Chapter XXVII: The Quidditch Match I

Ryan was completely new to Quidditch matches, and it was clear that what he got from watching the movies was nothing like the real world.

So when the classmates around him are discussing Quidditch, Ryan will have an inexplicable sense of embarrassment standing next to him. However, it was also Quidditch who found a solution: she borrowed a book called Quidditch Tracing from the school library.

This book is not boring to read, and it covers almost everything related to Quidditch. For example, there are 700 fouls in Quidditch, and they all came in a World Cup match in 1473 (what really happened in that game?);

Seekers are usually the smallest, fastest players, and the worst Quidditch accidents seem to have happened to them; Ryan complained. οΌ‰

Although few people die during Quidditch matches, referees are said to often disappear without a trace and only appear in the Sahara Desert months later. (This is Black Whistle being retaliated against)

Thankfully, with this book, Ryan was finally able to communicate with his classmates about this topic as a cloud fan.

Quidditch is an important thing in school, but for a non-athlete like Ryan, other things are important. During this time, he ran to the greenhouse almost every day of his free time to exercise his ability to cultivate and control magical plants. This made Professor Sprout happy, as most of the students didn't like to work with dirt.

Professor Sprout also told Lane that if he could maintain this attitude, he would have no problem getting into his N.E.W.T class.

In addition to this, Ryan also practiced spells and potions with Hermione. To practice spells, they made some gadgets.

Hermione, for example, used magic to create a bright blue flame that could be carried around. Ryan, on the other hand, turned an empty jam jar into a brass handwarmer and carried the flame with him for warmth, and the cold and wet winters in the Scottish Highlands were unpleasant, especially when it was time to leave the room.

The day before Harry's race, Ryan and Hermione decided to go and cheer Harry on, and they met Harry and Ron in the yard. So the four of them formed a circle back to back, chatting and warming themselves with the brass hand warmer that they had conjured.

At this moment, Snape passed through the courtyard. Harry noticed at a glance that Snape was limping as he walked.

He was a little allergic to Snape, so he lowered his head to pretend he wasn't here anymore. Unfortunately, Harry's weak-minded movements caught Snape's eye. He limped over, as if looking for a reason to reprimand him.

"What's in your hand, Potter?"

It's Quidditch Origins. Harry showed him.

"Library books are not allowed out of the school," Snape said, "give them to me." Gryffindor was deducted five points. He made up a makeshift rule. Harry watched Snape limp away and muttered angrily.

"I wonder what happened to his leg?" I don't know, but I hope he chokes on it. Ron gloated.

But tomorrow is the game, and Harry needs the book to relax. After finishing her homework, Hermione gave Harry the copy of Quidditch Tracing that she had borrowed.

Harry read the book for a while, feeling a little uneasy. Thinking of Mrs. Pince holding a feather duster in the library and angrily scolding those classmates who didn't cherish books, my heart suddenly surged with courage.

Why should he be afraid of Snape? So he stood up and told the others that he was going to ask Snape if he could give him the book back.

"You're brave, Harry, and good luck. Ryan said and patted him on the shoulder.

Harry then climbed out of the passageway, and Ron looked at Harry's back and said, "I won't go if I don't go." Ryan and Hermione nodded in agreement.

Nearly ten minutes later, Ryan and the others were discussing a question about how to reduce the number of points deducted in Potions class next time. Harry scrambled through the entrance.

Ryan looked at a panting Harry and asked, "What happened?"

Harry lowered his voice and said, "I just saw Snape's leg dripping with blood and flesh, and Filch drugged him. He also said, how can you keep three heads on at the same time?"

Then Harry paused, and when they had digested the information, he said, "Do you know what it means? On Halloween's Eve, he wanted to pass by the big dog with three heads! When we saw him, he was going thereβ€”he was looking for the thing that the big dog was guarding! I bet with my broomstick that he let the troll in to distract people!". ”

"Noβ€”he won't," Hermione said quickly, "I know he's not good, but he's not going to steal something that Dumbledore keeps in his strict collection." ”

"To be honest, Hermione, you always think that all teachers are saints, but I think Snape did this kind of thing. Ron said unceremoniously.

Ryan interjected, "But there is a suspicion, Snape is the head of Slytherin, and he should know what is in the school." Besides, as a professor at Hogwarts and a Potions Master, I don't think he'll be missing anything. Besides, the last time we saw that dog attack everyone who enters, indiscriminately. So the wound only proves that Snape may have entered the house, not that he tried to steal. ”

"Well, you're probably right. Harry said, "I'm going to bed, and I've got a game tomorrow." With that, Harry staggered up the stairs.

Hermione stared at Ryan, "You really think Professor Snape wasn't a thief?"

"I don't know. Ryan spread his hands and shook his head. "But there is no definite evidence now, and these few discoveries alone certainly do not confirm that Professor Snape has done something bad. ”

After sitting for a while, they said goodnight to each other and went to sleep.

......

The next morning, the weather was clear and cold. The enticing smell of grilled sausages fills the room, and everyone is looking forward to a good Quidditch match and chatting happily. Ryan also began to be happy because of this atmosphere, and he was as excited as he was to participate in the sports meeting in elementary school in his previous life.

Walking to the Great Hall, Ryan found that the others had arrived, and Hermione was trying to persuade Harry, the only unhappy man at the long table, who looked as if he was tense because he was nervous.

"You have to have a few bites of breakfast. ”

"I don't want to eat anything. ”

"Let's have some toast. Hermione admonished.

"I'm not hungry. ”

Ryan walked over: "Exercise is very physically demanding, you can't fly hungry." ”

At this time, Seamus also came out to help: "Harry, you need to maintain strong physical strength, the Seeker is always the one the opponent focuses on." ”

"Thank you. Harry said as he watched Seamus spread a thick layer of ketchup on his sausages (Brits feel like they need ketchup for everything).

It's almost eleven o'clock, everyone heads to the stadium and the game is about to begin.
