New Year's discourse
Today is the first day of the Lunar New Year.,New Year,Out of habit,Always have to say a few words.,Of course, this makes up the number of words.,Because the number of words in the text I've updated today.,These words are all from the bottom of my heart to say for a year.,Xiaoyao Jiangshan from uploading to now is officially New Year's Eve.,In this year,You have given me a lot of support.,It's you who gave me a click.,It's you who gave me a collection.,It's you who gave a subscription.,It's you who give a monthly pass.,It's you who give a reward.,It's you who give a review.,It's you. ……?“
I found that I am not a person who is good at saying emotional words, but that friendship is in my heart, and I wish all book friends a happy new year while I wish all book friends a happy new year! In addition, I have to say a few words about Xiaojing, there are a few days of New Year's greetings, so Xiaojing's update may not be so fast, so much, but please rest assured, you don't give up Xiaojing, how can Xiaojing give up you!
Finally, to answer a month's question, some book friends came to ask the question of Jinyiwei's edict, this question has always wanted to say, but first, Xiaojing can't spare time, and secondly, there are also on the Internet, so I don't want to say it. However, many book friends responded that the information on the Internet was not comprehensive, so I had to talk about it systematically, so I had to take some time to talk about it.
Imperial Prison: The "Imperial Prison" as a physical prison (i.e., a place where prisoners are held and imprisoned) is also preserved. On the occasion of the Two Han Dynasty, the Red Eyebrow Army established Liu Penzi as the emperor, and Liu Gong, the brother of the basin who was the first regime at the time, thought that he was deeply guilty, so he "tied himself to the edict" ("The Book of the Later Han Dynasty, Liu Xuan's Biography"). Obviously, the term "edict" can also refer to the place where prisoners are held and imprisoned, otherwise we would not be able to explain this passage clearly. During the reign of Emperor Ling, he sent the imperial historian to "carry out the edict of the prison pavilion department, the wrongs, the original light system, and the prisoners" ("Hou Han Shu, Emperor Xiaoling Ji"), the "edict prison" and the maintenance of local security, the main responsibility of the "pavilion department" for the criminals as the main responsibility, and said that its significance of imprisoning prisoners is undeniable. Many central and local prisons in the Han Dynasty became "Imperial Prisons" because of the temporary detention and interrogation of prisoners, and the nature of the prisons changed and became "Imperial Prisons", such as "Wei County Imperial Prison" and "Julu Imperial Prison".
The reason for the rise of "Imperial Prison" is the lack of classics of the Han Dynasty. However, the records in the "History of the Song Dynasty, Criminal Law Chronicles" may be helpful to our understanding of the problem: "It was originally to correct the big treachery, so it is not common. "The times are far apart, is the judgment of the Song and Yuan dynasties applicable to the two Han Dynasty? In fact, there were words of similar meaning in the Han Dynasty. During the reign of Emperor Shun of the Eastern Han Dynasty, Li Gu, the great Si Nong, wrote a speech on the shortcomings of the electoral talents at that time. Emperor Shun accepted his establishment, "so he issued an edict to impeach the states and enforce the order, and those who were obedient in government and had no benefit to others should be exempted from the official residence, and those who committed felony of adultery were to be punished and imprisoned" ("The Biography of Li Gu in the Book of the Later Han Dynasty"). From the content of the edict, it can be seen that the "edict" is used to picket officials who do evil.
This should also be the characteristic of the "edict", that is, the special objects and behaviors of picketing and punishment. For example, the "edict prison" was an important means of attacking the princes and kings, and the princes and kings knew it and had lingering palpitations, and Liu Jian, the king of Jiangdu, had the complaint that "I am the king, and the edict is coming to the end" ("Hanshu; the biography of the thirteenth king of Jing; the biography of Liu Jian, the king of Jiangdu"). Another example, the "edict prison" mostly involved important people in the imperial court, Zhou Bo when Emperor Wen and Wang Shang when he became emperor, although both of them were once prime ministers, but they both suffered from the "edict prison", and Zhou Bo even had the sigh of "knowing the value of the prison officials" ("Historical Records; the family of Zhou Bo of the Marquis of Jiang").
The second question is Gongsheng: In the imperial examination era, those with excellent grades or qualifications among the prefecture, prefecture, and county students (Xiucai) were selected to study in the Guozijian of the Beijing Division, which was called Gongsheng. It means to contribute to the emperor with talents. In the Ming Dynasty, there were Sui Gong, Xuan Gong, Engong and Fine Gong, and in the Qing Dynasty, there were Engong, Bagong, Deputy Gong, Sui Gong, Yougong and Regular Gong. Qing Dynasty Gongsheng, also known as "Ming Jing".
Engong, where there is a royal or national celebration such as the emperor's accession to the throne, according to the government, state, and county school annual tribute, in addition to the annual tribute, an additional election as a tribute. For example, the imperial court would give a certain number of tribute students to the descendants of the Kong family every year to show respect for Kong Chongru.
Tribute, every year or two or three years by the local selection of long-term students into the country to study, called the tribute, because most of the tribute in turn, so there is a saying of "tribute".
Yougong, every three years, when the three-year term of office of the provincial school administration expires, the students of the province are selected and submitted to the national superintendent, which is called Yougong. There are no more than a few in each province, and there are no recruitment regulations. Tongzhi stipulates that after passing the court examination, Yougong can be appointed according to the county and teaching positions.
Every 12 years, the provincial students who pass the examination are selected for the academic and political examinations of each province and submitted to the central government to participate in the imperial examination, which is called tribute; the selection is once every six years at the beginning of the year, and the selection is changed to once every 12 years in the seventh year of Qianlong in the Qing Dynasty. The quota is two for each prefecture and one for each prefecture and county.
Deputy tribute, the township examination is the examination of Xiucai to raise people, there is no person in the examination, but the results are acceptable, and the tribute students who are directly sent to the Guozijian are taken into the sub-list.
It began in the eighth year of the Yuan Dynasty. The Ming Dynasty was not a normal system, and the Yongle Middle School Examination had set up a sub-list, and the Jiajing Middle School set up a sub-list of the Township Test, and was allowed to be a tribute. In the Qing Dynasty, the Qing Dynasty customized the list of outstanding students who were added to the admission list of the township examination for each province, and they were admitted to the country to study and graduate, and they were called "deputy list tribute students".
Regular tribute refers to donating to the official family to "aid the regular donation" to obtain the qualification of tribute, and it is divided into tribute, additional tribute, and tribute.
After being a tribute, he could theoretically become an official, Pu Songling was a "tribute", and later got a false title of "Confucian Teaching". In the traditional society, there are several levels of public schools, the national level is the national school, the province is the government school, and the county school is the county school. This Confucian instructor is the deputy governor of the county school, and Gongsheng is considered a senior intellectual class at the local level, so he is eligible for this level of "professional title".
The third question: about Bai Juyi's attitude towards women in his later years, after reading it, many book friends said that I am in black and white Juyi, here I explain a few words, Bai Juyi's life in his later years is indeed very enjoyable, these are shown in his poems, Tang poetry is a treasure of China, among many poets, Bai Juyi ranks first with more than 3,800 poems. Among the many poems, the poems about prostitutes account for a large proportion, and they can be regarded as the top poets of the Tang Dynasty. Many of his poems record his amorous side, and according to records, with him huang, A Ruan, Li, Ma, Pei Xingnu, Shang Linglong, Xie Haohao, Wu Niang, Rong, Man, Juan, State, Fan Su, Xiaoman, and other more than a dozen women, and there are even many dusty women, and many poems are left.
