Tiantai Mountain is located in the territory of Qionglai, Chengdu, 120 kilometers away from Chengdu, and the whole scenic area presents a rare oblique mountain landform in China. Here, the mountains are surrounded by mountains, the clear water flows for a long time, the winter is warm and the summer is cool, and the four seasons are like spring. A few years ago, I climbed Tiantai Mountain alone to watch the sunrise and the sea of clouds, and then followed a path down the mountain. I was the only one walking on that path, and I saw the unique beauty of Tiantai Mountain. There are many waterfalls in Tiantai Mountain, and it will not take long to walk and it is a waterfall, which is distributed in a stepped form, flowing into the turquoise pool, as if there is a giant pouring a pot of clear wine, which is picturesque. The path is lined with blooming camellias, rhododendrons, and a variety of unknown wildflowers, buzzing and butterflies dancing. The shadows of the mountains, the shadows of the trees and the branches of the flowers are reflected in the clear water, like a dream, and it deserves to be called the "Little Jiuzhai" resort. That's not all, the most beautiful thing is the fireflies at night. At about half past nine the night before, I walked out of the inn at the top of the mountain, followed the path route that the boss said, and not far away I saw the starry fluorescent light, flashing in the grass. Walking further on, I came to an open field, and the front suddenly opened up. In front of the open view was a pool of water, and the forests around it had been illuminated by fireflies, as dazzling as the sun. Fireflies are flying, and the mountains are all over the field, which is magnificent. Tiantai Mountain is still the most beautiful mountainous area in Chengdu to see fireflies, so my mother wants to take you to see this beautiful firefly and see the elves that you have often heard about in fairy tales since childhood. Thinking about the beautiful scenery that I am about to see again, my mood suddenly relaxes.

The scenic area has changed a lot, the path that my mother used to walk through the fields is no longer visible, and the once golden fields have been replaced by some holiday houses and villas. Two hours later, when we heard the sound of people, we knew that we had come to the scenery of Xiangshuitan Waterfall. There are seven waterfalls in Tiantai Mountain, among which Xiangshuitan Waterfall is the most spectacular. The waterfall with a width of more than 20 meters cascades down from a height of more than 40 meters, and the sound is like thunder, so it is destined for the image of "Xiangshui Beach". In front of the waterfall, the crowd of people taking pictures came in twos and threes, and the sound of exclamations, shutter clicks, and waterfalls came and went. I took a few photos of you in front of the waterfall, but there were a lot of people in the back of the waterfall, and I didn't feel very satisfied, so I beckoned you to the other side of the waterfall. In front of the waterfall is a deep pool, which in turn descends into several shallows like terraces. Several rows of rafts are scattered in the pool, and several staff members are standing on the rafts to solicit tourists. There is a stone protruding from the middle of the pool, and I see that it is relatively flat, and there is no one at that angle, and it can take a panoramic view of the waterfall, so I can't help but ask you to jump on the stone quickly. Although you have become impatient with your mother's nagging and frequent photos all the way, you are still ready to jump on the rock according to your mother's instructions. I've chosen the angle to stand up, and when you stand on it, I can take a beautiful picture of you. I ignore a common sense: the stones in the pool have been soaked with water for many years, and although the surface looks relatively dry, it is actually very slippery, especially the moment people jump on it, which reduces the friction. I saw you jump up and jump towards the stone, and as soon as your feet touched the stone face, you heard the sound of "swishing", and your right foot slipped out, and your left foot also slid with you, and your whole body involuntarily tilted and slid into the pool. I didn't have time to think about it, I didn't think about anything, I forgot that you could swim, my brain was blank at that time, I only knew that I had to save you, and only one voice sounded in my head: jump into the pool to save you! In the exclamation of the people around me, I jumped into the pool without thinking, and when I was about to catch you, you were more than half a head taller than my mother, but you had already stood up. It turns out that the pool is not too deep. You wiped the water from your face and head, looked down at your mother, smiled and asked me, "What are you jumping down for?" Have you forgotten that I can swim? ”

"I forgot." I sneered as if I had done something wrong.

With the help of the tourists around me, I lifted you ashore and I was pulled ashore. Mother and son sat wet in the grass, wringing the water off our clothes and laughing at each other. Tourists around me reminded me, "Hurry up and remove the battery from your camera!" Then I woke up: when I jumped into the water, I didn't even think to take off the camera! I still have a backpack on my back with an iPad and a phone in it! As soon as I saw you fall into the water, I just wanted to save you, and I jumped into the water with my bag and camera on my back, and my mind was full of you, where would I want to take off the camera and put down my backpack or something. We quickly removed the batteries from these items and wiped the water dry. However, no matter how hard we tried to save it, it was too late, and these few things would not turn on. After returning to Chengdu, the camera that had been damaged in the water was repaired twice and still often froze; The mobile phone was completely unusable, so I had to replace it; The iPad had to be exchanged for one, and the loss of several things added up to several thousand yuan. I thought: those who can think of taking off their clothes and putting away important things before saving people must be very sensible people, right? I really admire them, but I can never do it, even though it was only a few seconds, and I still subconsciously feel like it was delaying the time to save you. I think if it were to happen again, I would still jump into the water right away, and I would still forget that you could swim, and I would still forget to take off my backpack and put down my camera. You may laugh at your mother for being stupid, you may say that your mother has a bad memory, and it doesn't matter. Mom is willing to do that. Because in your mother's heart, you are your mother's priceless treasure! As long as you are safe, mom is happy!

In fact, there were signs of this incident from the beginning. When you go out, you see that you don't have an ipad with you, and you go back to get it. Also, I made you jump on another rock, completely ignoring your safety, which is my main responsibility. Also, there are too many photos along the way (mainly because you are the best scenery in your mother's eyes), and we also ignore too many scenery worth admiring, and forget the original purpose of getting in touch with nature. That night, we weren't in the mood to go to see the fireflies, and now that I think about it, it really didn't cost me. Damaged things can be bought again, but happy moods and missed scenery will never be recreated.
