Chapter 105: The Mystery of Cultivation

This also made me want to practice hard and increase my cultivation so that I could escape from his ever-present shadow. Pen @ fun @ pavilion wWw. biqUgE怂 ļ½‰ļ½Žļ½†ļ½

Recently, I was reading a martial arts book that detailed the realm of cultivation. Although I have been practicing martial arts for many years, after all, I have only inherited the teachings of Xiufan, and my understanding of martial arts is not systematic, and I do not know all about other sects. This book divides cultivation into nine realms, namely foundation building, enlightenment, integration, heartbeat, out-of-body, distraction, integration, tribulation, and godhood.

The so-called foundation building is the basic skill of a warrior, enlightenment is to have the basic quality of a warrior, the understanding of martial arts is higher than the body itself, the so-called "see the mountain is not a mountain, see the water is not water", a warrior's understanding is good or bad, is often the watershed of whether to continue to practice superior martial arts.

Speaking of fusion, this layer requires the martial artist to integrate his body and mind, and every move and style does not need to go through the brain, but starts from the heart, so as to respond as quickly as possible.

These three layers are the foundation of a martial artist, and they are also relatively easy to achieve. I've done all the self-comparisons. But this fourth level, heartbeat, is vague in the book. It is only said that the martial artist needs to see through the martial arts itself and know what his heart desires, so that he can practice.

The words are easy to understand. But it takes a lot of work to understand. After reading the martial arts themselves, I have roughly understood that martial arts are just tools after all, and it makes sense to be able to use the subtleties of martial arts for one's own use. Knowing what my heart desires, I know that my people only live for revenge, so my heart is naturally full of hatred. My heart is simple and clear. But if it was really as easy as the text understood, then presumably ordinary martial artists would not be so difficult to advance. I know I didn't grasp the key to this level.

As for the next few levels, out-of-body and distracted, I understand it. Out-of-body is to have a sense of jumping out of the body during every game and see the overall situation. Be able to start from the heart, see your body fighting with the enemy, and give the most reasonable feedback. Distraction is "one heart and two purposes", which can be distracted from other things when playing with the opponent, and no longer have to bother with fighting, all martial arts routines are conditioned reflexes, and no longer need mental control. This layer is already an extremely high level of cultivation.

I studied until late at night, and I didn't have a definite understanding of "heartbeat", so I was stumped by myself.

People came back and forth a few times to remind me that I hadn't served dinner yet. I just asked her to add an extra candle to me, and I went on to study the book. Before I knew it, it was late at night.

What made me look up again was the sound of demonic footsteps and banter in my ears.

"Why did this king hear that the king's side concubine missed this king so much that she didn't want to eat or tea, and fell into the book alone."

Before the wicked arrived, the evil aura seemed to fill the entire room.

"I'm back." I didn't get up, still holding the scroll in my hand.

"Why, after becoming a side concubine, the shelf is also bigger, and you don't even get up and salute this king?" Dugu Ranche took off his cloak and threw it into the hands of the former people, and another color ordered her to retreat, and only me and him were left in the room.

"The prince knows, a woman's heart is needle-dropping, and she doesn't think about eating for the prince's tea all night, can't the prince play a little bit at this moment?" I laughed.
