Soon the top of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine issued an order to strictly prohibit all ships moored in the port of Odessa from going to sea.

On the day the order was issued, the authorities in Odessa sent a large number of border guards and marines to block the port and set up additional guards next to the cables of all ships, strictly prohibiting ships from leaving the port without permission.
