The high-altitude platform also heats high-pressure gas, from room temperature to 500 degrees Celsius, and consumes as much natural gas as a small and medium-sized city in one day.

Of course, there is a compressor system, but also an exhaust system, and the test bench must always keep the airflow smooth, so a 'range hood' is needed. This is the most advanced high-altitude simulation test bench for aero engines. It is not only required to have strong design and manufacturing capabilities. Just by looking at the ability of this thing, you know that this is not cheap.

The cost must be calculated in billions, and it is even more terrifying to use. Compared to this thing, the wind tunnel is completely small displacement.
