The existing hall is threefold, and there is a stone statue of Li Bing carved in the middle of the front hall in the Eastern Han Dynasty. There are also stone statues of the Eastern Han Dynasty weir workers in the palace, the relics of the Tang Dynasty Jin Xian and Princess Yuzhen when they cultivated in Qingcheng Mountain-Feilong Ding. Fulongguan is also known as Laowang Temple, Li Gongci, Li Gongmiao, etc. In the fifth year of Tongzhi in the Qing Dynasty, the governor of Sichuan really thought: "Although Yu Qi is sage, he does not eat his father first." In addition, the sage of the public: it is also due to Shu, and its force can be fixed and cannot wait for his son. Now is the number of classics to forget their ancestors, so that their father can be unordered?"

And according to the introduction of the tour guide, there are several more legendary stories in this Fulongguan, first of all, during the Qin Dynasty, there was often a lot of water near the Chengdu Plain in Sichuan. King Qin Zhao then appointed Li Bing, who was very talented in water control, to Shu County to serve as the county guard and preside over the management of the floods there.

It turns out that there is a river god in this Minjiang River, who is an evil dragon who has done a lot of evil. The slightest displeasure would cause a storm and a torrential rain that would flood the crops and villages of Liangan and plague the people. It asks the local people to choose the most beautiful virgin to be their daughter-in-law on June 23 every year, and every family gathers a huge amount of money to hold a lively wedding for it. If there is the slightest disobedience to its wishes, it will send out a great flood and harm the people. Every year, the local people hold a wedding for Jiang Shen, which makes every family panic. I was afraid that my daughter would be harmed by Jiang Shen, and at the same time, I couldn't afford the fee for Jiang Shen's wedding. In order to escape the tragic persecution of the river god, many families had to drag their children and daughters away from home, which caused the land in the Minjiang River to gradually become barren and the population gradually became much sparser.

Soon after Li Bing took office in Shu County, he figured out the situation here and decided to cure this evil dragon at the cost of his own life.

Seeing that the day of marrying a daughter-in-law for Jiang Shen once a year has come again. When those who hosted the marriage for Jiang Shen were discussing how to raise money for Jiang Shen and whose girl to choose, Li Bing found them and said to these people: "There is no need to raise money this year, the bride will choose my little daughter, and the matter will be settled, so you don't have to think about it any more." When the people heard that Li Bing was so sacrificing, they were all grateful, and at the same time they were worried about Li Bing. They were worried that something would happen to Li Bing, and they didn't want to lose such a good county guard, and they all hoped that their county guard could defeat this evil dragon and eliminate the disaster.

On June 23, Li Bing dressed his daughter up in a graceful and glamorous manner, and came to the riverside together. After the chief priest ascended the altar of the sacrifice river, the gongs and drums under the altar soared to the sky, and the bells and music rang in unison. After the three drums, the waves suddenly rise on the river, and the water column is more than ten zhang high, which is the ceremony for the river god to welcome the bride. At this time, the bride was supposed to be sent into the water. However, Li Bing hurriedly stopped them and said, "Don't worry. It is really an honor for me to be married to Jiang Shen this time, but Jiang Shen's respect, I, Li Bing, would like to be able to witness it, and I also ask Jiang Shen to show up as soon as possible, so as not to miss this good time. After saying that, he poured himself a glass of wine, walked up to the altar and raised it.

But after a long time, there was no shadow of the river god. When Li Bing saw such a scene, he knew that Jiang Shen was teasing the people, and couldn't help but be furious and said: "You evil dragon who has done a lot of evil, cruelty to the people, causing the people to live and live in poverty, today I, Li, in order to make the people live and work in peace and contentment, I am willing to fight with you with my life, so you can show up quickly!" So saying, he took his sword and jumped into the river. At this time, the water column on the river disappeared, and it seemed to become calm, but I faintly felt a feeling that the ground was shaking.

After about an hour, the wind was fierce, the smoke and dust covered the sun, and in a trance, people saw two blue-black rhinoceros fighting desperately and fiercely by the river, which was very difficult to solve. After a while, the two rhinos were gone. When the ordinary people watching the battle on the shore were wondering, they saw Li Bing running up from the water panting. He said to the warriors in his retinue: "This evil dragon is very capable, especially very strong, and I have been fighting with it for a long time and have not been able to win. Now I have come ashore to ask you to help me. ”

Li Bing's warrior said: "We just saw two rhinos fighting by the river, and we know that it is you and the evil dragon who are fighting fiercely, but the two rhinos are exactly the same, and we can't tell which one is you, so it is not good to come to help in the battle." Li Bing then wrapped a snow-white ribbon around his waist and said to them, "Now I have a white ribbon around my waist, so that when I go to fight it again, the rhinoceros with a white waist is what I have changed, just remember this." With that, he jumped into the water again and fought the dragon. In this way, when the two rhinoceros reappeared, the warriors under Li Bing were armed with weapons one by one and rushed forward to help Li Bing fight together. The warriors took their weapons and slashed at the white-free rhinoceros, eventually knocking the dragon to the ground.

After the dragon fell to the ground, it quickly revealed its true form. Li Bing hurriedly ordered the people to bind the evil dragon tightly with the thick iron chains that had been prepared long ago, and lock it firmly in a deep pool in the middle of the river.

However, when Li Bing was chaining this evil dragon, some people around him were worried that it would not be able to lock it, so they asked Li Bing: "Lord Li, will the evil dragon still escape?" Li Bing said casually: "If it wants to escape, unless the iron tree blooms!" "But it was too coincidental that a few children were bathing in Li Bing's pool of the dragon, and there was a naughty child who hung his red hat on the iron pillar of the dragon, and from a distance, it really looked like an iron tree blooming. The dragon seized the opportunity, broke free from the chains, and fled into the water to make trouble.

Li Bing and his son Erlang soon learned about this, and with the help of the people, they once again trapped the evil dragon and escorted it back to Fulongtan and locked it up. In order to prevent it from tearing off the iron chain again, Li Bing mobilized the people to build a lock dragon bridge next to Fulong Pond. In this way, the dragon was completely locked up and never escaped again. The people of the land were no longer spared the scourge of the floods.

In the next few years, Li Bingshuang led the people of Shuzhong to build a number of water conservancy projects such as the water dividing fish mouth, the Jingang embankment, the flying sand weir and the flat water tank in the area under the Yulei Mountain in the south of Guan County, which are collectively known as Dujiangyan. Li Bing built this great water conservancy project, not only fundamentally cured the flood, but also turned the disaster into a blessing, this water conservancy project irrigated thousands of hectares of fertile land, Ze by generations of Shuzhong people. Since then, Shu County has been fertile for thousands of miles, rich and abundant, and is known as the "land of abundance". Li Bing was also called "Sichuan Ancestor" by later generations, and was loved and admired by generations of Shu people.

In order to further commemorate Li Bing, the people of later generations built a temple in the place where Li Bing subdued the evil dragon, and named it Fulong Temple.
