Volume 1 Self-cultivation Chapter 17 Embark on the Dan Dao

Time is soft, penetrating the strings of time.

It has been three months since Qin Wudao left the palace, and when he first came out of the palace of the Qin king, the spring was still strong, and now it is already the middle of summer.

In the summer, the sun runs rampant almost every day, unbridledging its light and heat in the sky.

Knowing the tireless screaming, it brings people a kind of summer irritability, without a trace of wind, and the earth is like a steamer.

The summer in Xihai City, located in the southeast of the Yongzhou Road of the Great Qin State, seemed scorching to people in the rest of the dynasty.

It was indeed so hot and windless, the branches of the trees hung listlessly, not moving, and the stone-paved official road was shining with a little silver light, as if everything was about to melt.

Summer is not only the same for this small coastal town, just like the weather by the sea in Moon Bay, not far from Xihai City, at the moment, it is just right.

There are scenery everywhere you look, although it is still sweaty weather, but looking at the sea and a pool of clear water in Moon Bay, watching the sea water lap on the white sand, your heart will be calm in an instant, and even enjoy this subtropical scenery.

Moon Bay is the place where Qin Wudao's cultivation on the Posa Continent began.

In the palace next to the clear water in this bay, Qin Wudao was given eye medicine by Ma Fei, the lord of Xihai City assigned by Qin Xiaogang, the king of Qin.

In just over two months, under the supply of the Great Qin Dynasty's massive heavenly and earthly treasure elixirs, and under the tireless cultivation of martial arts, Qin Wudao's physical body has reached a peak of his current body.

Although Qin Wudao's martial arts had not yet reached the level of Ming Jin, it was only one step away.

However, Qin Wudao thought that it was enough, and if he broke that string under strengthening, there would be a big problem.

No, Qin Wudao stood in the three-body pose a little today, and after two punches, he took a bath under the service of Yifei and Mi Mi, changed into a dark robe made of ice silk, and then put on sunglasses made of obsidian by Qin Wudao's thought drawings and palace craftsmen.

Qin Wudao was holding sunglasses on the bridge of his nose and holding a glass of coconut milk in his hand, lying on the recliner in the old position on the beach, squinting his eyes slightly and completely relaxed.

Qin Wudao just drank a bowl of ice powder with ice cubes and made from the ice pith in the body of the four-grade sturgeon demon beast.

When Mi Mi sent it over, he was still using the air conditioner, fed Mi Mi a few sips, and watched this big-breasted Lori walk back to the palace with satisfaction, Qin Wudao drank a full bowl of ice drink.

In this place that is close to the tropics, in this sullen summer, he can still drink this level of ice drink, Qin Wudao, as a picky traverser, also feels satisfied.

What HΓ€agen-Dazs, it's not a grade at all, okay.

Qin Wudao was lying on the soft recliner with a faint cool air all over his body. Regardless of the sun's exposure, Qin Wudao was very cool, and even wanted to cover a thin blanket.......

"This is a vacation~" Qin Wudao groaned exaggeratedly in the voice of a male duck who was still in the voice change period.

The feudal dynasty that is extremely poor and luxurious, Qin Wudao is in the middle of it, and he thinks it is better to let this kind of thing come more violently.

Who wants to fight and kill all day long, who wants to see the brain and intestines, doesn't it exist, isn't it fragrant to take a few beauties on vacation to eat and drink? Qin Wudao felt that he had reached the peak of his current life.

--β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”

The cultivation of Heavenly Power, Qin Wudao has not awakened the Heavenly Root at present, and he can't cultivate yet. The cultivation of martial arts has also reached its current peak state. The rest is Dan Dao.

For something as mysterious as the Heavenly Root. Qin Wudao compared it with the knowledge of Chinese culture, and felt that this was something that people were born with the same spirit and spirit.

Qin Wudao judged that everyone should have a heavenly root, but some people can awaken, and some people can't. Qin Wudao felt that whether or not he could awaken the Heavenly Root was fundamentally related to the state of the human body.

Most people with poor health can't awaken the Heavenly Root, while most children with good health and energy to a certain point can awaken the Heavenly Root.

Qin Wudao's judgment is still related to the things brought by the innate in the human body, and the amount of energy in the human body. Otherwise, there would be no legend that ordinary people awaken to the root of heaven after eating a dish of the divine kitchen.

The Heavenly Root is inextricably related to the state of the human body, otherwise the Great Xia Divine Dynasty would not have allowed children to start exercising from the age of six.

Therefore, Qin Wudao thought that if he cultivated the Dan Dao now, refined and refined the qi, and after building the foundation in a hundred days, would he let his body go against his fate from the acquired body to the innate body, would he let himself awaken to the super-level Heavenly Root?

Qin Wudao felt that this should be feasible.

Lao Tzu has a cloud in the Tao Te Ching: The way of heaven is to make up for the deficiency with more than loss, and the way of man is not, and the loss is not enough to serve the world.

The most critical point of this sentence is: the way of heaven is to make up for the deficiency with more than loss. It can be understood as the law of nature, which is to reduce the excess to make up for the deficiency.

Obey the ordinary, reverse into the immortal. The cultivation of the Dan Dao is the process of disobeying fate. That is to say, the surplus of acquired essence cultivation is transformed into innate qi to supplement the loss of innate qi. In harmony with the natural workings of the universe.

Qin Wudao will be nine years old in the remaining eight months, and since he is a traverser without goldfinger black technology, he naturally wants to leave everyone behind from the starting line.

Otherwise, when the time comes, he will break into the mainland and be beaten, which is not what Qin Wudao wants to see.

You can't be beaten, you have to beat others, and you have to beat others with weights like a light cloud, this is the correct way to open a person who travels.

The traversers will be beaten among their contemporaries, so is there still a heavenly principle? Is there still a royal law? Is there still a card?

In order not to be beaten in the future, in order to dominate the situation in the future, invincible in the world. In order to eat fragrant and drink spicy food in the future, I will gain the adoring eyes of the little brothers and fans.

Qin Wudao felt that he was about to start cultivating the Dan Dao. After all, time waits for no one, and in seven or eight months, the Heavenly Root will be awakened.

For his Qin Wudao's ideal of crisscrossing the continent, in order to keep the cards of the traversers.

Qin Wudao felt that he had to awaken a Heavenly Root of the highest level, a Heavenly Root of the Transcendent Grade.

Then Qin Wudao had to complete the cultivation of the first small realm of the Dan Dao in the remaining seven or eight months, before awakening the Heavenly Root, the Hundred Days Foundation Building.

How to build a foundation in 100 days, that is naturally meditation exercises.

How long does it take to sit in meditation without dwelling, without wanting, and without confusion? Is there a quantitative standard? Can it be calculated?

That is naturally possible, the ancestors of China, the pioneers of Dandao, have been proven and perfected through their own practice thousands of years ago.

When the central channel of the human body is opened, it naturally becomes an innate body. The sign of the innate body is whether the central channel is opened.

You can't calculate the exact time, but the approximate time can be calculated. How do you calculate that? How long do you have to sit to open up the qi veins? There is a secret method, and I can't defend against it.

To know how long it takes to sit and open up the qi pulses, you must first understand the structure of the human body. There are 365 large caves in the human body, which correspond to one revolution of the earth and the sun. The rotation of the earth around the sun is 365 days, and the number of easy numbers is 9 as the maximum, and 9 is true, so there are 365 big acupoints in the human body, and each acupuncture point should be filled with 9 breaths of true qi.

There are twelve hours in a day, six quarters of an hour, and twenty minutes in every quarter of an hour, that is, one every twenty minutes. A monk who has entered the Tao and has kung fu can get a breath of true qi in one place.

If you sit for 12 hours and 24 hours a day, you can sit for 72 hours, you can get 72 breaths of true qi, and you can fill 8 acupoints. Of course, this is an ideal state, and if people want to eat, drink, and sleep, they will naturally not be able to sit for seventy-two seats. The three hundred and sixty-five acupuncture points are filled with true qi in this ideal state, and it takes forty-six days to go sleepless.

Taoist high paths meditate during the day and sleep at night. Thirty-six sits a day. Buddhist monks sit during the day and at night, which is more than that of Taoist monks. Taoism pays attention to living and maintaining health according to the hour, and sleeping at night involves the three souls and seven spirits, which will not be described for the time being.

Buddhism talks about seven meditations, one meditation seven, seven seven and forty-nine days. Sleepless meditation day and night, about forty-nine days, you can get the innate body.

Taoism emphasizes health preservation, sunrise and sunset, and adjusts cultivation according to the changes in the seasons and solar terms. Taoism has to sleep at night, so Taoism talks about building a foundation in 100 days, and it takes about 100 days to get the innate body.

The 100-day foundation building and the seven meditations are actually two different names for the true qi obtained every day. Buddhism and Taoism are the same, and they all speak of the same truth, but the subtleties are different.

After all, the two religions are not under the same cultural environment, although they both talk about the principle of detachment from cultivation, but because of the different regional and cultural environments, the way of telling is also different, so that two different religious cultures are derived.

For example, Buddhism has Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and Taoism has immortals such as the Three Qing Jade Emperors. Immortals and Buddhas are all enlightened people, they are detached people, and they are all people who have changed their life forms. In the humanistic environment of different regional backgrounds, two sects and two immortal systems have been derived.

A large tree with two flowers, one on each branch. This is the difference between Buddhism and Taoism. There is a giant god who wrote a book called "Buddha is the Way", which is what it means. The two teachings have the same path, and they both teach people how to detach.

It's just two flowers on a big tree.
