"System, you see that I am so pitiful, because I have to complete the task you have asked me to have a major car accident. So, could you please give me some time? ”

"Host, you are too shameless, you are seriously injured by yourself, and you are embarrassed to rely on the body of this system. You deserve it, if you want the system to extend the mission time, don't even think about it. ”

"You're still not human?!Do you have a little sympathy?"

"I'm not, I'm the system. ”

Zhu Zi's serious injury has become the biggest event in the arts world these days.

The members of AKB48 are very concerned about the health of their teacher Zhu Zi, but because the hospital has been under martial law, the girls have not been given the opportunity to visit them.

It was in this context that their new single "UZA" was released.

The release of the single "UZA" was first announced by producer Yasushi Akimoto on Google+ that "the new single will be performed by Yuko Oshima and Erika Ikuta". Later, on September 18, 2012, at the 3rd Guess Boxing Tournament, 16 members of AKB48 who participated in the new album performed a challenging dance performance accompanied by 37 professional dancers.

Like most of the AKB48's singles, UZA was released as a single with multiple releases, including four versions of Type-A, Type-K, Type-B and Theatrical Edition to match the three groups of AKB48. It is worth mentioning that the Type-A, -K, and -B were based on the re-formation list announced at the "AKB48 in TOKYO DOME ~1830m no Yume~" concert at Tokyo Dome on August 24, 2012, so "UZA" can be said to be the first work after the new group was launched.

The album cover of Type-A is Yuko Oshima, who is in charge of the position of the double central member this time, and Erika Ikuta. In addition to the title song "UZA", which is the same as the other versions, and the B-side song "Next Season", which is sung by the members of the Second Army, "Under Girls", the B-side song "Lonely Starry Sky" sung by the new TeamA members is also included.

"Plaid Pattern" was the title song of the previous single, but unlike the music video originally shot by Joseph Kane, this version is a 15-minute extended version directed by Eiki Takahashi. The members who participated in the singing and performance were also different from the previous single, in which the original selection member Mariko Shinoda only appeared in a few scenes of the solo part of the rotation due to personal work scheduling problems, but the screen part was absent during the stage dance performance and plot performed by all the members, and Aki Takashihiro, who ranked 17th in the fourth general election, took his place in the dance for all members. As a result, a total of 17 members appeared in the MV.

Type-K editing

The members who appeared on the cover of Type-K albums include Mariko Shinoda, Minami Takahashi, Mayu Watanabe, Tomomi Itano, Yuki Kashiwagi, Yona Kojima, and Erika Ikuta. This version also includes the title song "UZA" and "Next Season" by Under Girls, plus the B-side song "Destruction & Reconstruction" sung by new TeamK members.

Type-B

The members who appeared on the cover of the Type-B album include Haruka Shimazaki, Minami Minegishi, Yui Yokoyama, Miyuki Watanabe, Aya Yamamoto, Rino Shihara, and Sakira Miyawaki. This version also includes the title song "UZA" and "Next Season" by Under Girls, plus the B-side song "Not a Hero of the Messenger of Justice" sung by new TeamB members.

The album cover photo of the theatrical version is a joint appearance of 16 members of the new single. In addition to the title song "UZA" and "Next Season" sung by Under Girls, this version also includes the B-side song "Road to Adulthood" sung by all the graduate students of AKB48.

The list of members of each song is based on the group list on October 9, the day after the release of the new single, that is, the first day of the new system after the re-formation of the cabinet. All members of AKB48's new system list have participated in the single album, as well as a number of members from sister groups, including 6 SKE48 members, 4 NMB48 members, and 3 HKT48 members.

Among the two central members, Yuko Oshima succeeded the previous single "Flower Pattern Checkerine" as the central member for two consecutive times, and Erika Ikuta became the center of the single for the first time. The only member of the 16 members to be selected for the AKB48 single selection for the first time is HKT48's Sakura Miyawaki, while Haruka Shimazaki, Miyuki Watanabe, and Aya Yamamoto participated in the single "Midsummer Sounds Good!" in May.

Five of the top 16 members who won the top 16 in the fourth general election and participated in the singing of the last single were absent from this year's lead single: Tomomi Kawanishi, Ayaka Umeda, Mai Shiraishi, Reina Matsui, and Sae Miyazawa. Among them, Sae Miyazawa has never been absent from AKB48's other major works since he was selected for AKB48's second phase and participated in the performance of his first single "I Want to See You", except for the single that was decided by the Guess Boxing Tournament, but this time it was the first time because of the emigrating of the sister group SNH48 in Shanghai, and Mai Shiraishi and Reina Matsui were absent because they moved to Nogizaka 46.
