Therefore, whether it is QC-280 or GT-25000 of 703 Institute, it is actually the same engine, but because of the difference in production units, it is only given a different number, QC is the gas turbine number of the aviation port, and GT is the port number of the ship, and in the final analysis, this is just the group interest at fault, but these cannot be avoided, but it is also related to the serious disconnection between the design institute and the production unit.

If you say that 703 has its own production capacity, or there is a close-knit production unit like 611 and 132, but 703 does not have these conditions at all, so it has to find other units to produce OEM, and finally caused a series of tragedies.
