After the provincial government enters the compound, it is carried out in accordance with the arrangement of all functional departments, constituent units and offices as a whole, the main building in addition to the general office, there are most of the internal institutions and offices of the provincial government, and the annex building is basically occupied by several departments and bureaus, so that the whole compound is complete and crowded, and there are thousands of cadres and workers who come and go to work in the compound every day, and it has become a veritable miscellaneous courtyard.

With the increase of personnel, especially after the expansion and vertical management of many bureaus and commissions, it has become an inevitable choice to leave the compound and find a new site, and the demonstration effect produced by the conditional bureaus and commissions moving out has made the unconditional bureaus and commissions follow suit, and soon the compound will be much deserted, and it has also improved the office conditions of the units that are still in the compound, the best of both worlds.
