Powered by two new 453B steam turbines, it can reach 94,000 horsepower, which is enough for a 20,000-ton aircraft carrier to run at 30 knots or even 31 knots.
As for whether someone will cut it off, it's too simple.
First of all, the steam turbine used on the Yankee's Nimitz aircraft carrier is 60,000 horsepower, and two are 120,000 horsepower, which is obviously overpowered, not to mention the French de Gaulle, 76,000 horsepower, it may be used on this light aircraft carrier, it should also be able to reach a speed of 27 or 28 knots, but this is obviously a table of insufficient thrust in modern aircraft carriers.
