As mentioned earlier, Li Sheng is engaged in theft, and the person who steals is not low in IQ, and he also has accurate judgments about things, especially for life, and pursues comfort and safety. Pen & Fun & Pavilion www.biquge.info
It has been said that stealers are often lazy and hard-working. It should be said that there is a good and easy work, but the bad work is not necessarily, every time before starting, they have to step on the point, and when they act, they have to wait for the opportunity, this waiting is not something that ordinary people can bear, not only not to be discovered, but also to think about all the contingencies. The hard work goes without saying. There is a dialect in Juxian County, that is, I only see robbers eating meat, but I don't see robbers being beaten.
It is a wooden house similar to a shack in the Xishan Taiping of Ju County, the appearance is very ordinary, and the thatched shed is seen from a distance, but the utensils of the house seen in the smoke eye are not very exquisite, but the meticulousness is not less. The first is the ceiling of the house, in some houses in many normal market towns at that time, you can see the thatch on the roof when you sit in the house. Although Li Sheng's house has a thatched roof, a suspended ceiling similar to the current house decoration is made of white gauze under the roof.
The house also had a large window, and green gauze curtains were installed on the windows.
The table in the room is a table of eight immortals with more elaborate workmanship. Many friends know the Eight Immortals Table, but what does the Eight Immortals Table look like, and how did it come about?
The Eight Immortals travel the world together. One day, passing by Hangzhou, I heard that there was a painting saint Wu Dao in Hangzhou, so I came to visit together. Wu Daozi was painting at home, and suddenly saw so many guests visiting, it turned out to be eight immortals, so he hurriedly stepped forward to welcome them into the room, moved chairs and poured tea, and talked about the sea and the sky, and before he knew it, the sky had darkened. Wu Daozi thought: It is rare for the eight immortals to come, so I want to entertain them for dinner, and instruct my subordinates to prepare wine and food. But so many people don't have a big table. Wu Daozi had an idea, and with a stroke of his pen, he drew a square table. That's just enough space for eight people. Eat and drink happily. Lu Dongbin asked Wu Daozi: "Mr. Wu, this table is very affordable, what is the name?" Wu Daozi thought for a while and said, "I made it for you, so let's just call it the Eight Immortals Table!"
This Eight Immortals table is our common square table, which is a popular style like a round table and a western table. The Eight Immortals Table of the Exquisite Family is also carved with various patterns on the crossbar under the tabletop. The legs of the table will also be carved in the shape of a tiger.
Because the table of eight immortals has four sides, it will also be particular when sitting, and it is divided into upper and lower seats, which is the upper and lower positions that Juxian people say. The upper position is the upper seat, and the person who sits is the most distinguished guest or the person with the highest status. The lower position is second, and then the accompanying seat.
There is a difference between the left and right of the upper and lower positions. When holding a dinner party in Ju County, there is a lot of trouble for the upper and lower positions, and unpleasant things often happen. Therefore, when there are more guests, there is a special person to be Mr. Zhike, that is, the person who arranges the seats.
In the rural areas of Juxian County, there are such dinner parties to invite Mr. Zhike often has to know some etiquette in the countryside, but also know the identity and status of the visitor, and make a comprehensive judgment to iron the seat.
This Li Sheng's Eight Immortals Table is also equipped with eight Taishi chairs with exquisite workmanship. Mo said that this Taishi chair also has a history:
The Taishi chair is a chair, which is an old-style relatively wide chair with both a backrest and armrests. There are two theories about the origin of the name of the Taishi chair:
First, in ancient times, this kind of chair was used exclusively for the official residence, that is, the Taishi's sitting, so it was called the "Taishi Chair". According to Yue Ke's "History of Mu Cheng", the Southern Song Dynasty traitor Qin Hui, one day banquet guests, during the banquet a soldier walked in front of Qin Hui, touting the "merits" of this minister, Qin Hui was very happy, and immediately ordered a servant to send a chair to sit. Joining the army was flattered, and when he sat down, he was at a loss because of his misdemeanor, and suddenly fell his head, revealing his scarf ring. The servant immediately asked the army what kind of scarf ring it was, and the army replied: "Two holy rings." As soon as the servant heard this, he said to the army with a pun: "You only care about sitting on the Taishi chair by yourself, but you leave the two holy rings behind, is it reasonable?" The Lingren's remarks were ostensibly to criticize the faux pass of joining the army, but in fact he was sarcastic that Qin Hui only cared about himself as a Taishi, but he completely forgot the return of Song Huizong and Song Qinzong. The "two sages" mentioned by the Lingren are Huizong and Qinzong, which have been captured and seized by the Jin people at this time; In addition to admiring the speaking skills of the servants, later generations have called the chair "Taishi chair" since then.
The second is the evolution of the "Wentai History Chair". "Wen Taishi" pointed out that Wen Zhengming, a talented son, and the "Wen Taishi chair" was a chair for his daily use. After his death, the chair belonged to Wen Zhengming's great-grandson, Wen Zhenmeng. Wen Zhen Meng was in the cabinet at the end of the Ming Dynasty and was the Taishi of the Chongzhen Dynasty. Because of the sound of "Taishi" and "Taishi", plus Wen Zhenmeng and the official residence of Taishi, this kind of chair is called "Taishi Chair".
This Li Sheng's Taishi chair is also a finely carved work. The back of the chair is made of wood that arches inward. It is very comfortable to sit on it with your waist on top of it.
What made Ruyan more interested was Li Sheng's bed.
