Bizarre and indestructible locks

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-001 is to be locked away with all relevant data in a critical archival vault on the first basement level of Site10. The vault is a specially made reinforced concrete octagonal prism room (see full schematic diagram in Appendix U) (this thing does not exist - bamboo) with a 2,000-kilogram, 0.9-meter-thick time lock on the ceiling (a lock with a code that changes over time. - bamboo). The timelock's schedule is to be kept secret and only allowed to be viewed by Dr. Y. Mirski. Triple authorization confirmation is required to enter the room (e.g. access card + fingerprint + password). SCP-001 is one of the safest objects to possess in the Foundation, and as such, these measures are primarily intended to avoid theft.

Description: SCP-001 is a smooth, black, perfectly ellipsoidal (approximately 15.1 cm ×15.4 cm ×16.5 cm) agate gemstone with mottled white patterns. Its exterior, including the equator and poles, is encased in intricate, layered and irregular filamentous gold. In what is now generally considered to be the "low" or "antarctic", the gold is carved into broad lines, but as the "latitude" increases, the patterns gradually become more intricate. Approaching the "North Pole", also known as a "lock" or "singularity" (see Acquisition Report below), the complexity of the pattern develops beyond the resolving power of optical or even electron microscopes. Further investigation relies on advances in microscopy.

The gemstone constantly emits a small amount (about 34.5007 to 34.5010 milliwatts) of microwave thermal radiation. The gold thread is therefore warm to the touch, and the white markings emit more radiation than the black onyx part.

Otherwise, SCP-001 is completely inert. It is not penetrated by any form of electromagnetic radiation or ultra-shortwave radiation. And so far, it is indestructible (see below: Project Pluto). We only guessed visually that it was a combination of agate and gold, as it had proven impossible to remove the sample for chemical analysis.

Traditional lockpicking

Brute force attacks such as hammers, chisels, sledgehammers, bolt cutters, welding guns, band saws, etc.

Continuous heating up to 5000 degrees Celsius in an industrial furnace (completely reflects all heat energy and does not increase the temperature)

Direct use of an industrial cutting laser (approx. 160 kW/cm2, aiming at the "lock") (full reflection of all energy)

Vices, car crushers, hydraulic presses on the surface of diamonds (all destroyed)

Corrosive acids and other strong oxides (non-reactive)

Up to 0.5 kiloton yield of plastic and solid bombs detonated at close range (no effect)

Special Containment Procedures: Due to the nature of SCP-001, no incarceration procedures are necessary. Uninterrupted monitoring of SCP-001 must be maintained at a safe distance (more than 10 km) away from the intended location (Site 0). The location of Site0 is known only to the current SCP Chief Administrator and an Overseer-level agent assigned to monitor SCP-001 from Site0 to the Abrahamic faith. The agent is authorized to take any necessary action when SCP-001 becomes active, and is to immediately warn the Chief Administrator and other Overseer agents of any change in SCP-001's behavior, as this could lead to the initiation of an XK-Class Apocalyptic Scenario.

In the event that SCP-001 becomes active in any form, personnel are instructed to immediately consider the Patmos sequence emergency directive. The solution to the Emergency Command Patmos is kept at the assigned Overseer at Site0, and is only transmitted to the SCP Foundation's offices if SCP-001 becomes active. Personnel with one or more important roles in Emergency Directive Patmos are advised to prepare for the following:

Maintain good relations with one or more organized Abrahamic religions.

Carry the following items with you: holy water, rosary rosary, a cross blessed by a priest of the Abrahamic system of religion of the rank of bishop or higher, a copy of the Abrahamic religious scriptures, and standard emergency supplies that can be carried with you.

In the case of the Millennium, all key personnel are assigned a deputy of a non-Abrahamic religion, who will be informed of the backup and address of the original personnel's emergency directives, Patmos, and be prepared to take over the duties if necessary.

Familiarity with all other SCPs involving possible XK-class apocalyptic scenarios.

Description: SCP-001 is a humanoid entity, approximately 700 calibars in height, located in an undisclosed location near the intersection of the Tigris and Euphrates rivers, with the following known characteristics:

Several glowing wing-like appendages protruding from the subject's shoulders, back, ankles, and waist. Although precise calculations cannot be made, most observers give wings ranging from 2 to 108, with an average of 4.

A weapon, possibly a sword or knife (SCP-001-2). The weapon outwardly radiated flames as hot as the sun, which was determined by spectroscopic analysis, though the extreme heat did not appear to cause any damage to the surrounding area. Any individual within one kilometer of SCP-001 will be immediately attacked by the weapon and completely destroyed. Any form of hostile behavior towards SCP-001 will result in the destruction of the attacker, regardless of distance. (See Incident Report: Indian Ocean Submarine Missile Test, 26 December 2004)

SCP-001 is in a standing position, holding SCP-001-2's sword with its hands in front of it, pointing downward, and bowing its head in a prayer position. SCP-001 has not changed this posture since its creator recorded it in [DATA REDACTED] years ago.

Humans exposed to SCP-001 have reported hearing a voice in their heads, giving them commands that they cannot disobey. The most common command is "forget", causing the subject to walk away from SCP-001 without any memory of encountering it. However, on rare occasions, other directives have emerged: the most famous order has been given to the Founder ("Preparation") to establish [DATA REDACTED] to classify and store all occult and anomalous objects that pose a serious threat to the current human existence. This is what is now known as the SCP Foundation.

Observers report that SCP-001 is standing in front of a large door. Long-range cameras accidentally detected a pastoral grove inside the door, containing countless other individuals similar to SCP-001, as well as several fruit trees of unknown composition. Of particular note are two large fruit trees in the middle of the groves: one of them, noted to appear to be a normal apple tree, but the fruit of the other tree is completely unknown to Earth, and has been described as [DATA EXPUNGED]

The Founder has publicly admitted that he believes that the door guarded by SCP-001 may be [REDACTED], as evidenced by comparison with the Ancient Babylonian Texts and the Dead Sea Scrolls. Based on this premise, it can be theorized that the individual designated SCP-001 may be [REDACTED]

There are about 11 instances of SCP-001 that have been found below, with security levels ranging from safe to keter and even Taumiel (23333) at the non-theoretical level, and it just so happens that Dr. Clfe's SCP-001, that is, the gatekeeper, just meets the needs of the subordinates, so she was chosen to become the SCP-001 of the Ji Jin Society.
