Immortality, mana, is the most basic human desire. This idea is a bit of a lower riba person, it can't reach the philosophical category of Yangchun Baixue, what to go to the false and keep the truth, seek self, and be at ease, Chen Qinglang is really not at this level now.

"The path of monasticism is long and arduous, and there are many and complicated places to die, and there are endless words. Therefore, this trip needs to be like walking on thin ice and be careful every step of the way......"

"The beginning of monasticism is the ...... of the mundane Post-Changsheng Pass...... Ascending to the Heavens...... Become an immortal and come to the blue ...... Soar through the nine heavens...... Live with heaven and earth, compete with the sun and the moon......"

Taishangzong divides the process of cultivating the truth into three levels, one is the mundane pass, the second is the immortal pass, and the third is the ascending heaven pass.

Among them, there are three steps in the mundane pass, which are physical training, true qi, and warmth.

Physical training, and the practice of martial arts in the world, the outside of the muscles, bones and skin, the inside of the breath, so that the monks muscles and flesh strong, sensitive, long breath, have a very high combat effectiveness. In this process, the essence of the air, sunlight, food, water, and beverages that people swallow is all refined to strengthen the body and internal organs.

This process can also be called "forging and refining".

True Qi is to practice a special method of practicing Qi, so that the body produces True Qi, when fighting, the breath in the body surges, the power is infinite, and the five horses cannot divide their corpses. And this qi can further strengthen the internal organs, delay aging, and at this level, you can live at least a hundred years old......

The reason for the emergence of this process of "true qi" is that the body has been strengthened to a certain extent by "essence", and it can no longer be strengthened by "essence" alone, so the method of practicing qi is used to refine the essence again, refining it into "qi", and hiding it in the dantian and wandering around the whole body.

This process is called "refining and refining gas" in popular terms.

Warm cultivation is to use the method of "hiding the knot" to enter the qi from the dantian into the meridians, from the meridians into the acupoints, shuttle out, continue to run in the meridians, and then enter the knots and exit again when the next knots are reached......

In the later stage of recuperation, the soul of the mind is strong, and the soul of the mind (the soul of life, the soul of awakening) is also strong, and at that time, the soul can penetrate the brain and enter the spiritual object......"

In the world, there is no cultivator who can live in the Yuan Dan stage or above.

When you embark on this road to immortality, you will never look back.

And...... No one wants to turn back.

If you turn back, the ethereal immortal road in front of you will no longer have a chance with you, and behind you is just the long years that have passed, and the dust that has long since disappeared with the streamer......

Moving forward may be a nothingness, and retreating must be a nothingness, as well as an unknown number of years of loneliness, and the aging and death that will eventually come back.

In this case, how can we turn back?
