Chapter 273: Dragon and Tiger Mountain, Heavenly Master's Mansion

The reason why Longhu Mountain is famous is that it depends on its beautiful landscapes, and secondly, it benefits from the influence of the location of the ancestral court of the Taoist Heavenly Master, and there are poems and clouds of Zuohe River: "The blue water Danxia is located in the tiger dragon, and the cave is blessed and the hidden immortal court is hidden." The pen %fun %pavilion www.biquge.info Daoling even though the gods are far away, still let the demons fear the murderer. ”

When people mention Taoism, they often think of Longhu Mountain, which is known as the "Taoist capital". Longhu Mountain is one of the 72 blessed lands of Taoism, and it is the "ancestral garden" of Taoism.

After Zhang Daoling cultivated the Tao and alchemy in Longhu Mountain, from the end of the Han Dynasty to the fourth generation of the Heavenly Master Zhang Shengshi, the successive generations of Heavenly Master Hua lived here, guarded the Dragon and Tiger Mountain to find immortals, sat on the Qing Palace to perform and teach, lived in the Heavenly Master's Mansion self-cultivation, hereditary Taoism 63 generations, Yishi followed the more than 1800 years, they were all worshiped and canonized by the feudal dynasties of the past dynasties, the official to the first grade, the most extremely popular ministers, the formation of the Chinese cultural history inheritance hereditary "South Zhang and North Confucius (Master)" two families.

The Shangqing Palace and the Han Dynasty Heavenly Master's Mansion have been given silver countless times by the previous dynasties, and have been expanded and repaired countless times, and the construction area, scale, layout, quantity, and specifications of the palace have created the most in the history of Taoist architecture.

In its heyday, Longhu Mountain has more than 80 Taoist temples, 36 Taoist temples, and several Taoist palaces, which is worthy of the name "Taoist capital" and the world kingdom of Taoist priests.

When Taoism flourished in the Longhu Mountain area, there were ten Taoist palaces, eighty-one Taoist temples, fifty Taoist temples, and ten Taoist nunnery, and its prosperity can be seen.

However, since the Han Dynasty to the present, Songhai is commonplace, most of the palaces have long been abandoned, and the only preservator is the Heavenly Master's Mansion.

The Heavenly Master's Mansion is like a "fairy mansion" that has been inherited for more than a thousand years, the rise and fall of dynasties alternately, in the wind and rain, it stands to this day, itself is a miracle!

Among the three religions that have been continuously passed down in our country to this day, Taoism originated from Huang Lao and is the state religion; Confucianism originated from Confucius and Mencius and is the official religion; Buddhism was born in ancient India and is a foreign religion, and only the Wudou Rice Religion really comes from the people.

The Five Bucket Rice Sect is the predecessor of the Heavenly Master Dao.

At the same time, what Ye Chao and the world admire the most is it - from the folk!

Important things, at least three times, yes, it comes from the people! from the people! from the people!

It is not a state religion, it is not an official religion, it is not a foreign religion, it is a folk sect.

Longhu Mountain is an ancestral garden.

It is said that at the beginning of the Eastern Han Dynasty, Zhang Daoling practiced the Nine Heavens Divine Pill here, the descendants of the Zhang family inherited sixty-three generations in Longhu Mountain, after more than 1,900 years, it is the longest sect of one surname in our country, and it is highly respected by the Tartars of the Yuan Dynasty, and was once the official title of Kublai Khan, the ancestor of the Yuan Dynasty (equivalent to the official position of the prime minister), and the Heavenly Master's Mansion is called "the prime minister's house in the Dragon and Tiger Mountain".

The Prime Minister of the Mountains!

In history, there was once a prime minister in the mountains, and he was Tao Hongjing during the Liang period of the Southern Dynasty.

Tao Hongjing lived in seclusion in Maoshan and could not be hired repeatedly, and Emperor Wu of Liang often asked him for advice on national affairs, and people called him "the prime minister of the mountain".

Nowadays, the hegemony of the six dynasties has become an oath to water, and the famous mountain is still surnamed Tao.

Let's talk about the Dragon and Tiger Mountain Heavenly Master's Mansion.

The building craft group of the Heavenly Master's Mansion, the whole house is composed of the house gate, the lobby, the back hall, the private house, the library, the garden, the altar of the Ten Thousand Laws, etc., covering an area of more than 40,000 square meters, in the layout and style to maintain the distinctive characteristics of Taoism and Shinto cohabitation, it is a palace-style Taoist ancient building complex, by the mountains and rivers, the scale is grand, the momentum is extraordinary.

The gate of the house sits in the north and faces the south, tall and wide, standing facing the river, and the momentum is majestic. In the middle of the courtyard in front of the door is inlaid with the Bagua Taiji diagram.

A pair of pillar-hugging couplets on the door of the house: "The fairy guest on the Qilin Palace, the prime minister's house in the Dragon and Tiger Mountain", was originally written by Dong Qichang, a great painter and a great calligrapher in the Ming Dynasty, vividly expressing the double prominent status of the heavenly masters of the past dynasties who are both "immortals" and "prime ministers".

The couplet of the two doors is written as "The Tao is high and the dragon and the tiger are subdued, and the virtue is heavy and the ghosts and gods are in Qin", which shows the historical fact that the heavenly masters of the past dynasties have made the dragon and tiger also subdued, and the ghosts and gods are also in the qin, and also shows that the catechism and canons have strict requirements for believers to cultivate the Tao and cultivate virtue.

Enter the second gate, inside is the courtyard, the bell tower, the drum tower is firmly located in the west and east of the road, the bell tower is cast in the eleventh year of Yuan to Zheng (1351 AD), it has been 650 years old from now, the bell is one zhang long, the middle circle is one zhang eight feet, the lip thickness is three inches and nine minutes, and it weighs 9999 pounds.

Over the bell, the drum tower, the oncoming is the newly erected Jade Emperor Palace, the hall is a heavy eaves rest mountain style building, covers an area of more than 600 square meters, is the largest and highest palace in the house. The hall enshrines the Jade Emperor with a height of 9.999 meters, the golden boy and the jade maid stand left and right, and the twelve heavenly monarchs such as Deng, Xin, Zhang, and Tao are enshrined on both sides.

Eight golden dragons fly and dance, and the whole hall shows the strictness of the heavenly court on earth, which makes people suddenly feel that "Houmen is as deep as the sea". There is a stele corridor on the west side of the Jade Emperor Palace, and there are many steles left by the past dynasties, the most famous of which is the great calligrapher Zhao Mengfu of the Yuan Dynasty who wrote the "Monument to the Great Master of Xuanjiao Zhang Gong", which has a history of more than 680 years.

The full text of this monument is more than 2,000 words, and it has high calligraphy artistic value. In the Heavenly Master's Mansion, many strange flowers and famous trees are planted to increase the beautiful color, implying the fairyland, and it belongs to the type of both mountain light and water color.

After entering the three gates, you will enter the private section of the Heavenly Master's Mansion.

On the left and right of the courtyard wall at the entrance is the couplet of "the unparalleled land in the south, the first in the Xijiang". The upper end of the horizontal batch of "Xiangguo Immortal Mansion" shows the historical status of the Heavenly Master's Mansion that presides over Jiangnan Taoism.

The Heavenly Master Hall was originally called the Three Provincial Hall, which was composed of three halls in the front, middle and back. The front is the hall, the middle is the living room (also known as the fox fairy hall), and the back is the inner house of the heavenly master.

There is a round emerald green plate stone in the front part of the hall, the name is "welcome stone", it is the place where the heavenly masters of the past dynasties greet and send the guests to stay here, although it has passed hundreds of years and the color is as new, it is also a miracle. In the center of the main hall enshrine three statues of gods, under the support of swords, axes and halberds and dragon and tiger banners, the sword is sitting in danger of the ancestor Zhang Daoling, and there is a couplet praising his Taoist dignity and dignity hanging beside him: "There is a ritual to be like, discipline the demons and lose their courage; ”

Standing on either side were his two high-ranking disciples, Wang Chang and Zhao Sheng.

In the back room, the portraits of the thirtieth generation of Heavenly Master Zhang Jixian and the forty-third generation of Heavenly Master Zhang Yuchu are hung high, and the back hall is a Jiangnan courtyard-style building. The left and right open the golden light, purple gas two doors, in the middle of the "road from the void" door to the back hall.

The courtyard is surrounded by buildings, the hall is the hall of the building five, the carved beams and painted buildings, magnificent, the relief carvings are like life, and they are about to come out. The pattern is roughly three, one is the mythological story and drama characters, the second is the cloud dragon and the jade, the beast and the bird, the third is the pine and bamboo flowers, light and elegant, unconventional.

Walk through the back hall, pass through the gossip door, and pass through the Lingzhi Garden. The book next to the door has the couplet of "Bagua Han Universe, Shuanglong Wei Qiankun", the east and west of the garden each build four corridor rooms, neatly opposite, originally the study, now it is the Taoist research room.

There is an ancient four-season laurel in the garden, the tree posture is swaying, and the four seasons are fragrant. The north of Lingzhi Garden is the Edict Pavilion, which is the place where the emperor's holy decree and edict and letters are preserved, which was destroyed in the Qing Dynasty and is waiting to be restored. Behind the book house is a hundred gardens, and a cool residence is built near the pond.

Fish are raised in the pond, trees are planted in the garden, the flowers and trees are lush, and the beauty is edible. Lie here to enjoy the coolness, look down at the water, look at the mountains with a pillow flow, the breeze is coming, refreshing people's hearts. The "Ten Thousand Laws Altar" where all the gods gather is located in the west of the private area.

The main hall is the Sanqing Palace, which enshrines the Yuqing Yuan Shi Tianzun, the Shangqing Lingbao Tianzun, and the Taiqing Daode Tianzun.

The east and west halls are the Lingguan Hall and the God of Wealth Temple.

Lingguan is the god of Taoist inspection, law protector and prison altar, and the God of Wealth Temple is the marshal of Zhao Gong who rides the black tiger Yang silver whip "to the sky to play good deeds, and the earth to descend auspicious", he is the guardian saint of Zhang Daoling Xuantan, also known as Zhao Xuantan.

There are two male and female podocarpus trees in the courtyard of the Wanfa Sect Altar, the larger one is male, and the smaller one is female. It is said to have been planted by Zhao Gou's mother in the Southern Song Dynasty. After thousands of years, it is still lush and vibrant.

The site of Zhengyiguan and Shangqing Palace is at the foot of Longhu Mountain, sitting in the north and facing south, and the place of Shuibei Mountain is open and flat. It is the place where the fourth-generation Heavenly Master Zhang Sheng moved back to Longhu Mountain to build a shrine with the ancestral Heavenly Master seal sword talisman from Hanzhong, and worship the ancestral Heavenly Master.

In the first episode of "Water Margin", "Zhang Tianshi prayed for the plague, and Taiwei Hong mistakenly walked the demons" with "Thousands of peaks compete for the show, and thousands of ravines compete for the stream." The waterfall flies diagonally, and the vine falls upside down. Such a vivid sentence to describe the scenery here.

After the Heavenly Master's Mansion moved to the Qing Dynasty, Zhengyiguan was gradually neglected, leaving only a piece of ruins for people to hang on. Continue to go up from Zhengyiguan, and you will arrive at the Water Curtain Cave and Alchemy Rock of the Ancestral Heavenly Master's Alchemy.

In front of the alchemy rock, there is a stream and a cliff wall, and the ruins of the Danzao still exist, and the footprints of the grass house are still there.

The waterfall of the water curtain cave is falling, like a bead curtain, Zhang Daoling used this water to refine the Nine Heavens Divine Pill.

On the opposite side of Longhu Mountain, there are patches of chestnut forests of Tianshi, which are said to have been planted by Zhang Tianshi himself. The heavenly master chestnut is big and sweet, and it is said that it can prolong life.

Shangqing Palace is two miles away from the Heavenly Master's Mansion, in the east of Shangqing Town, the left embraces Xiangshan, the door is to Luxi, the face is cloudy forest, and the pillow platform stone. Founded in the Eastern Han Dynasty, it was the place where the ancestral Heavenly Master Zhang Daoling cultivated the Tao, and was called "Heavenly Master Thatched Cottage".

At the end of the Han Dynasty, Zhang Sheng, the fourth-generation celestial master, moved back to Longhu Mountain from Hanzhong, and changed the "Heavenly Master Thatched Cottage" to the "Legend Altar";

During the auspicious period of the Northern Song Dynasty, Zhenzong changed the Qing Dynasty. In the third year of Zhenghe (1118 A.D.), the name of the Shangqing Zhengyi Palace, referred to as the Shangqing Palace, the Great Shangqing Palace, is the place where the heavenly masters of the past dynasties worship the immortals, so it has the name of "the fairy city" and "the place where the gods are employed".

During the prosperous period of Taoism, there were 91 Taoist palaces, 81 Taoist temples, 50 Taoist temples, 24 halls, and 36 courtyards, and it was one of the largest and oldest ancient Taoist palaces in China.

It is only one foot shorter than the Emperor's Palace.

China's classical masterpiece "Water Margin" has made a wonderful description of the immortal capital style of the Shangqing Palace, which makes this ancient Taoist palace even more magical.

The whole building of Shangqing Palace is centered on the Sanqing Hall and the Jade Emperor Palace, which is divided into eight doors and four directions. Most of the current palace has been destroyed, but the reputation of this ancient Taoist palace is still prominent, well-known, the existing Dongyin Temple, the good and evil well, the dream bed, the sacred tree and the legendary demon well and other cultural relics and monuments, still strongly attract Chinese and foreign tourists.

Dongyin Courtyard is located on the east side of the courtyard of Shangqing Palace, which is a famous Taoist courtyard of Shangqing Palace on Longhu Mountain, and it is also the only Taoist courtyard that remained in Shangqing Palace until 2013.

Founded in the Southern Song Dynasty, the existing building is the late Ming and early Qing Dynasty buildings, there is a gate house, three main halls, four left and right Dan rooms, three back halls, and one left and right ear rooms. The architectural style is quaint, and there are historic sites such as the "Good and Evil Dividing Well" and the "Sacred Tree" outside the courtyard wall.

Although the contrast between the present and the past, the face is unrecognizable, but the mountains are embraced, the clouds and mist are shrouded, the fairy traces are ethereal, and the fairy spirit still exists.

What needs a special mention here is the demon well of the Demon Hall described by Shi Nai'an in the first chapter of "Water Margin". The Fu Demon Hall has long been gone, but this well is still at the entrance of the palace, the stone fence is still the same, the mouth is like a valley, and there is moss and green grass growing around the well circle.

Standing at the entrance of the cave that "opens in the flood" and looking at the bottom, the bottom of the well is deep, and there is indeed a black hole and nothing to be seen. Where to find the "Water Margin" in "I saw a black gas, rushing out of the cave and destroying half of the corner." That black gas rushed straight into the sky for half a day, and there were hundreds of golden lights scattered in the air."

What makes people sigh is Shi Nai'an's brilliant brushwork, which lays out the birth of the heroes of Liangshan so magically and so thrillingly, that it still involves the curious hearts of many tourists! There are still many humanistic and natural landscapes around the Shangqing Palace.

Along the Luxi River is the forest area of the Shangqing Forest Farm, and a camphor forest on the opposite bank, which is the place where the Red Tenth Army and the Central Red Army met in that year. Guizhou across the river in the south of the palace is the hometown of Xia Yan, the chief college student of the Wuying Hall in the Ming Dynasty, the famous minister of Geng Geng during the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty, the prime minister of the imperial court, was killed by the traitor Yan Song because of his support for the idea of recovering the Hetao, and the tomb of his father Xia Ding is in the south of the Shangqing Palace, which can be used to pay tribute.

In addition, around the Shangqing Palace on Longhu Mountain, there are eighteen Taoist palaces, eighty-one Taoist temples and thirty-six Taoist ruins, as well as the tomb of the Heavenly Master and so on.

Taoist ancestral Longhu Mountain is really worthy of this name.
