. β
"Now I want everyone to stand up and leave five feet of space in front of them."
There was chaos in the auditorium, and the students began to spread apart, bumping into each other, and calling others out of their territory. The deans walked around the students, helping them get their seats lined up and mediating disputes.
"Harry, where are you going?" Ron asked.
Harry didn't answer. He quickly made his way through the crowd, past Professor Flitwick, who was screaming to find a seat for a few Ravenclaw students who were all standing forward, and Professor Sprout, who was blasting the Hufflepuff students to stand in line, and then dodged Ernie Brown. McMillan, at the end of the crowd, stood behind Malfoy, who was talking to Crabbe.
"Silver refused, it's hard to do, Crabbe." Malfoy said in annoyance, not noticing that Harry was right behind, "It's your turn to figure things out, don't always let me get out of the way." β
Crabbe opened his mouth, but Malfoy seemed to guess what he was going to say.
"Listen, Crabbe, this time it's not just me, you and Goyle have a share, and I can't just do such a dangerous thing!"
"What dangerous thing do you want to do?" Harry said in the voice that Malfoy could just hear.
Malfoy spun around and grabbed his wand with one hand, but the four deans were shouting "Quiet!" There was silence in the auditorium, and he slowly turned away.
Harry's right hand, which was clutching his wand, slowly loosened.

"How?" Ron hurried to Harry and asked, "Did you hear anything?" β
"Just a little bit, Malfoy couldn't have said much of his own plot in such a public place." Harry said.
"And how are you apparitions? I finally felt a little bit of a crispy heel on my heels. Ron said wistfully, "I'm almost on the verge of success." β
"I don't feel it," Harry waved his hand as if he were chasing away an annoying fly, "but now I don't care about apparitionsβ"
"What do you say, don't care...... You don't want to learn apparition? Ron asked, incredulous.
"I'm really not very motivated, I prefer to fly." Harry said, stepping up his pace as he walked into the foyer. "Hurry up, I've got something ...... something"
Ron wondered and ran after Harry back to the Gryffindor Tower, where they were delayed by Peeves for a moment. Peeves blocked a door on the fifth floor, forcing each of them to burn their pants to let them pass, but Harry and Ron turned around and took a reliable shortcut. Five minutes later, the two climbed into the portrait hole.
"Can you tell me what are we going to do?" Ron asked, panting slightly.
"Go up." Harry said as he walked through the common room and into the door leading to the stairs leading to the boys' dormitory.
As he hoped, there was no one in the dormitory. He opened the box and rummaged through it, and Ron watched impatiently.
"Harry......"
Harry pulled out two bottles from his chest.
"This is the leftover polyjuice potion from last time, let's go get some stuff from Crabbe and Goyle, we'll have to get close to Malfoy like them and figure out what the hell he's up to."
"Harry......" Ron shook his head, "I don't want to eat Crabbe's toenails." β
"Just use your hair." Harry said, "Are you going to help me?" β
"Help, of course!" Ron said with a bitter face. (To be continued......)
