Chapter 181: Could it be Snape?
Harry blinked at the two silver-white Patronus that glowed brightly, at the stag and the deer nestled together in the night sky.
"Harry, I can't believe it!" Hermione whispered, "it's incredible that you've summoned a Patronus who can chase away all those Dementors. You know, it's very, very advanced magic."
Harry didn't answer her, he looked at the silver deer in a daze.
His intuition told him that there must be some inexplicable and inexplicable close relationship between this patronus deer and his patron saint! If his patronus was the same as his father, he was a stag, then this deer would be
"Don't!" Hermione seemed to understand what Harry was thinking, she reached out and gently grabbed him, muttering, "You've done a good job, we can only stay here now, we must not interfere anymore"
Harry didn't seem to hear what she was saying, he suddenly turned around, shook off Hermione, and rushed towards the first-floor foyer, his heart pounding, he had to know who had summoned the Patronus.
If both he and his father's patronus are stags, then the deer was most likely summoned by his mother.
Otherwise, it could not be such a coincidence.
That's right, the other party must be his mother, she is not dead yet!
Harry's gasp intensified at the thought of his mother.
In the dim, narrow hallway, he rushed downstairs as fast as he could, he had to know who it was, he had to see his mother
Then, Harry jerked to a halt behind the huge curtain on the second floor.
He heard a voice coming from the foyer downstairs, and just a few seconds before he rushed down, the professors and students who had just been eating dinner in the auditorium all walked out, looking in amazement at what was happening in front of them, discussing in panic.
Harry gasped and spied behind the curtain into the foyer on the first floor, where he saw Professor McGonagall, Professor Flitwick, and Hagrid
There were more than a dozen people in the foyer, but there was no one for his mother.
Would she go outside the castle to save herself, Harry moved forward again to see better.
"What are you doing!" Hermione gasped and chased after her, dragging Harry back behind the tent and said angrily, "We must go back, Harry, you'll be discovered!"
"We can't go back, I need to know, who summoned that Patronus?!" Harry said reluctantly, "I need to know"
"There are so many people out there, anyone can do this!" Hermione looked cautiously out of the tent, and then she grabbed Harry's arm sharply, "Look, it's Snape, he's taking a few of us back to the castle." ”
Snape summoned four suspended stretchers, and the lifeless bodies of Harry, Hermione, Ron, and Sirius Black lay silently on the stretcher, and Blake was still firmly tied with black ropes.
The people inside the castle greeted him, and Harry was dragged back by Hermione.
They returned to Professor Lupin's office on the third floor in silence, and no one spoke.
Harry felt like his head was in disarray, if his mother had summoned the Patronus, where was she now?
Just outside the castle, it was Snape who rescued him, Hermione, Ron, and Sirius, and if he had been there at the time, would he have seen her?
The next second, Harry suddenly remembered the map of the living spot that he had been holding in his arms, and he hurriedly took it out, he hated why he hadn't thought of it.
"I solemnly swear that I didn't do anything good!" Ha tapped on the map of the live spot with his wand, and hurriedly lowered his head to find it.
He saw that he, Hermione, Ron, and Sirius were in the foyer on the first floor, and in fact, almost everyone in the castle was there. Harry's eyes hurried into the castle, but he couldn't see his mother.
"Don't think about that Patronus, Harry! it can't be your mother, it must have been some professor who summoned the Patronus, it just happened to be a deer. Hermione leaned over as well, "Come to think of it, it was Snape who carried the four of us back, maybe he summoned the Patronus."
"Snape?!" Harry froze.
"Yes, he was the only one there. ”
"It can't be, Snape's Patronus can't be a deer!" Harry shook stubbornly, preferring to believe that Professor McGonagall had summoned the Patronus than Snape.
"You should be more worried about Evan and Sirius than that Patronus!" Hermione said nervously, looking at her watch, "It's almost time, why hasn't Evan come back yet?" Forty-five minutes before Dumbledore locks the door to the Colonel's hospital room, and we must get back there before anyone finds out we're missing. ”
Hearing Hermione's words, Harry's thoughts turned to Evan and Sirius, if Evan hadn't caught Peter Pettigrew, then they had to find a way to save Sirius from having his soul sucked by the Dementors
The dimly lit office was silent, Harry and Hermione waiting.
They could see from the map that Professor McGonagall had taken the three of them to the University Hospital, while Professor Flitwick had locked Sirius to the top of the tower. As for Snape, he left the castle again, as if he had gone out in search of something, and Hagrid was with him.
Harry immediately became nervous, what were they looking for, could it be his own mother?!
They approached the Forbidden Forest, and a few minutes later, Harry saw Aven's name appear on the edge of the map of the Living Spots, and they sent him back to the castle.
Snape didn't go out again, he went to the top of the tower where Sirius was being held, and they didn't know what they were talking about. After a while, Dumbledore's figure appeared in his office, and without pause, he walked directly in the direction of the ward.
"Fifteen minutes left, why hasn't Evan come back yet?" Hermione said uneasily, glaring at her watch.
Harry shook his head, his mind filled with ominous premonitions.
If Evan hadn't caught Peter Pettigrew, they would have to find a way to save Sirius, but Snape stayed at the top of the tower.
With him, they won't have a chance.
As the clock ticked by, Harry clenched his fists, he knew he had to give it a try, and just as he was ready to act, he saw Aven's figure reappear at the edge of the map, along with Evan Peter Pettigrew and Ferenze the centaur.
Harry remembered meeting the centaur in the Forbidden Forest when he was in his first year, and that they had saved him at Voldemort's hands.
He didn't know why Evan was with Ferenze, he didn't have time to think about these things, and they hurried down.
Harry excitedly thought that by catching Peter Pettigrew he could prove Sirius's innocence, and that he would be able to move out of the Dursleys next summer and live with his godfather, which would be the best Christmas present he had ever received in his life.
Then he thought of the silver deer patronus.
If it wasn't his mom, who would have summoned it?
Could it be Snape, as Hermione said?(To be continued.) )
