009 Dark Wizards and Protectors

All the students in the sixth-grade super-labor witchcraft class were full of anticipation for this Defence Against the Dark Arts class, and after the twins "accidentally" revealed, everyone knew that Lawrence was going to demonstrate a wizarding duel with Moody, and this news even made many seventh-year students come to watch, as for how many of them skipped class, it is unknown,

When Moody's stepped into the classroom with the sound of "dong dong", the tables and chairs in the first few rows had been moved to the sides, and Moody saw the situation in the classroom and let out an inexplicable laugh.

"I don't think that's a big enough space," Moody roared, waving his wand as all the desks and chairs moved toward the walls of the classroom, "Everyone, come here—"

"You think a wizard duel is when two wizards stand in point, bow, and then fire a spell at each other?" Moody asked, some nodding, others showing confused looks,

"The Dark Wizard may hide in the crowd and wait for an opportunity, now, in today's lesson, I'll play the Dark Wizard," Moody roared, "Rovand, you are the protector, you can only stop me when I attack the other students, now, everyone is moving, walking around the classroom at will—"

"What's the point?" Fred was puzzled, "Now everyone knows that Moody is going to sneak up."

"Look, everybody's on his behalf." George said that although the students were walking around the classroom, they were still paying attention to Moody's actions, intentionally or unintentionally, but Moody did not do anything, except for taking out the curved wine bottle and taking a few sips.

It wasn't until the end of class that Moody took out another sip of the wine bottle, he stood up, and the students' originally somewhat sluggish expressions became focused, and Moody grinned and looked around the classroom,

"You're all on guard against me," Moody roared, and the students laughed, "Incompetent passers-by, now, put the tables and chairs in place, and I'll give a few points to the house that is the fastest to sit in the seat, and I'll deduct a few points for the slowest house—"

The students quickly began to move, they walked towards the desks and chairs placed next to the wall, and soon the classroom vacated a space, Lawrence frowned, and he pulled the twins and Lee. Jordan

"He said he was now playing the role of a dark wizard," Lawrence said, "and you were lured by a dark wizard's threats?"

"Are you thinking too much?" George was puzzled, but Lawrence had already turned to look at the crowd,

"Wait—" Lawrence looked at the wall where the tables and chairs were placed, where a purple streamer flashed, and he hurriedly sounded a warning, but at this time, several screams of "ah-" rang out one after another, and the students who picked up the tables and chairs fell straight down,

Moody laughed and waved his wand to knock down a few students who were preventing his friend from taking the table and chair, by this time most of the students had already fallen, Lawrence took out his wand and shot a red light at Moody,

"Good response." Moody praised, he blocked the spell, "But you didn't come to save more people, did you?"

Lawrence didn't speak, he focused on firing spells one after another, Moody waved his wand to resist, the spells collided and exploded in the air, sparks flew everywhere, and both sides were looking for another opportunity to attack,

Lawrence suddenly pointed his wand at the table against the wall, he threw the table at Moody, who let out a roar of approval, turning the table into a flower and falling to the ground,

Lawrence had taken advantage of this opportunity to take control of the other table again, and cast a spell to set it on fire, throwing it at Moody, Moody's face changed slightly, and he turned the flowers on the ground back into the table, causing them to crash together, barely resisting the attack, but the flying sparks made Moody very embarrassed,

And Lawrence commanded the third table at this time, and Moody also cast a spell to compete with him for control of the table this time, and the table could not withstand the squeeze of the magic and burst into pieces of sawdust,

"Aha-" Moody looked at the sharp sawdust floating around him, and then turned to look at the students who had been rescued by the twins, when the bell rang, "It looks like it's over, you have backup."

"I have partners." Lawrence said the twins walked over and high-fived Lawrence as sawdust fell to the ground around Moody.

"I want you to be vigilant—" Moody yelled at the scheming students, "I told you I was playing the Dark Wizard, right?"

"I thought dark wizards would only threaten people with wands." A Hufflepuff student complained,

"Or use spells to control people." Another Ravenclaw student chimed in,

"Do you think dark wizards are fools?" Moody roared, "The most powerful Dark Wizards, they are smarter and cunning than anyone else, and they will make people willing to die for him."

"Why don't you continue to attack each other with spells?" A student who was lucky enough to watch the entire battle asked,

"Very good question," Moody growled, "Rovande, tell him why."

"Because we're just demonstrating a duel, and it restricts a lot of powerful spells," Lawrence explained, "and if we keep using spells to split the win, it may take a long time, and it's more likely that the spells won't break through our defenses—"

"Got it?" Moody said, "As you can see, the duel uses not only the defense against the dark arts, but I also use the Transfiguration Charm, and Rovander noticed that my feet are inconvenient, and he used a simple levitation charm, using the table to perform a physical attack, and then attaching a magic flame to the table to prevent me from casting the Transfiguration Charm."

"So Lawrence. Did Rovander win you, Professor?" A bold student asked,

"You ask him to see—" Moody tugged at the corners of his lips and smiled,

"I lost." Lawrence said that the crowd was talking,

"Why? You've obviously subdued the professor in the end." The student was puzzled,

"Because the professor positioned me as a protector," Lawrence replied, "but most of them fell."

"But they woke us up." The student asked the twins, and Fred and George waved at the crowd.

"If that trap is a damnation that kills, no one will save you." Lawrence said, the student was dumbfounded,

"Then why did you stop after that?" A seventh-grade bystander asked,

"Because class is over." Moody roared, "It's time for you to go to dinner, and I'll hand in a report for the next class, tell me what a wizard's duel is, imagine an opponent, and then how you'll respond, remember—always be vigilant."

"I think Charlie is right, he is indeed a good Auror." George said, "It's a pity that I have paranoia of victimization."

"He's trying to teach us about it now." Fred said, "He wants to train us to be little Moody."

"By the way, didn't Luna get under the Imperius Curse?" George suddenly remembered,

"I'd like to know if Moody taught them the same things as we did in the lower grades." Fred frowned,

"I've asked, the sneak attack class is only available in the Hyper Witch Testing Class." Lawrence replied, "The only way to do this is to know the unforgivable spell and experience the power of the Imperius Curse."

"Who have you asked?" The twins asked in unison,

"Luna," Lawrence replied, "and Ginny."

The twins let out a strange laugh of unknown meaning, and Lawrence rolled his eyes.

Most of October passed quickly, and on this day, they were gathered at the entrance of the hall after class, the notice board in front of the marble staircase attracted attention, everyone was excited, and the advantage of the senior class was that their height allowed them to easily read the words on the notice board beyond the crowd,

Triwizard Tournament

Beauxbatons and Durmstrang representatives will arrive at 6 p.m. on Friday, October 30, and the afternoon session will end half an hour early.

Students are invited to bring their school bags and textbooks back to the dormitory, gather in front of the castle to greet our guests, and then attend the welcome banquet.

(Note 1)

"Triwizard Rivalry—" Fred's eyes sparkled, "it's finally here."

"We've been waiting for a long time." George said, "Hey, where are you going, Lawrence?"

"Prefect's job." Lawrence replied, "We're going to start helping clean up the school—mentioned at the prefects' meeting on the train."

"Aha, can you see you mopping the floor and wiping your armor with a long brush and rag?" Fred asked with interest,

"Less stupid," Lawrence glanced at Fred with an idiotic gaze, "I'm a wizard."

The sign in front of the hall had a big impact on everyone, and for the next week, everyone was talking about Triwizard Tournament, they talked about how Beauxbatons and Durmstrang students were different from them, and of course, the most talked about were the Hogwarts Warrior representatives,

"It must be Lawrence." A Gryffindor junior student said,

"It's weird, it must be Cedric." Another Hufflepuff junior retorted, none of them noticing that the two people they were talking about were passing by them,

"What? You're going to participate, right?" Cedric asked with a smile, they were patrolling the campus to check for the unclean armor and portraits, and after dinner tonight, all the prefects were going to stay in the hall to help set up,

"It's rare to have this opportunity, why don't you participate?" Lawrence replied,

"I think when it comes to magic, you're the best of the Hogwarts students." Cedric said, "But I'm not going to give up, I'm going to try."

"The Fire Cup will select the best person to represent Hogwarts." Lawrence said, "We all have a chance."

"Whatever the outcome, I guess we'll still be friends, right?" Cedric held out a hand, and he said,

"Of course," Lawrence paused, and he held out a hand, "friend."

Author's note: Maybe after the fourth volume is written, I will write some side stories......

Then, I thought about it again, I can still write about the grandchildren after the end of the seven volumes...... If the festival is maintained.

Note 1: The announcement of the original book is written so clearly, so I was surprised that someone posted this question before, and I don't quite understand why there is an age problem.
