Chapter Seventy-Nine: The Beginning of the Martial Arts Method

Chapter Seventy-Nine: An Introduction to the Martial Arts Method

After a night's rest, I felt refreshed, and after getting up, I took the initiative to help Uncle Yichen, who was already making breakfast.

My cooking skills are very bad, so I just help Master Yichen to do it, wash the vegetables, make a fire or something.

Kongshou and Yichen still like the ancient way of cooking - firewood, clay stove and pot, which is basically the same way as cooking in my hometown.

My master didn't know where he had gone at this time, and I didn't see him since I got up. So I asked Yichen, "Uncle, what about Master?" Why don't you come for breakfast? ”

Yichen said with a smile: "Your master went to prepare a gift for you, you worship him as a teacher, how can he give you a meeting gift, so ah, he went out early in the morning." I guess I'll be back in a while, let's eat first, and after the meal, you'll start learning my Wudang faction's mental method. ”

I was overjoyed and hurriedly asked, "Mental method?" What kind of kung fu is it? Internal strength? ”

Yichen smiled: "So to speak. The set of mental methods we teach you, called the Wudang Mental Method, is the foundation of all the kung fu of the Wudang School, which is equivalent to the foundation of the building, and is the most important thing. You have to comprehend it well, practice diligently, and strive to comprehend it as soon as possible. Only when you learn the martial arts can you learn other exercises. ”

I said, "I know, uncle, I will work harder." I will definitely learn our martial arts method as soon as possible. ”

Yichen nodded: "It's good to have confidence." Now hurry up and eat, and when your master comes back in a while, we will start learning the mental method. ”

I hurriedly lowered my head to eat, for fear that I would not have time to eat. I feel like I've been eating more lately, and I don't know if it's related to genetic medicine.

As soon as we finished eating, Kumari came back, carrying a large bag in his hand, and he didn't know what it contained.

After seeing me, the empty guard said directly: "Come into the house with me, I have something to say to you." ”

I answered, took the bag that the empty guard was carrying, and walked with him to his room. The bag is a bit heavy, but it's nothing to me now.

When I came to the empty room, I saw Yichen also follow. Kongshou was silent for a while, and finally said: "Since you have worshiped me as a teacher, then I must tell you about the rules of our Wudang faction." Our Wudang sect is not the sect on the Wudang Mountain in Hubei as the world says, but only an independent sect. Our door rules are the simplest, only one and three sentences. You remember: you must not kill innocents indiscriminately, you must not commit treason to help the enemy, and you must not pass on merit to foreign people. ”

I memorized this rule and said secretly: "Actually, there are three rules, why do you want to say that it is one?" ”

After the empty guard finished talking about the door rules, he took out a box from the bag I brought in and handed it to me: "This is my meeting gift to you, you can keep it well, and you will use it in the future." ”

I was curious, I wanted to open it and take a look, but I didn't feel good. Then he took it and said, "Thank you, Master." ”

The air guard smiled and said, "Your task today is very heavy...... I know that you are a college student and have a very high level of education, so there are many things that you can understand by yourself, and you don't need me to teach you them one by one. In this way, I have an introductory book here, which is equivalent to your primary school textbook, you should take it and take a good look at it first, and remember the above things. ”

I took a pamphlet handed over by the empty guard, and when I looked at the cover, there were two words written on it - "Introduction". When I opened it, I had basic knowledge about the human body's meridians, acupuncture points, and so on.

I've seen these on the Internet or in some books before, but I haven't studied them carefully. Seeing this now, I have some familiar feelings, and I don't say much, and in front of the empty guard and Yichen, I start to look at it.

I knew that I had to write them all down, and I had to check them against the real thing and find the right place to remember. So while I was watching, I found the corresponding position on my body, and I was dancing a little bit.

Kushou and Yichen ignored me, and the two of them began to meditate in the room. The cultivation of Chinese kung fu, in addition to the practice of real swords and guns, is more important to practice internal skills. Internal strength is the foundation of everything, no matter how exquisite the moves, without the foil of internal strength, it is just a showcase.

Kongshou and Yichen were cultivating internal strength at this time. The folk often say that the internal practice of a breath, this breath, is what we call the internal breath, also called internal strength, internal strength, internal strength and so on. The stronger the internal breath, the higher the skill, and the stronger the corresponding combat power.

I've heard people say that the form of internal breath is a special air current, which is a kind of air flow that flows inside the human body and can provide strong force to the human body. It is generally stored in the dantian of the human body. The dantian is like a container that can store a lot of internal information. People who usually cultivate internal breath store the cultivated internal breath in the dantian, and once they encounter the enemy and need to use this internal force, they will use some special methods to mobilize the internal breath in the dantian, injure the enemy or escape.

The method of cultivating internal force is to inhale the essence qi between heaven and earth into the body, and then let these essence qi circulate in the eight meridians of the human body through the eight meridians of the strange meridians, separate the impurities in them, leave useful parts, and then transport them to the dantian through the meridians for storage.

Therefore, some people say that the smoother and wider the meridians of a person's human body, the easier it is to cultivate internal strength, and the speed is not comparable to ordinary people.

Generally, people who practice internal strength start from a young age, because at that time, it is easiest to open up their own meridians, and the time is more sufficient.

I'm twenty-one now, and my cultivation started a little late, so I have to work harder, otherwise, I may not achieve anything until I die.

So I concentrated on it, and it only took me two hours to read and memorize all the entry-level "secrets" that Kumori had given me.

Kongshou was a little surprised by this, but he didn't say anything, just glanced at Yichen, who was still meditating, and said to me, "Now I'll start teaching you the martial arts method for beginners." There are three articles in Wudang Xinfa, which are divided into three articles: beginner, small and large. The introductory chapter mainly requires you to have a comprehensive understanding and cognition of your own meridians and acupuncture points, and to initially generate internal breath in the body through cultivation. This is also commonly known as internal forces. Internal force is a type of air flow and is also a type of energy in our human body. Next, I will tell you the mantras and cultivation methods of the introductory chapter, I hope you can comprehend them with your heart......"

I listened as I continued slowly, memorizing and comprehending the meaning as I listened. For a while, I was completely gathered in my spirit, and I didn't dare to lose my mind in the slightest.

Even though my cultivation career had officially begun, even though the mental methods I began to teach were very jerky and difficult to understand, and a little boring, I still concentrated on learning from memory, for fear that I would miss something.

It took me almost half a day to memorize all the introductory chapters. After dinner, the empty guard began to directly guide me in my cultivation again, and even a gesture asked me to strictly follow what he taught me, and not to be careless.

With the passage of time, in the blink of an eye, I have been cultivating with the Sky Guard for more than three months. During these three months, my inner breath cultivation was completely fruitless. I couldn't even do the most basic sense of whether the internal breath in the body exists.

At first, Kongshou and Yichen still advised me not to worry, saying that cultivation was not something that could be done overnight, and that I should take my time. But when it was three months old, Kongshou and Yichen began to get anxious, and they sighed several times and said, "If you can't sense the internal breath in your body for another month, we can only make you give up cultivating this mental method." ”

I knew that what they meant was that I wasn't suitable for cultivating this mental method, and they only said it euphemistically for fear of hitting me. So I worked harder, and as soon as I had time, I was completely immersed in cultivation, and secretly vowed to sense the inner breath in my body and cultivate this most basic mental method.

I learned martial arts moves as soon as I learned them, and Kongshou and Yichen had already taught me a lot of moves, and I was basically proficient in using them.

It's just that without the support of internal force, all the moves are fancy and can't exert their due power at all. Besides, when I was taught the moves at the beginning, the air guard said that the moves are just a formality, and more importantly, you must be flexible and adaptable when facing the enemy, otherwise you will learn to die and never become a real martial arts master.

I agree with this, so when I learn a move, I don't deliberately memorize every move, but concentrate on the essence of a move, and then use it according to my own characteristics.

This point is very praised by Kongshou and Yichen, saying that I am a genius who practices martial arts.

It's just that so far, I haven't been able to just respond to the inner breath, but they are not only disappointed, but also secretly anxious, eager to cultivate for me.

Today is already three months and ten days of my cultivation of the Mind Method, which is basically a hundred days. Unfortunately, after four hours of meditation, I still couldn't feel the inner breath.

Yichen, who was meditating on the side, was a little anxious, and couldn't help but say, "Is it because you haven't fully comprehended the meaning of the mantra, so you can't cultivate your internal strength?" ”

I frowned and said, "I have all cultivated according to what Master and Master taught me, so there should be no possibility of mistakes. I couldn't feel my breath, I didn't know what was going on. ”

Yichen frowned and pondered, and Kongshou also opened his eyes and said, "Why don't I tell you the mantra again and see if there is any error?" ”

I nodded, and listened as Kumori took the trouble to recite the mantra to me again, not forgetting to explain the meaning to me.

After the empty guard finished reciting the mantra, I smiled bitterly: "I can memorize this mantra backwards like a stream, without any error." ”

The air guard also fell into deep thought and stopped talking.

I was secretly anxious, and was about to try my cultivation again, but suddenly I saw Yichen break open his cloudy eyes, and said in surprise: "I have thought of a way." ”

The air guard and I immediately asked in unison, "What way?" ”

Yichen said with a smile: "I once heard my master say that there is a kind of person who can't sense internal breath for the rest of his life, and such people generally can't practice martial arts. But there are exceptions, the master said that there was once a person who did not know the existence of internal breath all his life, but he still cultivated to a very profound martial arts. In other words. That is, although that person can't sense the internal breath in the body, but in the process of cultivation, he still cultivates the internal breath, and it is also stored in the dantian. Jincang, you cultivate again, and your master and I will monitor the operation of your internal breath throughout the whole process to see if there is any internal breath generated and flowing into your dantian. If there is, then you don't have to worry about not being able to sense internal breath, just cultivate. ”

I nodded, and as Yichen said, I began to cultivate the mind method again. Yichen and Kongshou each pressed a few of my acupuncture points with both hands to check the changes in my body.

After I had cultivated once, when I opened my eyes to look, I saw that Yichen and Kongshou both shook their heads, their faces were very ugly.

I secretly complained, thinking that I was the kind of person who couldn't cultivate this mental method, and I was very disappointed for a while.

Just when I was disappointed, Yichen suddenly said: "Jin Cang's body is very strange, the internal breath obviously flowed into the dantian in large quantities, but it disappeared in an instant, as if it was swallowed by something......

Kongshou also said: "It's very strange, looking at the amount of internal breath generated when Jincang cultivates, it is almost ten times that of ordinary people, it is said that he should have sensed the existence of internal breath a long time ago, and he could start to use internal breath to open up his own meridians." But now that they have been cultivating for a hundred days, they don't have the slightest internal breath stored in the dantian, which is strange...... What the senior brother said is very vivid, the internal breath generated in Jincang's body is really swallowed up by something. Otherwise, even if it can't be stored in the dantian and dissipates on its own, it won't be so fast. It will take at least some time. ”

Yichen frowned and said, "We're checking it, if it's really swallowed by something, then we'll have to carefully check the body of the examiner." ”

Kumori nodded and said to me, "Do it again." ”

When I listened to their words, I first thought of the genetic medicine, and then I couldn't cry or laugh: although this genetic medicine improved my body and made me have great strength, it also brought disaster to me - I couldn't cultivate the mental method, and I couldn't cultivate the various martial arts of the Wudang Sect.

Hey, as the saying goes, there are gains and losses, and it seems that the truth is true. In this world, there is no such thing as perfect.

I followed the orders of the Empty Guard and Yichen to re-operate my mind so that they could help me find out why I couldn't sense the inner breath.

When I finished running, Yichen was the first to say, "It's really swallowed up by something." It seems that there is something strange in Jincang's body, so let's take a good look at it. ”

Kongshou nodded and said, "In this way, Jincang, you take off your clothes, run your mind again, and cooperate with me and your uncle to carefully check you." ”

I nodded, blushed, took off my clothes, sat cross-legged, and started working again.

This time I felt Yichen and Kongshou's hands constantly roaming my body, sometimes beating, sometimes caressing, sometimes pushing me, sometimes as if hugging me.

I didn't dare to resist, and I knew that they were helping me check for abnormalities. So I concentrate on running my mind, and I don't want my own problems to bother me all the time.

As I neared the end of the exercise, I felt a heat all over my body, as if something had suddenly penetrated into my body, and was scurrying wildly in my eight meridians.

I was taken aback, knowing that I was in a hurry, and I was too anxious when I was running the exercises, and I went crazy. I wanted to exclaim out loud, but I found that I couldn't speak, not even stop the exercises.

Fortunately, at this time, Kong Shou and Yichen were both by my side, and as soon as they discovered my abnormality, they immediately took action, and two true qi of the same origin entered my body from the front and back of my body respectively.

I felt so uncomfortable, as if I was about to be blown up by these two true qi. At this time, I listened to the empty guard shouting: "Meditation and pranayama, and guide the inner breath to return to the dantian." ”

So I hurriedly calmed down my mind and ran the Wudang Heart Method again, slowly guiding the three true qi that were scurrying in my body into my dantian.

These three true qi are two strong and one weak. I guessed that the two strong ones should be the true qi that Kongshou and Yichen injected into my body in order to help calm the internal breath of the disorder in my body. The weakest is the internal breath that I have cultivated myself, that is, the true qi.

With the help of Kongshou and Yichen, the internal breath of the disorder in my body gradually stabilized, and I no longer felt so painful. At this time, the empty guard said: "Then use the mental method and try to sense the internal breath. ”

After a week of working my mind again, I suddenly felt like something was more in my body. The extra thing was amazing, and every time I passed through a part of my body, I felt a slight pain, as if I were pricking that place with a very thin needle. But then the faint pain disappears and moves on to the next place. Whenever the pain disappears, another faint True Qi will suddenly appear in the previous painful place, and it will quickly catch up with the previous True Qi, form a one, and continue to perform the same acupuncture-like action on the next place.

I didn't dare to move, and I kept running my mind, regardless of whether the tingling sensation in my body would hurt me. After about an hour of this, I felt a tingling sensation in the middle of my chest. This time the tingling sensation reached my brain so strongly that I couldn't help but want to scream, but I still couldn't.

I gritted my teeth and insisted on running my mind, not daring to stop at all. Almost half an hour later, my whole body was drenched with sweat, and I felt the pain in my chest suddenly ease, and then disappeared.

I was about to breathe a sigh of relief, but I felt a very powerful True Qi suddenly rush out of the Tanzhong acupoint on my chest, and I rushed all the way towards my left arm without stopping.

I felt a faint tingling sensation coming from my left upper arm, and then I also felt new True Qi constantly being generated on my left arm, adding to the strong True Qi flow, and then rushing forward along my arm again.

The tingling sensation became more and more intense as the true qi continued to be added. I gritted my teeth and insisted on running my mind, not daring to slack off. In fact, at this time, I couldn't stop at all, I could only keep running my mind and cooperate with that true qi in my body.

The flow of true qi is very regular, starting from the place where Kongshou and Yichen inject true qi, and after reaching the Tanzhong acupoint on my chest, it suddenly becomes stronger. Then rushed to my left arm. After a week of running on my left arm, it immediately went back to my chest, and then it rushed out of my chest again, straight to my right arm.

Next came my legs, then to my head, and finally to my chest again.

I thought this was the last step, but I didn't expect that just as I was about to breathe a sigh of relief, the true qi suddenly rushed out of my chest Tanzhong acupoint, went straight down my body, and came to my dantian in the blink of an eye.

I felt a burst of heat in my dantian, as if it was on fire, and my dantian was expanding rapidly, as if it was about to be burst. I was taken aback, and I was about to start running my mind again, when I felt that the dantian suddenly became empty. It's as if a balloon filled with gas has been punctured all at once, and there is nothing left.

I felt very surprised, the original swelling and painful dantian also recovered all of a sudden, and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all.

I slowly opened my eyes, and I saw that Kumori and Yichen were looking at me with surprised faces, as if they had seen some kind of demon or monster.

I hurriedly said, "What's wrong?" ”

Kongshou and Yichen glanced at each other and said at the same time, "Miracle! ”

Then Yichen said: "Jin Cang, you are really a wizard who practices martial arts, in just over three months, you have completed the introduction to martial arts." ”

I couldn't help but say "ah": "Have I practiced it?" I...... Why don't I feel it? As I spoke, I realized that I was still naked, so I quickly put on my clothes, and my face was flushed.

Yichen laughed and said, "That's just that you don't know it yet." Did you feel a tingling sensation all over your body? This is a sign of the beginning of the mind. That's the true qi in your body that is autonomously opening up the meridians for me, and when you encounter a blockage, it will give people a tingling sensation. ”

I nodded: "I do feel this way, and when I am in the Tanzhong acupoint in my chest, it hurts very much, and the pain lasts for a long time." By the way, what time is it now, what the hell happened to me? ”

Kongshou said solemnly: "With our help, you have successfully opened up the meridians of your whole body, and your cultivation will be twice as effective with half the effort in the future." Oh yes, it's the afternoon of the second day when you start getting me checked up. ”

I swallowed and said in surprise, "The next afternoon? ......I suddenly laughed, "No wonder I feel so hungry, it's the next day." Master, Master, shall we eat something first and then discuss what we just did? ”

The empty guard stared at me for a while, and the smile in his eyes grew stronger. I was about to ask him if he had something to say that he was hopeless when I heard him laugh and shouted: "Our Wudang is a genius again, haha......"
