The metal composition of the parts is also analyzed by experts from the Materials Research Institute using state-of-the-art equipment such as electron microscopes after scraping off a small amount of powder. The metallurgical process is also reversed according to the alloy formulation, forming state, and residual composition.

It can be said that under the complete reverse engineering in China, a comprehensive set of drawings can be established for any component in China, and the principles, materials, and manufacturing methods can be pushed to the ground, and then a set of replicas that are almost identical to the prototype can be manufactured by themselves.

However......

A replica is a replica after all, and no matter how advanced the equipment is used, it is impossible to completely restore the product through scientific reverse reasoning.

We can replicate the shape and use a material with similar properties to make a part to replace the prototype. However, system synthesis is a very serious topic, why this material is used in this part, and whether some other technological means are used in the processing process to strengthen the hardness, strength, toughness and other aspects, are the final results after extremely rigorous calculations.

Just to copy the shape, if there is no comprehensive manufacturing process to match, the drawings are just drawings, not to say worthless, at least the value is far less than imagined.

For example, the earliest cement production line drawings given by Guan Fei were made in China and put into the Zhengzhou cement plant for trial operation. This set of production lines, according to its own manufacturing capacity, processing costs, has been revised in some parts, and I feel that it should be more suitable for domestic needs.

However, in the production process, this modified production line has repeatedly had problems, and the quality is also fluctuating, so that the technicians dare not leave people 24 hours a day, so they stay by the production line to find the reason.
