Chapter 65 The Appearance of All Living Beings in the Workshop

Zou Yongdong half-squatted in front of the control panel, skillfully inputting the workpiece processing control program. All this data is clearly recorded in his brain, and he is never mistaken.

However, after the input was completed, he carefully recalled the program, read it line by line, and confirmed that it was correct before ending the input.

After two months of training on ordinary lathes, he was transferred to the CNC machine operation group at the beginning of the month.

As soon as he arrived, he felt like a fish back in the sea.

Limited to lack of talent, no matter how hard he tried in ordinary machine tools, he couldn't catch up with Kong Lingchen. He has only been studying for two months, and when he controls the machine tool, his movements are light, and watching him process various workpieces is like an art.

After the master's judgment, Kong Lingchen has at least reached the level of a third-level worker.

But even if Zou Yongdong practices hard, there is still a distance from the second-level worker. Therefore, when the CNC machine tool group was set up above, the master immediately reported Zou Yongdong's name.

At first, Zou Yongdong was still a little depressed, feeling that he had been eliminated, although he didn't dare to express his grievances against his master, he was always dissatisfied.

However, he didn't stay long in the CNC group and found that he really liked this new way of machining. All the workpieces, do not need him to use his own hands to control the machine tool, careful for fear of mistakes, every time a knife is processed, you have to quickly take out a variety of measuring tools, repeated measurements, afraid of processing and bad processing.

Zou Yongdong thought about the experience of coming to the CNC group, and a smile appeared on his face, which was still a little gloomy before.

After the program input was completed, he came to the clamped workpiece, measured the data again, confirmed that there was no slightest deviation in the position, and then pressed the CNC start button.

Woo!

The motor makes a low chirp and the workpiece spins rapidly. Without his control, the knife holder slowly leaned up, and the iron filings flew out. He stood aside and carefully observed, cleaning up the remaining iron filings from time to time to see if there was anything unusual.

The first tool is processed, the tool holder is back, the tool is changed, and it is on again.

After a few times, the processing is complete. He was an observer of the whole process, and he didn't need to do anything, and the workpiece that used to give him headaches on manual machines had been successfully completed, reflecting a bright silver metallic luster under the light.

It's so easy!

For those of them who have no hands-on talent, CNC lathes are their gospel, allowing them to complete workpiece processing with quality and quantity like a journeyman.

As for those dazzling procedures, Zou Yongdong is not stunned at all.

He has a good memory, and he quickly memorizes all kinds of control instructions that others can't remember, and can use them flexibly in a short time. With the experience of operating manual machine tools in the early stage, these seemingly boring functions have been turned into vivid processing pictures in his mind, and he learns even faster when the two sides correspond.

While others were still struggling to memorize the instructions and understand their meaning, he had already officially started it. And what was assigned to him was the first CNC lathe that the commander personally modified, and its machining accuracy was also the highest among all later modified lathes, and no one could surpass it!

The workpieces he is processing now are no longer those standard demonstration parts during training, but real mechanical parts, with design drawings and tooling drawings, and each index is listed in detail.

The workpiece is also very complicated, if it was before, he would never dare to do it, even if he tried it, he would not have the courage.

But with the help of CNC lathes, as long as he splits each workpiece processing process into different processes, and then calculates through functions, and then selects the right tool to do a good job of measurement, it is not difficult to process complex workpieces.

However, due to the fact that there are more than ten or even dozens of processes, frequent tool changes are inevitable.

After Zou Yongdong completed this stage of the process, he stopped, took off the clamped tools, and then selected four more tools according to the requirements of the follow-up process. He was very careful in the process of re-blessing the knife, repeatedly comparing and measuring, and paying full attention, not daring to relax at all.

Why the accuracy of machining is not high, the machining accuracy, tremor and deformation of the machine tool itself are of course the main reasons. In the long process, a workpiece is moved many times, and the lathe and tool are replaced, which is also the direct cause of the loss of accuracy.

In any process, as long as there is a little mistake, in the case of insufficient reserve allowance, it may cause the workpiece to be scrapped, and the previous process is all in vain.

The machining accuracy of CNC lathes is not necessarily much higher than that of manual work. The same machine tool with low precision, in the hands of an experienced master, is usually able to process high-precision parts that exceed its own accuracy.

However, because the entire processing stroke of the CNC machine tool is carried out under the command of the control system, it will not be like manual, there will be hand trembling, misoperation, etc., to ensure the stability of the processing process. Every trace of advance and retreat is precisely realized under the control of the stepper motor, and there will never be a visual misjudgment like artificial. As long as the program input is correct, if there is no unexpected situation such as circuit failure, then its processing process will definitely not make mistakes.

For example, the normal accuracy of the same machine tool is 50 microns. A sixth-level worker might use it to produce a 40-micron part, a seventh-level worker might be able to produce a 35-micron part, and an eighth-level worker might be able to increase the accuracy to 20 microns, and then hand polish it to one micron!

But their processing process will be long.

It may take a day for a sixth-level worker to complete this precision part, while a seventh-level worker may take more than ten days or even a month. As for ultra-precision parts with an accuracy of one micron, even if it is an eighth-level worker, it may take several months, or even a year or two, to complete the processing.

The CNC machine tool controlled by Zou Yongdong and transformed by Guan Fei himself has an average accuracy of about 212 microns.

In other words, if there are no other factors, according to the same control program, the accuracy of the parts machined by this lathe is only 212 microns: not much higher, but not much lower, and the error is no more than two microns!

As for the processing time, it is only a few minutes!

And it is not that this one part takes a few minutes, the same part of the same process, each one is put up, it only takes a few minutes to complete the processing, and the accuracy is consistent.

That's where the value of CNC machines comes in!

Zou Yongdong successfully completed the processing of this part, and after stopping the car, he happily removed it from the chuck and set it aside.

At the same time, he looked a few meters away at the medium-sized machine.

It was a manual lathe that had not been improved by CNC, and its controller was Guan Fei!

From Zou Yongdong's point of view, Guan Fei was holding the huge knife holder in his right hand, his expression was extremely focused, and he didn't seem to notice that he was watching from the sidelines, and all eyes were focused on the parts being processed.

The parts that Guan Fei is processing are also much larger than Zou Yongdong's small lathe, with a diameter of more than ten centimeters and a length of two meters.

Zou Yongdong knows that the larger the machine tool, the heavier the tool structure, and the more difficult it is to control.

He can't even use a small general-purpose machine, and it would be a joke to let him operate a medium-sized machine. Not to mention the super high scrap rate, it is difficult to say whether it will hurt yourself.

But here, he saw that Guan Fei's control was always so stable, and the knife entry could be said to be just right.

This kind of stability is justified once or twice, and it is like this every time, which can only be said to be terrible.

What particularly shocked him was that Guan Fei's stability had lasted for more than half a month. The first time he came here, when he actually operated the CNC lathe by hand, he saw Guan Fei here every afternoon, controlling the medium-sized machine and processing parts that looked very complicated.

In the evening, when the other workers got off work, Guan Fei was still here, working overtime.

On several occasions, he deliberately ran to look at it at night and found that the lights in the workshop were still on. Once he couldn't sleep at one o'clock and walked here unintentionally, he still saw Guan Fei fighting at night, processing various parts that seemed to never be finished.

Because Guan Fei was in the army in the morning, he was driven by curiosity to peek at the tooling drawings and measure the processed parts, and was shocked to find that the machining accuracy of these parts was so high that it exceeded his possible expectations - the average accuracy reached about ten microns, and the highest accuracy even reached seven microns!

He really couldn't imagine how Guan Fei could achieve such high precision when it was completely operated by hand.

Could it be that capable people can really do what ordinary people can't?

Zou Yongdong watched quietly for a while, confirming that Guan Fei's hands were still so steady, and his movements were still so relaxed and natural, not fast or slow, but extremely efficient. Although it is manual, its processing speed is not much slower than its own CNC lathe.

Considering the difference in the size of the machined parts, Guan Fei's processing speed is actually much faster than him!

This person is really incomparable!

Speaking of this, he turned his gaze to the other end of the workshop. Over there, there was also a group of people working nervously, generally quiet, but from time to time a violent argument would erupt.

There is a commissioner who temporarily borrows the Seiko workshop to assemble CNC lathes.

There was one person he still knew, probably not only him, but most of the people in the military sub-district had seen him, and he used to be a cashier working in a bank. From the name seal of the clerk on the passbook, I know that his name is Xie Guoping.

Acquaintance is acquaintance, after he arrived here, he didn't have any contact with the group of people over there.

The group was very proud.

They think that they are senior technicians who install and debug precision lathes, and they look down on him, a small worker who is still in the learning period, and there is basically no communication between the two sides.

But Zou Yongdong admits that they do have the capital to be proud.

It is through their hands that a general-purpose lathe has been converted into a CNC lathe, and the accuracy has been at least doubled. Although their ability is far worse than Guan Fei, who dares to think that they are stronger than Guan Fei in the military division, and it is quite proud that they can have this improvement in accuracy.

Their treatment is also very enviable to Zou Yongdong.

The seniority salary is the same for everyone, but the salary of the assembly and commissioning staff is 32 yuan, which is 12 yuan higher than the salary of ordinary workers. At the same time, their performance salary is also extremely high, and the superior rewards them with 50 yuan for each machine tool installed and debugged.

Under this stimulus, they also played with their lives.

The last time I listened to them chat, there were 20 of them, and a total of 96 lathes were installed and debugged in two months, and they got a reward of 4,800 yuan!

This is amazing, such a high reward, the average person can get two hundred and forty yuan! This is equivalent to an additional 120 yuan per month!

Besides, they are not evenly distributed, they are a group of five, and they are distributed according to the quantity and quality of each group's completion, and the highest group heard that each person took nearly four hundred yuan!

That's not what they are satisfied with.

As mentioned above, after the construction of the machine tool factory building is completed and relocated, they are allowed to set up their own installation groups. In addition to one commissioner, each team will also be assigned ten assemblers to assist them in their work, and when the time comes, the higher level will get more.

So these days, Zou Yongdong found that these people were like enchanted every day, babbling around the lathe gods and mouths non-stop. In order to improve their assembly skills, they tried all kinds of ways to exercise their hand sensitivity and visual observation.

Even if everyone met in the cafeteria, the other party was talking about various assembly precautions, and they were absent-minded when eating.

Forget it, others are someone else's business, and instead of envying others, it's better to do your job well.

Zou Yongdong took this opportunity to rest for a while, and also turned his attention to his work again.

Performance awards, he also has!

No matter what job he is, as long as he does it well, he believes that it will not be bad!

There is certainly no such environment in the country, but here, there are military divisions that create all kinds of favorable conditions for everyone to display their ingenuity, and he is convinced that as long as it is gold, he will always shine!

Maybe in the future, my achievements will not be weaker than yours, maybe even stronger!

With a smile on the corner of his mouth, Zou Yongdong half-bent over, staring intently at the rotation of the workpiece, and continued to work.

(Ps: After a few days, people are mentally tired, and the quality of things written in bad spirits is not high.) The author is not an energetic person, and his ability to work continuously for a long time is relatively poor, so in order to successfully complete the book, he decided to take a day off every Tuesday in the future. Today's chapter has been written, so let's take a day off tomorrow, I hope you understand)
