When the spectacle plate and cutting ring are severely worn, the gap between them becomes larger. When the gap is greater than 10%, the gap between the spectacle plate and the cutting ring must be reduced by adjusting the special-shaped bolts, and if it is no longer possible to adjust, the wear parts should be replaced immediately. The piston of the concrete pump is seriously worn. The operator should always observe whether the water in the tank is turbid, whether there is mortar, once it is found that the water has been turbid or there is mortar in the water, indicating that the concrete piston has been worn, the piston should be replaced in time, otherwise it will lead to pipe blockage due to slurry leakage and pressure loss, and it will also aggravate the wear of the piston and the conveying cylinder.
