In the 97-year planning blueprint of the Baihe Village Committee, there are three major infrastructure projects.

The first is the construction of the road facilities connecting the villages after the merger of the villages, which has been underway for nearly a month, and according to the current progress, there is no doubt that it can be completed before the greenhouse planting in the second quarter of the National Day begins.

The second is to update all the electrical facilities within Baihe Village, especially the power transmission lines, which is basically impossible to meet the needs of Baihe Village's village renovation construction.

In 97 years, not to mention Baihe Village, that is, the circuit of the entire Batou Township is a very old single line, and the safety is not guaranteed at all, let alone the two ends will be broken in three days. When it comes to thunder, rain and wind, basically either the wires on this team are blown by the wind or the electric switch of the team jumps.

It is almost unimaginable to support the infrastructure construction of Baihe Village with such a circuit situation, so Zhang Wenlin talked with Yu Jiangping, secretary of the municipal party committee, and Huang Yuecheng, mayor of the municipal party committee, that the basic power facilities of Baihe Village and even Batou Township should be updated before large-scale reform and construction are carried out in Baihe Village.

Hu Deping conducted a comprehensive survey of the overall power facilities in Batou Township at a very early stage, so the work began after the first month, but there were too many places to be updated, and the technical personnel in the township were not enough, and the speed was relatively slow.

Of course, Baihe Village will not make the mentally handicapped behavior of relocating everyone together for unified residence, and the main purpose of community construction is to carry out unified residential planning, community management, and form a modern community appearance.

After the Baihe Village expert group in the province was in place, it was the Baihe Village Community Construction Group headed by Zhang Wenlin that was established. The group was divided into two parts to work separately.

The research team spent a lot of time to investigate the various brigades below Baihe Village, and collected sufficient information, including the construction topography of the community, the layout of the water source road, topography, lighting, and so on.
