The great housekeeper of China

chamberlain

Su ~ Zhan ~ book: male, born in August 1950, ancestral home is Pingshan County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, graduated from the Department of Political Science and Education of Hebei Normal University. He joined the Communist Party of China in April 1975. He is an alternate member of the 16th and 17th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and has served as deputy secretary of the Heilongjiang Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, governor of Heilongjiang Province, secretary of the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee, and executive deputy director of the Central Committee Office in August 2012. In September 2012, he was appointed Director of the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. In October 2012, he concurrently served as the secretary of the Working Committee of the CPC Central Committee. He is currently a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, a member of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee, director of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee, and a director of the Central Secrecy Commission.

Li ~ Zhan ~ scholar was born in a red family in Pingshan County, Hebei Province,

His fourth grandfather, Li Zaiwen, was the first Communist Party member in Pingshan County, and after 1949, he served as secretary of the Shandong Provincial Party Committee. In 1983, in the wave of younger cadres after the reform and opening up, the 33-year-old *** was directly promoted from a section chief of the Shijiazhuang Prefectural Party Committee of Hebei Province to the secretary of the Wuji County Party Committee. At the same time, Xi ~ near ~ Ping served as the secretary of the county party committee in Zhengding County, which is 30 kilometers away from Wuji. Wuji and Zhengding are all counties of Shijiazhuang.

Li ~ Zhan ~ Shu once said in an article: *** once said this: There is a person in my family who has had a great influence on my life, and that is my uncle Li Zhengtong.

Born in 1923, Li Zhengtong enlisted in the army in 1937 and followed General Wang Zhen to participate in the War of Resistance Against Japan, witnessing the Battle of the Hundred Regiments and later the battle to defend Yan'an. In 1949, Li Zhengtong died in the Battle of Fumei at the age of 26.

Li ~ Zhanshu recalled: I returned to my hometown to work as a farmer after graduating from middle school, and worked as a "sheep herder" in the production team for several years. Whenever I drove the sheep to the hill where my uncle was buried, endless thoughts always came to my heart. I used to crouch there and stare at my uncle's grave, and the image of my uncle always came to mind!

This work lasted until 1983, during which time an interesting event occurred.

According to the People's Digest: In the early 80s of the last century, there was a trend of thought in society that negated the leadership of the Communist Party and socialism, which caused great thinking. He thought of the song that no one had sung for a long time - "Socialism is Good", so he wrote a letter and sent it to Hu Yaobang, then general secretary of the CPC Central Committee. In the letter, he suggested singing "Socialism is Good" and changing the original lyrics of the phrase "rightists can't oppose it if they want to" to "reactionaries can't oppose it if they want to." Unexpectedly, this letter was later approved and transferred to the Central Propaganda Department, and published on the fourth page of the "People's Daily" on May 26, 1982, signed as "Li ~ Zhanshu of the Shijiazhuang Prefectural Committee Office of the Communist Party of China, Hebei Province".

In 2008, when he was the new governor of Heilongjiang Province, Li ~ Zhanshu was a guest on CCTV's "News Lounge", revealing his governing style: the new official will neither burn three fires nor cut three axes when he takes office, but also achieve "three nos": not to rectify people, not to be slippery, and not to be lazy.

He also revealed his hobbies and personality traits: he likes to watch Peking Opera and boxing, "but I don't know boxing, and I can't sing a word of Peking Opera." Some people have wondered to me that boxing is a primitive combat that looks very savage. Peking Opera is very gentle and elegant, how can you love to watch both boxing and Peking Opera? I also think that in my life and work, my personality seems to be two-sided, sometimes very bold, you may see that some of the poems I wrote in this are to express that kind of pride and ambition, but sometimes it is very childlike."

Half a month after the closing of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee, Li ~ Zhanshu published an article in the People's Daily entitled "Follow the Reform Experience of the "Four Insistences"".

Li ~ Zhanshu wrote in the article: Eastern Europe, the Soviet Union and other former socialist countries also carried out "reform", some even earlier than China, but their "reform" direction deviated and the road went crooked, not only did not improve and develop the socialist system, consolidate and strengthen the socialist cause, but subverted the socialist system and buried the socialist cause, and the lesson was extremely profound.

Li ~ Zhanshu proposed: Some people define reform and opening up as changing in the direction of Western "universal values" and Western political systems, otherwise they will say that you "do not reform". This is a misinterpretation of reform. We have been carrying out reforms for 35 years, and there is nothing that should be changed but not changed. The essence of the question is what to change and what not to change.

This is the first time I have seen the mainland's vice-state-level leaders talk about '**' on a formal occasion, and at present, as a cloth cloth, I foolishly think that China's treatment of the Cultural ~ Revolution will soon be declassified!

Li ~ Zhanshu is also half a prince ~ party! Remember that he and Xi ~ always have a good friendship! ~ Secretary of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee, Director of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee ~ and Director of the Central Secrecy Commission! Who else is this position?
