Chapter 108: The Third Contact with a Stray Dog
"We can go there!" Hermione said, pointing to Lady Paddev's teahouse, squinting her eyes, "that shop looks special!"
"Are you sure?!" Evan looked at the teahouse in surprise.
If it weren't for the mention that Akihari had just mentioned, he had never noticed the place before, and it was full of pink, rather girly ornaments with cheesy lace on them, and Evan was suspicious of the shopkeeper's taste.
"Of course, let's get inside, Aven, I can't let anyone think I'm standing alone in the snow. Hermione said, "It's like a cubicle inside, you don't have to worry about being discovered, you can take off the cloak of invisibility." ”
Evan and Hermione crossed the street, and a few minutes later, entered the small teahouse.
There was a sweet scent in the air, the teahouse was small and foggy, as if everything was decorated with frills or bows, and golden cherubs flew above each small round table, sometimes sprinkling pink confetti at people.
The two sat down at one of the remaining round tables, next to the foggy window.
Next to them was a large Christmas tree, and through the gaps in the leaves, a fifth-grader Hufflepuff boy could be seen holding hands with a beautiful blonde.
Evan was a little uncomfortable, as was Hermione on the other side.
It was as if they had just discovered that the room was only one-to-one, and they were all holding hands.
"What do you want?" said a middle-aged woman with fat and shiny black hair struggling to squeeze between the two tables.
"Two cups of coffee, please!" said Aven.
As soon as he raised his head, a handful of confetti was sprinkled on his face by a cherub in mid-air.
While waiting for coffee, Evan noticed that the couple next to him had started kissing through the sugar bowl, their lips glued together, and he wished they hadn't.
Hermione apparently noticed this too, and she turned her head to meet Aven's gaze, and the two of them hurriedly looked away in panic.
The atmosphere was awkward, and Evan tried not to think about the mess.
But his conscious mind was uncontrollable, and he seemed to sense that the boy across from him was setting an example that Hermione would soon want to follow.
He wasn't sure if he wanted to, he and Hermione hadn't gotten there yet.
According to the procedure, should two people confess before doing this kind of thing?!
Evan asked himself if he really liked Hermione very much, and since the other party invited him to this teahouse, did he mean something?
In that case, shouldn't you take the initiative?!
Hermione's cheeks were flushed, very cute, like a ripe apple, and people couldn't help but go up and take a bite.
"No matter, let it go!" A mixture of fear and excitement welled up in his heart, and Evan made up his mind and swallowed.
He leaned forward slightly, reaching out to grasp Hermione's cold little hand, his breathing halting almost instantaneously.
Hermione trembled slightly, as if she wanted to withdraw her hand, but immediately stopped, her face redder than before, redder than ever.
Hermione looked at Evan with a confused look in her eyes, the sweet scent of the air almost stopping her head.
She saw Aven's body leaning over, as if to do something. She tried to dodge backwards, but her right hand was held tightly. Hermione's body trembled slightly, and although it wasn't the first time she had shaken hands with Aven, it gave her a strange electric shock.
Hermione couldn't remember when the boy had run into her heart, maybe it was when the basilisk attacked her in the common room last year, or when she was helpless against a hundred or so Dementors this year, or maybe she was helpless when she faced more than a hundred Dementors this year, or else
Before that, she had heard about the teahouse from other girls.
Qiu Zhang's appearance made her feel an inexplicable threat, Hermione originally thought that this was just an ordinary dating place, but she didn't expect everyone to meet here
Hermione knew what Evan was going to do next, but she didn't have the slightest disgust in her heart, but it wasn't too fast
Her palms were covered with sweat, her heart was pounding, she should have stopped Aven, they couldn't do this, but she didn't have any strength in her body.
Hermione could feel the aura on her as she saw Evan getting closer to her.
The distance between the two people is getting closer and closer
Just as Aven's lips were about to touch Hermione, Lady Paddev came over with two cups of coffee.
The two men hurriedly parted like kittens who had done something bad, and the movement was so great that they almost turned the table over.
Madame Pardef didn't say anything, but the unspoken smile on her face made the two of them unusually embarrassed.
Evan's face was hot, and he turned his head to look at the window.
The next second, through the thick vapor, he saw Cornelius Fudge, the Minister of Magic, Professor McGonagall, Professor Flitwick, Hagrid, and two Aurors he didn't know were walking through the street, and the six of them were struggling through the snow, as if they were going to the three broomsticks bar opposite.
Evan glanced at them hurriedly, and his attention was completely drawn to the two short figures beside them: a large black dog and a ginger cat slipping down the side of the street, Sirius Black and Crook Hill.
I didn't expect Blake to be so bold as to appear in Hogsmeade, and rub shoulders with Fudge, Professor McGonagall, Professor Flitsch, and Hagrid.
Blake stopped, looking contemptuously at the backs of Fudge and the two Aurors.
"Hey, that's Crook Mountain, what is it doing in Hogsmeade?!"
Following Aven's gaze, Hermione saw Crook Hill outside the window, but due to the angle, she didn't see Sirius Black.
"Wait a minute, Hermione, I'm going to get it back!"
Evan hurriedly stood up, and under the stunned gaze of Hermione and Lady Pardgeff, opened the door and rushed out into the snowstorm.
For some reason, he felt an inexplicable sense of unease at the thought of Ron's recent unusual behavior, and although he had a plan, it would be nice to be able to get in touch with Sirius Black before then.
On the street, the figures of Blake and Crook Hill disappeared on the corner, leaving two lines of footprints, one shallow and one deep, on the thick snow on the ground.
Al followed the footprints to the owl post office, which was dimly lit and the shelves were full of owls, at least three hundred, ranging from the usual big grey hawks to small bard owls the size of a palm, and they were crying lowly.
There was no one in the store except for the owl.
Black and Crook Hill seem to have gone to the second floor, where owl postmen are trained to charge postage depending on the distance traveled.
Evan pulled out his wand, there was only one gate at the post office, and as long as you entered, Sirius Black had nowhere else to go out.
He didn't know why Blake had come to send the letter, but it was a good opportunity to get in touch with the other party.
