The meaning of this sentence is that every moment must leave a point of thought in the dantian, as long as there is a point of thought. The dantian is slightly warm, the mind should not be too strong or too weak, the fire is strong, the Dan is destroyed, and the fire is weak, the Dan is cold.
Toad light is also the vision, and Xichuan is the umbilicus Kundi. Watch and listen, concentrate on your breath, and your true anger is self-generated.
