It's not a lot of nearly 2 million words, but it's a milestone for me personally, because the longest book I've ever written before was 110,000 words, and then I abandoned it after I didn't get through the application.

This is the first book I can sign a contract and get a manuscript fee, and I have experienced a lot when writing this book, and I have also found a lot of shortcomings and mistakes in my writing techniques, and I have also gained a lot of experience that I don't know whether it is useful or not.

It's a book with almost no manuscripts, and I use the word almost because I wrote it on the fly for 99 percent of the time I wrote it.

In the process of writing this book, I also experienced the eldest daughter's babbling and the younger daughter's croaking, and sometimes I had to coax my daughter in a hurry while secretly typing on the keyboard a few times, which is actually quite funny in retrospect.

Okay, let's get back to the book itself.

Since college, I have had the idea of writing online articles, and I have successively written a few books at the vertical and horizontal and starting points, but I didn't pass the contract, so I put this matter aside. The main reason for picking up this idea again was that with the birth of my eldest daughter, I suddenly realized that maybe I should find a way to earn more money for milk powder.

The income of this book is quite small, and even the subscription income is a fraction of the income compared to full attendance, I looked through the past manuscript fee records, and found that the highest monthly income is more than 680 yuan. But relying on the income of more than 600 a month, the eldest daughter's milk powder money is basically gone, thanks to the creation of the world, especially thanks to the editor Qingmang who was able to sign the contract for this book.

The reason why I wrote fantasy was because I happened to revisit three online texts that I had liked very much, one was called "Blasphemy", the other was called "The Age of Light", and one was called "Sin City".

It is worth mentioning that the blood red who wrote the book "Bright Era" actually read my book of fake bishops, and even subscribed, although it only subscribed to a hundred chapters, but it still made me quite excited, and I always felt that my dream of rushing out of the street was about to come true.

It turns out that to this day, it is still just a dream.

The three books mentioned above are all fantasy, so I chose fantasy as a matter of course. Of course, there is another important reason why I find the fantasy category to be quite unpopular, and maybe it will be easier to sign up for this category.

When I first wrote this book, I was scornful of those pure and cool online articles, so I planned to write an "uncool" online article ambitiously. But I didn't have a good inspiration until one day when I was squatting in the pit, I somehow jumped into an idea: "How about writing a story about an imposter?" ”

And then there's this book "The Impostor Bishop", and in that sense, I might have to thank our family for that toilet.

I didn't know if I could sign a contract when I wrote it, so I thought about it very easily at the time, and then I started writing.

I wrote about five or six chapters, and then I became more and more dissatisfied, and then I became a eunuch. In fact, several of my previous books were dropped by eunuchs and then drowned in the sea of books on the website in obscurity, but on the day this book decided to be eunuchs, I looked at the three collections in the writer's background at that time, and thought: "Maybe I should give an explanation to these three readers who don't know if they are robots." ”

So I typed the author's words at the end of the chapter: "The author himself is very dissatisfied with himself, and he is going to return the book to the furnace and re-upload it in a few days." ”

It was April 26, 2016.

For some time after that, I was busy taking care of my eldest daughter, and when I logged in to the writer's backstage again, I saw a message I received on April 28 that I could sign a contract.

When I saw the signing message, it was May 4th.

I often wonder if if this book had not been written by the editor, would it have been abandoned by the editor as a eunuch's book? I asked the editor Qingmang, but he didn't give me an answer.

From the day I saw the signing information until the end of today, the impostor has not stopped a single day.

Coincidentally, the day before the book hit the shelves, I quit my job. In a sense, both the book and I entered a whole new phase on that day, and then we both hit the streets.

Yes, if I had conceived it before, it would have been too easy to write five or six million words in this book, and until now it has only written about Leo's experiences in the Spanny Empire and the Church of Light, as well as the Kingdom of France, the Kingdom of Jimny, the Kingdom of Itari, the Kingdom of Anglo, the Kingdom of Russell, and so on, and so many more things for me to write.

The reason why the book ended at this time period is actually quite simple - it doesn't make money.

I have added a lot of online writers, and many of them like to say that they write online articles out of their love for online articles, but I am not, the reason why I choose online articles is only because I want to make more money, because my current job is completely unpromising and has no "money".

A book that costs no more than 700 yuan a month obviously can't satisfy my desire to make money, so I chose to finish. In fact, if it weren't for my insistence on giving a complete account of some of the holes I had dug before, the book would have ended two or three months ago.

Some people may say, even if you open a new book, how can you guarantee that you will make more money? Anyway, the new book may hit the streets, but even if it does, it won't make less money than this one.

Because of this, there are actually some buried dark lines that are useless, so they can only be abandoned until the end of the book, and many of the original plots have been directly changed.

To give a few examples, the first is the deacon of the diocese of Varna, when Leo was bishopric, and later Morata, who worked as a coachman for Leo. This Morata is known to have any impression that he is a "former" spy from the Kingdom of the Anglos. The reason why this identity was designed for him was to elicit and provide Leo with an identity to reach the Anglo Kingdom safely.

Why did Leo need to reach the Kingdom of Anglo safely? That's because in the original plan, Leo's first rebellion against the Pope ended in defeat, and both Leo and the Pope were losers, and the only winner was Bishop Gavin. Of course, the only option for the loser is to escape, so Leo will take Bella to escape to the Kingdom of Anglo through the line of Morata, in an attempt to make a comeback.

The second unused was on the night of Louis's rebellion, when the captain of the palace used the lives of the palace men to tie Bella to capture him, and because the captain plundered the palace after Bella was taken away by Gamelo, his fate was that Louis cut off a hand and expelled from the Kingdom of France, and finally met Leo in the Empire of Jimny.

The third is the Prince of Jimny who followed Duke Bismarck when he first appeared, and he was also supposed to appear during Leo's adventures in the Jimny Empire and play the role of a villain.

There's also a guy whose fate has been changed called Cleverley, who was supposed to be the winner, who raised a puppet emperor after killing Charles XVI, and together with Bishop Gavin, mastered the two major forces of the Church of Light and the Sbanny Empire, and worked hard to achieve the goal of the dark god to control the human world - of course, as villains, Cleverley and Bishop Gavin's final outcome was never only failure.

There is also a guy who should have a lot of scenes and even acted as the general boss behind the scenes, and he is the dark demon god who is in charge of the hell demon world.

It stands to reason that Leo is too young, he shouldn't have become a pope so early, he should have a lot of experience, at least a few years, at least to the point of a shock to the continent before he returns to the church to reorganize the Holy See and become the pope, but I can't give Leo so much time.

All of this is because the book doesn't make money, so it can only end early, it has to end early, no matter how much I personally don't want to do it, no matter how many ideas and threads I have wasted on it.

But that doesn't mean I'm a hasty eunuch, I really don't. Even though I decided to end it early, I tried to finish the book as much as I could, and revised a lot of the plot to speed up the progress, after all, the book is not a dream start, but it deserves a decent ending.
