004 Ministry of Magic
Over the next few days, Lawrence finally learned why Mrs. Weasley said, "I don't have time to deal with this stuff lately," because the Order of the Phoenix meetings take place almost every night.
Lawrence also saw the members of the Order of the Phoenix in person, not in his head, and most of them appeared at dinner time.
Fred and George had some confidence in evoking Lawrence's memories, but after they tried all kinds of methods and failed, they could only admit that the "prank was completed" on the Hogwarts train seemed to be just a flash of inspiration.
But their efforts still seem to have paid off, and Lawrence has also joined the ranks of eavesdropping on the Phoenix Council with telescopic ears, and from some of the special names that often appear in their meetings, Lawrence believes that Dumbledore has long known that they are eavesdropping, and these news are not the core secrets of the Order of the Phoenix at present,
Lawrence also guessed that on the night Dumbledore stopped him from looking, he had explained the secret mission to each member of the Order of the Phoenix, and the twins also confirmed that the telescopic ear had inexplicably malfunctioned that night, causing them not to hear anything,
But that didn't detract from their enthusiasm for eavesdropping on the Phoenix Conference, and before Mrs. Weasley found out, everyone listened to it with great pleasure, such as the whereabouts of the Death Eaters, speculation about Voldemort's intentions, and the guard's shift mission.
However, the existence of the telescopic ears was finally discovered by Mrs. Weasley, who lost her temper and confiscated their eavesdropping tools on the spot, and broke into the twins' room to find more telescopic ears.
"No wonder you haven't been clamoring to go to the Ministry of Magic lately," Mrs. Weasley roared, her pan almost sticking to the twins' noses, "that's what this stuff is."
"Don't do that again," said Mrs. Weasley, narrowing her eyes and asking sharply, "You don't have any other items of the same kind hidden?"
Of course, the twins will not be asked so easily, and the others are concentrating on their dinner.
The young Auror Tonks watched with interest as Sirius and Remus were playing with confiscated telescopic ears - the two guys were sitting at opposite ends of the kitchen, holding two telescopic ears and talking, which reminded Lawrence of Muggle phones.
"That feels useful, doesn't it?" Tonks is a young woman, one of the members of the Order of the Phoenix who most often comes to Black's Old House at breakfast or dinner time, and a disguised Magus who can easily change her appearance, and today she has bright emerald hair, "Were you like them before?"
"We used to?" Sirius laughed, "What did Andomita say about us?"
"Mom just said you were a bunch of troublemakers." Tonks said, hearing this, Sirius burst out laughing again,
"We weren't as ...... as they used to be Well, awesome." Remus said, Mrs. Weasley looked at him with a look of condemnation, and Remus kept her mouth shut, but winked at the twins, who were taking off their hats in front of Remus.
"It's just that we don't follow the rules, maybe a lot more than them, right?" Sirius thought for a moment and made a comparison,
"Thank you for your objective assessment, Sirius." Mrs. Weasley said coldly, "I'm grateful you still have rules in your head."
"They're serious about the whole thing as a business." Remus impartially pointed out that he glanced at Sirius, "We're just... Huh?"
"The idiocy of youth." Sirius replied with a smile, Remus grinned, and Tonks showed a hint of envy,
"Anyway, Arthur will take you to the Ministry of Magic tomorrow," Mrs. Weasley glared at the twins, then turned to Lawrence with a pleasant face, "Would you like to go and get your license too, Lawrence?"
Lawrence nodded at Mrs. Weasley, a familiar guilt welling up in him that baffled him.
───────
The next morning, Lawrence, the twins, and Mr. Weasley first went to the Burrow through the stove at 12 Grimmauld Place, where they were now standing in front of the stove in the kitchen.
"Despite the loyalty spells and all the protections, we agreed to try to avoid going to the Ministry of Magic from 'there,'" Mr. Weasley explained, "After all, the Ministry of Magic's furnaces are always under management, and it would be very troublesome for the administrators to find out that we were entering the Ministry from a furnace from an unknown location—especially at this sensitive time."
"Remember, the destination is the 'Visitors' Hall of the Ministry of Magic in England,'" Mr. Weasley advised, "and there will be a lot of people entering the Ministry of Magic at this time, and you may have to wait in line to tell the administrator that you are here to get a license, and you need to go through security to enter the Ministry of Magic."
"Lawrence, you first," said Mr. Weasley, "I'll use the illusion to keep up with you when you're all gone, and I'll be there before you in the current crowd, but in case of an accident, help me keep an eye on these two guys and don't let them run away."
"Hey." The twins were disgruntled, but Mr. Weasley ignored them, and he picked up the flower pot on the mantelpiece, which contained Floo powder,
"The Visitors' Hall of the Ministry of Magic in England." Lawrence sprinkled the shiny powder into the furnace, and the bright green flame rose,
Lawrence stepped into it and closed his eyes to prevent the soot from entering his eyes, and after several spins, Lawrence stopped, but it was a little warm around him, and he opened his eyes to find a bright green flame beating beside him, and he felt that he was not stepping on the ground, but he seemed to be standing steadily,
"Hello visitors, welcome to the Ministry of Magic, you are currently in the seventh fireplace, please be patient and wait for the others to pass first, and please say your name and business first." A deep male voice rang out,
"Lawrence. Rovander, I'm here to get a license to transfigure." Lawrence replied,
"Thank you, please take your identification badge and pin it on your body." As soon as the male voice finished speaking, a silver light flashed, and a shiny badge fell from the air, Lawrence hurriedly reached out to catch it, he was not sure if there was a chance to reissue it if he didn't receive it, the silver badge in the square read "Lawrence. Rovander, Phantom Shifter License Exam', Lawrence pinned his shirt to the chest,
"Good response," the male voice complimented, and then, as if he seemed to realize that he shouldn't say anything superfluous, coughed lightly and continued, "Hello visitor, now connect Fireplace No. 7 for you, please do not linger in the fireplace, and go to the security counter at the innermost part of the atrium, get checked and show your wand for registration."
Lawrence felt the whole person "bounce" violently, and then he stepped on the solid floor, he remembered to remind him not to linger in the fireplace, so he hurriedly left the gold-trimmed fireplace,
He walked a few steps on the black, shiny floor before he looked up at the glorious hall, with its peacock blue ceiling inlaid with ever-changing shining gold symbols, and people kept coming to the hall from the fireplace.
A familiar silver light flashed from the corner of Lawrence's eyes, and he turned to look closer, but a group of wizards blocked his view, and he was about to go around when someone grabbed him by the shoulder,
"Lawrence," said Mr. Weasley, "is it going well?"
"Hmm." Lawrence replied, his gaze not continuing to chase the silver figure, he turned to stare at the fireplace with Mr. Weasley, and Fred and George happened to emerge from the fireplace of Number Four and Five,
"Looks like we're going well, that's good," Mr. Weasley said, suddenly overheading, "Gee, I see Dun Bully, but we can't be too good right now."
Deng Bulido obviously thought the same way, he just nodded to Mr. Weasley—he should say he nodded to everyone who greeted him, but apparently there weren't too many people willing to say hello, more people stood aside and whispered, and some even showed a hint of hostility,
"There's some trouble with Dunbury," Mr. Weasley said, lowering his voice, "he's going to give a speech today about 'that man' returning, but it's likely to off Mao Fudge."
"I'll take you to the security counter first," Mr. Weasley shook his head and said no more, Dunburydo had already stepped into the Ministry of Magic first, "I'll accompany you to the sixth floor later, which is the Apparition Test Center."
