If this situation persists for a long time, every time it comes to cultivation in the future, this person will feel inexplicably irritable, and eventually it will become a psychological obstacle to this person's cultivation, and this is the inner demon. There are many examples, and there are many kinds of demons, but their essence is still some psychological obstacles, flaws and defects caused by their own negative emotions. There are strong and weak demons, and when the demons are strong enough to a certain extent, some will even generate spiritual wisdom on their own. They transform into all kinds of monsters when the monks are cultivating or ascending, interfering with the monks' minds, thus becoming the biggest obstacle to the monks' cultivation.
For this reason, the monks pay attention to the understanding of their thoughts and leave no flaws. In order not to be taken advantage of by the demons at the critical time of breaking through the bottleneck or crossing the catastrophe, so as to achieve success.
Because of this, in the process of cultivation, monks attach great importance to the cultivation of the state of mind, that is, the cultivation of the mind. Compared with self-cultivation, mind cultivation is more difficult. Unlike the realm of self-cultivation, which is divided into six levels: enlightenment, Jindan, Yuanying, Dongxu, Dacheng, and ascension, the cultivation of the mind is divided into eight realms, namely: enlightenment, clarity, tolerance, non-stagnation, forgetfulness, knowing fate, obedience, and freewheeling.
Enlightenment refers to the process in which a monk begins to gain a preliminary understanding of heaven and earth, life, and spiritual practice through cultivation, and forms his or her own outlook on life, values, and worldview. Enlightenment and enlightenment have similarities, but they are different. Enlightenment refers to the comprehension of the soul, mainly refers to a kind of "philosophical thinking" about the world and life. Enlightenment, on the other hand, refers to the process of communicating with heaven and earth, mastering the process of absorbing the spiritual energy of heaven and earth into the body and transforming it into one's own mana, which is a kind of comprehension of cultivation methods.
The fact that a person is enlightened does not mean that he also knows how to absorb the aura of heaven and earth for his own use. In other words, if a person is enlightened but not enlightened, he is still not a cultivator. These people can't condense mana in their bodies, so they are still just mortals. It's just that their ideological realm is a little higher, and they have higher wisdom than ordinary people.
However, if a person is enlightened but not enlightened in the heart, it is difficult for him to continue to ascend. In other words, his cultivation will be very slow, or even stagnant. If the state of mind is not enough, and the comprehension is not enough, it will naturally be difficult for cultivation to continue. Throughout the ages, there are very few people who can comprehend the methods used to absorb the aura of heaven and earth as their own, and there are not many people who can be enlightened in their hearts, and there are even fewer people who can realize both the Tao and enlightenment, so in the entire continent, monks are still very rare compared to ordinary mortals.
Right to the point. Enlightenment is followed by enlightenment. Enlightenment refers to the process in which a monk's comprehension of spiritual practice is deepened after enlightenment, and many doubts about heaven and earth and cultivation are gradually cleared in his heart, and his state of mind becomes more clear and clear. Generally speaking, after the monk is enlightened, he can be regarded as entering the state of enlightenment, and then as time passes, the monk's state of mind steadily improves, and suddenly one day he suddenly becomes enlightened, and his heart suddenly opens up, which is to enter the state of tolerance.
The so-called tolerance refers to the period when the mind is extremely open, the mind is like the sea that can accommodate everything, and at the same time, the mind is firm, and it is not easily confused by external objects. Monks generally reach the state of enlightenment during the Dan period and the state of tolerance during the infancy period. Shen Tianye is now in the realm of enlightenment.
Tolerance is followed by no stagnation. It refers to the understanding of thoughts in the heart and the absence of hindrance. Usually the monk attains a state of non-stagnation during the void period.
Enlightenment, clarity, tolerance, and non-stagnation can be regarded as the initial stage of mind cultivation. When a monk reaches the state of non-stagnation, it means that he can continue to cultivate until the void stage without being troubled by demons. However, it is only in the realm of no stagnation, but it is not possible to cultivate to the realm of great perfection.
If you want to cultivate to the great perfection, you must break through the realm of non-stagnation and enter the more advanced stage of mind cultivation. That is, the last four realms mentioned above: forgetting worries, knowing fate, being obedient, and following your heart.
