This person is the only sixth Dalai Lama from the fifth to the thirteenth who did not leave a spiritual pagoda in the Potala Palace and was dismissed from his teaching position - Cangyang Gyatso.

And the name Maggie Ami comes from a famous love poem by Cangyang Gyatso.

On the top of the mountain high in the east,

Whenever the bright moon rises.

Maggie Ami's intoxicating smiling face,

It will come to my heart.

According to legend, Maggie Ami is the name of Cangyang Gyatso's lover, and the place where Cangyang Gyatso and Maggie Ami had a tryst was this inconspicuous little yellow building.

At the beginning, Zelang Wang Qing, the founder of the "Maggie Ami" brand, bought it and designed and decorated it himself after learning the story behind this small yellow building, and opened this Maggie Ami restaurant.

For many people outside Tibet, the name Cangyang Gyatso is known for his famous love poems, not because of his status as the sixth Dalai Lama.

Therefore, many tourists who come to Lhasa from other places will follow in the footsteps of Cangyang Gyatso to come here and feel the romantic scene when he is dating his beloved girl.

Ning Hao and Tang Xiaoxiao walked around for more than half an hour before they were finally able to walk into this restaurant.

Maggie Ami's Restaurant has three floors, the first floor is the kitchen, the second and third floors are the dining areas, but the two floors add up to only about two dozen tables.
