Chapter 67: The Bodhi Relic

Those who cultivate the Tao know the time of the day, know the topography, know the cause and effect, and know why a thing is like that.... This joy of 'knowing and knowing' is something that mortals cannot imagine and describe in words.

If a cultivator's pursuit of the Tao is a simple analogy, it is like a foodie's pursuit of food.

Tianshui and Zhang Lie, the two real people, as the top existence of cultivators, naturally yearn for the 'Dao'. If you can understand the Taoism of the Great Buddha Temple, you may have the opportunity to understand everything. It's just that, as the leader of the sect, they naturally understand their responsibilities and burdens, and they will not let themselves have the slightest unexpected deviation.

In this way, there is only room for sighing.

What is the mysterious Tao?

A wise man once said: Tao is the law of the development and change of all things in the world, it is born from nature, and it is the origin of all things.

It's an empty description, but when you really think about it, you will find out. It's not that the description is empty, but the 'Dao' can't be described at all, and to be able to summarize such words is already a god-shattering person.

Even, the 'Dao' originally had no name, and the world saw that everything had its own way, so it was called 'Dao'.

Since everything in the world has a Tao, then how can this Tao be more than a thousands? Everything in the world is interconnected, and these thousands of Taos are interrelated to thousands of thousands of powers......

It's just too much to put into words.

But in the same way, because all things are connected, in fact, these innumerable 'Taos' are one.

Since people discovered the joy of knowing, they began to study and pursue it, and many Taoist systems have been formed today. Unification, that is, envelope, the meaning of collection. Among them, the most dazzling are the Big Buddha Temple, Tianshui Sect, and Huoshenmen.

Adhering to the inheritance of the Three Great Dao systems, Wushan Holy Monk, Zhang Lie Zhenren, and Tianshui Zhenren have cultivated to the realm of the only 'Dao' that is almost within reach.

It's just that it's just the slightest bit, but it's always unattainable. It's like an asymptote that can never really get closer.

"This time the barbarians are attacking, for some reason, I always have an uneasiness in my heart, I don't know the two Taoist friends..."

Tianshui Zhenren and Zhang Lie Zhenren glanced at each other solemnly, but they did not speak immediately.

Seeing it in his eyes, the holy monk of Wushan naturally understood that these two real people must also have an omen.

"Well, it seems that the two real people also sensed it. Now is the time...... "The holy monk Wushan said, feeling a golden bead from his bosom.

The bead is only the size of a thumb, and I don't know what it is. There are vague lines on its shell, but there are no other astonishing anomalies. Although there was no vision, Tianshui Zhenren and Zhang Liezhen's eyes widened suddenly.

Bodhi relics.

According to legend, it is the finger bone of the Buddha, which contains a trace of the Buddha's power. It helps people to be wise and pure, and to understand the Dharma.

This Bodhi relic is the certificate token of the abbot of the Big Buddha Temple, passed down from generation to generation. It's like a jade seal for an emperor.

"My Buddhism is the most important cause and effect, because this Bodhi relic contains a trace of the power of the Buddha, it is very suitable to use this thing for divination......" Wushan Monk gently stroked the relic, although there was no reluctance on his face, but it was clearly reluctant.

"The reason why this Bodhi relic is precious is that it contains the only trace of Buddha's power in the world.

This trace of Buddha's power will dissipate once it is used,

Although he was able to directly perceive the power of the Buddha and help him become a true Buddha, the abbots of the past generations did not use it until his death......

Although they did not realize that they had become Buddhas of all people, they became Buddhas of their own. The holy monk Wushan said sentence by sentence.

With the words of the holy monk Wushan, the originally ordinary Bodhi relics began to emit a blazing golden light.

Tianshui Zhenren and Zhang Lie Zhenren clasped their hands together, not to bow to the Buddha but to the holy monk Wushan. With their current status, they originally only needed to practice the rites of a Taoist, but at this moment, they recognized this peerless holy monk from their hearts.

There are some things that the holy monks of Wushan did not say, but they could sense and perceive them.

It is true that the Bodhi relics contain a trace of the power of the Buddha, but it is too little, and because of this, the holy monk did not intercept the slightest use for comprehension.

Such a state of mind cultivation is difficult for Tianshui Zhenren and Zhang Lie Zhenren to ask themselves.

At the same time, the Big Buddha Temple, the Giant Buddha Cave, and the nameless scriptures in the Buddha's palm were shining brightly. This golden light even penetrated the mountain, reflecting the entire Big Buddha Temple with golden brilliance.

"Master Wukong, what's the matter?" asked the Zen master sitting on the throne with a curious face.

"Didn't you see and feel it, this is the glorious ...... of the Dharma being promoted," said Wukong with a slight smile.

"Look, it's the Buddha who has appeared..."Outside the Buddha hall, a believer who made incense was full of excitement and excitement on his face. With him went mad there were other pilgrims. They fell to their knees and kowtowed.

Everyone fell to their knees, except for a young girl who stood there in a daze, as if she had not reacted from the shock.

"Yan'er didn't kneel down yet. She was suddenly pulled to the ground by one of the staff members next to her.

"Bow with your hands folded like I did. The outsider urged anxiously, sweat pouring from his face. He never wanted his daughter to be hurt. In his consciousness, angering the gods is a great sin, and he will be punished by heaven.

This golden light comes and goes quickly. It's just a few breaths of time.

Only when the golden light dissipated for a moment did the pilgrims rise from the ground.

"Look, it's the woman, she didn't bow down to worship the gods......"

"Let's go... Let's get away from her, lest we be affected by the damnation..."

"It's great if the family has money, even the Buddha doesn't bow down, tsk, wait for the damnation of God..."

"It's just that if you have a little money, you don't know how many catties and taels you have, and even the Buddha dares to be disrespectful..."

"Isn't it just a better way to wear it, a little younger and more beautiful? No matter how beautiful she is, who would dare to marry? In case of heaven's curse......

"Look, look, there's a master walking towards her..."

"I think it's her actions that have angered the master, and she will be kicked out of the temple..."

Seeing the master on the opposite side coming, the sweat on the face of the staff member became more and more, and it almost flowed down his face like a river.

"Master, the little girl is young and doesn't know how to count, please ......" he stammered a little.

The master smiled and reached out to stop his words.

"Look, the master won't let him explain... It must be angry, how dare you disrespect the gods...", a man's voice was filled with irrepressible excitement.

"How do I see that the master doesn't look angry? You see he's still smiling—" retorted softly.

Naturally, he heard the chatter, and he felt his heart almost jump to his throat.
