In local conflicts and small-scale raids, transport aircraft can turn the tide of a conflict by delivering soldiers and supplies to the most urgently needed places in a very short period of time.

At present, most countries in the world are equipped with transport aircraft, which have more or less long-range delivery capabilities, and Somalia, as a rising country, needs long-range delivery capabilities in the event of conflicts with other countries to strike at the enemy's hinterland.

According to the discussion of several departments, the development task was finally issued, 'YSK01', of which 'SK' is the code name of the Somali Air Force, because Li Mo is Chinese, and in many code names, Chinese habits are used.
