Chapter 0149: Visitation

Regarding the book "Yijin Sutra", before, Chu Nan was only a book compiled by the patriarch of Zhilu Dao Dharma.

As for the Bodhidharma Patriarch, most people know that because the predecessor of Shaolin Temple was the place where Bodhidharma practiced, and it was even rumored that the Bodhidharma Patriarch of the year, when he passed through the Yangtze River, crossed the river with a reed, which shows that he is very light.

Later, there was information that in fact, the "Yijin Sutra" is a martial art practiced by Taoists, and it has nothing to do with Buddhism, that is, it has nothing to do with the Bodhidharma Patriarch.

However, that era was too long, and with that movement, a lot of information was destroyed. Therefore, many people are even more unclear, where does the "Yijin Jing" come from?

However, the power of the "Yijin Sutra" is recognized by everyone, and the key is to be able to cultivate.

When Chu Nan was very young, he longed for the martial arts who knew kung fu in movies, and even practiced some kung fu by himself.

However, after the most trouble, he found that except for the strength of his whole body was much greater, and when he fought with those gangsters, there was actually not much difference, and after that, he did not practice those martial arts by himself.

At this time, when Chu Nan opened the book "Yijin Sutra", he found that in addition to the yellowing of the book cover outside, the content inside was indeed described very clearly, in addition to being able to see the words inside, there were also some paintings, all of which taught a person how to cultivate.

"Yijin Jing" has a total of 12 potentials, and its preparatory style is, the legs are open, the head is flat, the mouth is slightly closed, the breathing is regulated, the chest is contained, the waist is straight, the abdomen is stored, the shoulders are loosened, and the whole body is naturally relaxed.

The first potential, Wei Tuo offered the pestle to the first potential.

Bend the elbows of the two arms, slowly raise them to the chest to form a holding position, bend the wrists and stand palms, fingers to the spurs, palms opposite, about 10 cm away. This movement requires the shoulders, elbows, and wrists to be on the same plane, and breathe together 8-20 times as appropriate.

The trick is to be upright during the standing period, the ring is arched over the chest, the spirit is calm, and the heart is clear and respectful.

Action posture, first, prepare for pile work, stand with your feet parallel to each other, shoulder width apart, knees slightly bent, arms naturally drooping on both sides of the body, five fingers naturally close together and slightly bent, eyes level ahead, and then relaxed, gently closed, eyes like a curtain.

The heart is calm, the god can be peaceful, the heart is cleansed, and the heart is clear and respectful.

The whole body is relaxed from top to bottom on the head and neck, shoulders, arms, flat, chest, abdomen, hips, thighs, calves, and feet, and the joints and internal organs of the body are relaxed, so that there is no tightness in the body, no distractions in the heart, and the mind is adducted.

Then do vipassana relaxation, adduction of the divine will, guide the qi and blood vipassana mud pills, consciously refresh the mind, clear as morning dew.

Induce the breath downward, look inside the throat, and consciously relax the neck.

Induce qi downward, look inside the small dantian, consciously open-minded, refreshed.

Drain the qi downward, look inside the spleen and bones, consciously focus on the warm stream, and the stomach is comfortable.

Induce qi downward, look down the dantian, consciously live in the fire and warmth, full of vitality, and the warmth in the abdomen.

Induce the breath downward, look inside the perineum, and consciously relax the perineum.

The breath is drawn down along the inside of the legs, and the inner view gushes out, and the infinite vitality gushes out from the sufficiency.

Second, arch your hands as your chest, raise your arms slowly forward, your palms are equal to the width of your shoulders, your arms are straight, and then bend your elbows, your elbows will naturally fall down, your hands will slowly adduct inward, and after about a fist from your chest, your fingertips will be stacked, your thumbs will touch lightly, and your palms will be inward.

At this time, it is required to sink the shoulders and elbows, pull the back with the chest, sink the dantian, the tongue against the palate, and smile......

There are a total of 12 potentials, and each of them is very detailed, as well as those contents and paintings. If it is in the case of classical Chinese, Chu Nan may not be able to understand it, but when it is translated into modern Chinese, Chu Nan can see it very clearly.

It's just because of this book, the numbers on it are all traditional characters, and some traditional characters, Chu Nan still has some difficulties when he looks at it.

Chu Nan also knew that in the fifties and sixties, before the movement began, the martial arts sect was still very prosperous, but after that movement, most of them disappeared, and later, when they recovered, in the eighties and nineties, qigong began to flourish again, and even many national leaders and scientists practiced qigong.

However, Western newspapers keep preaching that Chinese qigong is pseudo-qigong and traditional Chinese medicine is pseudo-medical skills, and many domestic kung fu have been replaced by karate in the Wa country, taekwondo in the stick country, and even Muay Thai in Thailand.

Chu Nan looked at this thin book and felt very puzzled, because there was nothing else on it except for the time and price of printing, and it had been so long since there was this book, why was it caught in that book in the first place?

If you can really cultivate, then why haven't you heard of kung fu masters now?

Chu Nan took another look and didn't look any further, afraid that it would only take time at that time, and even make his hands and feet thicker and more powerful than before.

After turning off the lights, I slept for a while, and when I woke up the next day, my sister-in-law had already made breakfast.

When Chu Nan and the two daughters finished breakfast, Liu Wei left alone to see the scenery, while Chu Nan and his sister-in-law went to the First Military Hospital to see how Li Shaobo woke up after surgery.

The two took a taxi to the hospital, and when they went up to Li Shaobo's ward, they saw that Li Shaobo had woken up.

"Uncle, how do you feel?"

When he heard that it was Chu Nan's voice, Li Shaobo's face was a little dead white, and he regained some spirit and said.

"I should feel better."

In fact, even if you get better after this kind of surgery, you have to recuperate for a while.

After all, in Western medicine, various drugs will also kill a lot of other normal cells when they kill the virus.

"Uncle, you slowly recuperate, and if there is no recurrence in the examination, you can be discharged from the hospital."

Now that they have all undergone surgery, they are also treated according to other procedures.

Chu Nan helped everything he could, if God still wanted Li Shaobo's life, then Chu Nan couldn't help anything else even if he had Tianyan.

However, when Chu Nan quietly looked at Li Shaobo's stomach with the eye of heaven, he found that the original black part had been removed during the operation, and he didn't see it there now.

After Chu Nan withdrew his gaze, he talked to his aunt for more than ten minutes, and he left the hospital.

As for the sister-in-law, stay in the hospital and take care of the two little ones with the aunt.

When Chu Nan left the hospital, for a while, he found that he didn't know what to do.

However, when he remembered the Shen brothers he saw last night, Chu Nan also remembered the helpless old military doctor in the detention center.

The old military doctor was innocently imprisoned in the detention center for more than ten years, and he was alone, Chu Nan felt even more pitiful about him.

Therefore, when he thought of this, he recalled that when the beautiful police officer told him about the location of the old military doctor, Chu Nan also took the car to that place.

That place, Chu Nan also came here for the first time, and compared to the old city where he was located, it seemed even more defeated.

Because of the anti-Japanese massacre that year, I heard that many people were buried directly under this place, so in Jinling, whether rich or not, they didn't dare or wanted to live in this place.

The people who are in this place, that is, those who are bold, or who really don't have anywhere else to live, will come to live here.
