Just when Empress Li was drowning in wine, the Northern Song Dynasty, the northern dynasty, replaced the Later Zhou, and was preparing to unify the whole country. In 975 AD, the Northern Song army conquered Jinling, captured the queen of Li, and destroyed the Southern Tang Dynasty. This is what is predicted in the ballad, "The peaches and plums in the back garden do not give birth to flowers, the pigs and dogs are all dead, and the cats suffer from red disease". The peach and plum in the back garden refer to the descendants of the Li family, and the non-flowering refers to the absolute unity. Pigs and dogs are the two Chinese zodiac signs in ancient China, which are opposite to the earthly branches of Hai and Xu, referring to the year of 戌 and the year of Hai. They are all dead, and the year of the year and the year of Hai are over. When the Southern Tang Dynasty was destroyed in 975 AD, it was the end of the Yihai year. The cat suffers from red fistula, and the cat is blind, which is a metaphor for not being able to see the future of the Southern Tang Dynasty. At this point, all the things that were "prophesied" in the nursery rhyme were "fulfilled".

In order to resist the Mongol invasion, Zhu Yuanzhang made him the king of Yan in Beiping and controlled the northern armies. At this time, when he found out that Emperor Jianwen was about to cut down his domain, he pretended to be crazy on the surface, and secretly fought hard to prepare for a rebellion.

At the critical moment of saber rattling, a mad Taoist priest appeared on the street, and he sang along the street while jumping: "Mo chases the swallow, chases the swallow and flies high, and flies high in God!"

In June of the first year of Jianwen, King Yan's guard Ni Liang reported King Yan's plan to rebel, and Emperor Jianwen immediately ordered the troops of Beiping to besiege King Yan's mansion. King Yan booby-trapped and killed the political envoy of Beiping Zuobu and the commander of the capital, captured Beiping City, and then waved his army south, known as "Jingnan" to the side of the Qing monarch. In the battle of Lingbi, Emperor Jianwen's army was completely dispersed.

In June of the fourth year of Jianwen, the army of King Yan conquered Nanjing, and the whereabouts of Emperor Jianwen were unknown, so Zhu Di succeeded to the throne and became the emperor of his dreams. The people remembered the rumor sung by the mad Taoist priest, and then asserted that the Yan of "Mo Zhuyan" refers to the King of Yan. "Goofy Godgi" refers to the fact that King Yan will enter the capital and ascend to the throne. But they may not know that when the Yan King and the Emperor were raising their glasses to celebrate the victory, the mad Taoist priest who spread rumors might be drinking happily inside!
