In 73 years, the systematic research on four-stage separation and pre-decomposition was carried out again in the Institute of Building Materials, and it was also successful. Last year (76 years), the first industrial trial production was carried out in Jilin Siping Shiling Cement Plant, which was a great success, and the output was more than doubled.

In China, it is the first time to realize the industrial application of preheating decomposition technology.

Of course, having said that, it's not always best to do it early. Due to the lack of domestic manufacturing processing technology, the automation technology is not as good as that of foreign countries, and the more accurate scientific calculation formula has not yet been established, manufacturing is more dependent on experience than scientific calculation. Therefore, since the reform and opening up in the eighties, a large number of foreign cement production lines have poured into the country, crushing the domestic production lines.

Even in the 80s, foreign manufacturers were still producing based on experience, and the efficiency was about 30 percent behind.

This production line has canceled the above automatic control system and is waiting for its own improvement in the future. The other parts are based on the current level of domestic manufacturing, as long as the workers do it carefully, it can be made, and it is a little difficult at most.

Cement, which is currently in short supply in China, is a strategic material, and there is no problem with a small amount of supply, but if you want to build a city, you can only produce it yourself.

With this production line, with a daily output of 4,500 tons of cement and a five-story teaching building, he can build 30 in one go!

Considering that the building has to wait for the cement to dry before proceeding to the next step, it is not something that can be completed in a day. Then his cement output in one day can allow hundreds of construction sites to start construction at the same time, meeting the rapid and efficient construction progress of the new city construction.

Industrial construction is a category with large investment and long construction cycle, no matter how urgent he is, he must start from the foundation, step by step, step by step, and he is not in a hurry.

In his plan, '77, '78, and even '79 were the years when he laid the groundwork. After that, when each project is gradually put into use, and a skilled industrial worker is trained, he can give full play to his strength little by little.
