readx;?? Ye Liu pursed his lips, opened the folder he brought, and then handed it to Yang Rui and put it down, and said, "Principal, please take a photo taken by the student union when it inspected each dormitory last week!" ”

Inspecting student dormitories is a part of the Student Council's job!

To a certain extent, it is quite important to standardize the living habits of students and let them have a correct living habits. Pen? Interesting? Pavilion wWw. ｂiquge。 ｉｎfo.

Yang Rui was surprised by Ye Liu, and then looked at some photos, these were printed out with a printer, the picture was still quite clear, and the color picture was very clear what the dormitory was like.

This dormitory is really messy!

The enemy is far from being alone, and the enemy hates the moon by the moon department

While thinking about it, it turned over, and there were all the dormitories for boys and girls, from the living room to the washstand to the toilet.

The washing machine is full of clothes, and I don't know how to wash it!

The washing machine is fully automatic, as long as you put on the laundry detergent and press a few buttons, you can do it.

What a situation this is!

Yes, the quilt is the kind of casual way to get up, Yang Rui doesn't say anything about it, anyway, he is like this himself, he doesn't care about the quilt after he gets up, and he won't say to tidy it up.

Every time they get up, Zhou Yan and the others make the bed.

Clutter! This is the first feeling of Yang Rui's photo.

Then, in some of the photos, some of the garbage is piled up, and no one throws it away.

Some photos, Yang Rui instantly has a good and familiar feeling!

I remember when I was in college, the dormitory was almost the same! Then one time, the garbage in the dormitory was piled up, and the garbage outlet on the floor was only a few meters away from his dormitory.

The enemy is not a place, and after the investigation of Mo, Yang Nuo Xianmo

"The student union has already arranged for people to conduct a key inspection of the school's dormitory, but I think it's useless to just inspect it now, some dormitories are again and again, and the inspection is very bad, so I think it's not for the dormitory with poor hygiene, a certain punishment! ”

One day it was really gone, and then it was completely cleaned up.

"Now the health situation in this dormitory is not very optimistic, your student union should focus on this matter!"

Ye Liu couldn't help but pause when he heard this, and shouted in his heart: "Principal, I'm not here to say that the student union will strengthen the inspection of dormitory hygiene!" ”

For the health inspection of the school dormitory, the student union will naturally carry out an intensified inspection!

It's just that if the dormitory is only inspected by the student council, it is useless, and there must be punishment.

In the past, after the student council checked, it was over by telling the shop instructor about the situation.

For this point, Ye Liu will definitely change it, but in this case, he has to ask Yang Rui, the principal, to agree to do this.

"The student union has already arranged for people to conduct a key inspection of the school's dormitory, but I think it is useless to just inspect it now, and some dormitories have been inspected again and again that the sanitary conditions are very bad, so I think it is not for the dormitories with poor sanitation conditions, a certain punishment will be carried out!"

"Punishment?"

Yang Rui is curious about Liu, in Yulin University, it seems that there are really no punishment measures for students!

Actually, when I was in college, the school's punishment measures for students were demerited, and the rest of the words were called by the shop instructor to talk, right, but as for the rest, it seems that there is really none.

It's not like in high school, in addition to demerits, the class teacher can talk, and you can also punish students for copying texts and the like.

It is not cool to learn to make trouble after making enemies and hating independence

Or cleaning, in Yulin Middle School, it can also punish students for running and push-ups on the sports field.

"Yes, the cash penalty, and then use the cash obtained from the penalty, and the student union will ask hourly workers to clean the dormitory for them!"

"The student union can also introduce work-study jobs to students with difficult families and hire students to clean the dormitories!"

Other universities are private universities, but in them, there are students from good families and students from poor families!

However, compared to other universities, those students from poor families who study at Yulin University are undoubtedly quite lucky. Because Yang Rui believes that these students who enter Yulin University will definitely be kind of beautiful in the future.

Compared with those students of Pheasant University, the students of Yulin University are the real pride of the sky, this is quite certain.

Although Yang Rui also studied at a third-rate university in his memory.

It's like a stock, it's at an absolute low level, and if you buy it now, you'll definitely be able to make money in a few years.

Students of Yulin University can apply for an unsecured low-interest credit loan in Star Union Bank, with a maximum amount of 500,000 yuan.

The lowest is also from 50,000 yuan!

If you take out this loan, you can start repaying it in installments after you find a job for one year after graduation. Of course, at this time, your loan interest rate will no longer enjoy the low interest rate of students, but also change to the normal interest rate.

It is so that after you work, you don't use your salary to spend indiscriminately, but to repay the bank loan first.

In terms of student academic loans, Star United Bank still gave a quite preferential offer, and on this loan, Star United Bank actually did not say how much profit it made.

The calculation of interest and principal of this loan is like this, for example, after five years of loan, the interest and principal should add up to 50,000 yuan to repay the bank now, right?

The enemy is not hateful, the ball is alone, and the moon is lonely

Then you start to repay, don't say that you pay it off at once, if you repay it in installments, you repay 5,000 yuan this month, then what you still owe to the bank is 45,000 plus 50,000 yuan of interest for a month.

It is to repay the principal first, not to say that you will be asked to repay the interest first, as other banks do.

Yang Rui nodded, indicating that this thing seems to be something that can still be done!

"I am also going to take the initiative to launch the dormitory cleaning service at the school, as long as it costs money, you can enjoy this service!"

Ask an hourly worker to clean the dormitory? Can this be done?

Facing Yang Rui's question, Ye Liu said excitedly: "Principal, I have already investigated, there are many rich children studying in our school, and most of their dormitories are unqualified in this inspection, if we launch such a service, they will definitely be willing to spend money!" ”

If there are poor students in Yulin University, then there are naturally rich children!

Moreover, there are really a lot of rich children from Yulin University, and it is quite normal that some people don't like to clean their rooms, right?

At home, they clean their own rooms!
