Gongsun Guiyi in the info house, the Seven Sages of Meishan outside the house, and Xiu Tianxiang, Jia Xuelan, Luo Mingyue, and Long Bing'er, who had just been shocked by this energy change, all completely changed color, "Damn, don't you even use Lanruo Temple to connect this city to the Infernal Hell, aren't you afraid of causing heavenly damnation?" ”

In The Path to Buddhahood, Master Yinshun said that hells can be divided into four categories: Hell Classification 1, Eight Hells (Eight Heats Hells): The Eight Hells are the most fundamental of this path, and they are full of flames, so they are also called the Eight Heat Hells, and the bottom is the Abi Hell, that is, the Infernal Hell.

2. Youzeng Hell: Each of the eight hot hells has four gates, and each gate has four small hells, a total of one hundred and twenty-eight hells.

All sentient beings who come out of the Eight Heats Hell have to travel here one by one to suffer, so they are called Youzeng.

3. Eight Cold Hells: It is extremely cold, and all living beings here often mourn because of the cold, and their bodies are also frozen and discolored.

4. Lonely hell: Living a lonely and inhuman life by the mountains and rivers in the world can be said to be a hell on earth.

There are a total of eight heats, eight colds, wanderings, and loneliness, and there are eighteen places in hell.

Those who fall into the Infernal Hell are extremely wicked people, and when they commit the most serious sins, they are thrown into the Infernal Hell.

In the infernal hell, there is never any hope of liberation, there is no other feeling than suffering, and there is no indefinite suffering, no indefinite body, no indefinite time, no indefinite action.

In the Infernal Hell, the fierce fire burns people, so it is also called "Ah Nose Scorching Hell"

The infernal hell is huge, the desert is vast, and the ghosts who enter the hell cannot get out, because there is no reincarnation, so they will suffer in hell forever and forever, as the retribution of the fierce and vicious in life, so this hell is also called "the big city of Abi"

The Infernal Hell stands under the Southern Ganbu Continent, about 20,000 "Yuten"

(i.e., more than 300,000 kilometers), according to Buddhist scriptures, the big city of Abi is "wide and deep for 20,000 years"

, that is, 90 billion square kilometers (i.e., 9,000 Chinese territories).

The soul-arresting messenger in the hell of Ah Bi is called "Ah Pong Rakshasa "

According to the volume of the "Jizo Bodhisattva Honwish Sutra", the Infernal (i.e., the Abi Hell) has a "sense of five causes"

, hence the name.

i.e. "Infernal"

There are five meanings: 1. Endless Fun Fruit - After the end of life, he will fall directly into this prison without any interval.

2. Suffering without interruption -- Falling into this prison until the sin is over and being released from prison, there is no interruption in the suffering.

3. Time is uninterrupted - between the calamities, continuous and uninterrupted.

4. Endless life - between calamities, life is uninterrupted.

5. Endless body shape - Hell is 84,000 miles long, and the body is full of shapes without gaps.

"Infernal Affairs"

It is one of the four courses.

The four realms refer to the four processes of getting rid of afflictions and attaining truth. In this way, the fruit of nirvana can be attained, which is the embodiment of all Buddhist practice methods.

The four paths are: 1. The preliminaries (also known as the convenient path) -- the practice of preparing for the elimination of afflictions before the Infernal Path.

2. Infernal Path (also known as the Unhindered Path) – the practice of directly cutting off afflictions, so that one can enter the path of liberation without intervals.

3. The path to liberation – the practice of liberating oneself from one's troubles, attaining truth, and attaining liberation.

4. The path of victory (also known as the path of victory) – after liberation, one goes further and performs the other special actions and completes liberation; or the practice of observation and observation to satisfy confusion.

All afflictions are cut off in the Infernal Dao, and in the fifteen hearts of the Seeing Dao, the eight forbearances belong to the Infernal Dao.

In addition, the confusion that is broken by the Tao of cultivation has nine qualities in each of the nine places, so the Infernal Dao that can be cured also has nine qualities.

The purpose of the Infernal Path is to cut off the seeds of confusion (to cut off the seeds of afflictions), and the purpose of the path to liberation is to attain the truth. Because the confusion of the Infernal Dao still has residual habits, when it comes to the path of liberation, the principle of extinction is abandoned, which is called the Broken Path of Infernal Affairs and the Path of Liberation.

The Jizo Bodhisattva Original Wish Sutra reads: If you are an equal generation, you should fall into the infernal hell, tens of billions of eons, and so on, and seek the infinite period" The Buddha said: There are three infernal periods, uninterrupted time, no emptiness, and no intermittent recipient. Those who commit the five sins of rebellion will fall into this realm forever and will suffer the ultimate inference. ”

"There is no time, there is no space, and there is no limit to karma, so the hell is also called 'infernal hell'."

- The Buddha of the Nirvana Sutra said: "Eternal immortality, and longevity is the great calamity in the infernal hell." ”

In the Buddhist scriptures and the Jade Calendar Treasure Notes, it is clearly stated that those who commit the following seventeen sins will be sent to the Infernal Hell after death: 1. Killing the father.

2. Killing mothers.

3. Kill an arhat: Kill a monk who has reached the realm of an arhat.

4. Out of the Buddha's body and blood: hurt the Buddha to the point of bleeding.

Now that the Buddha is no longer alive, it refers to destroying the statues of the Buddha, the Buddhas, the Great Arhats, and other sages with malice and hatred.

5. Breaking harmony and merging monks: It refers to spreading rumors, playing right and wrong, causing disputes, and eventually causing the ashram or group to fall apart.

6. Eating monks' things: eating the things of the monks with greed and stealing.

7. Buddha objects: use items for Buddha at will.

8. Breaking the bhikshu purification vows: instigating or instigating the bhikshu to break the precepts.

9. Committing a pure line of nuns: violating a bhikshuni.

10. One elaboration: refers to a person who does not have good roots, that is, we generally say that the heart is full of evil, and the thoughts and thoughts correspond to the evil perception and the ten negative karma, and such a person is a elaboration.

His thoughts and words are all evil, so he has no good roots.

11. Violating the laws and regulations formulated by the state, like the ten heinous evils, shall be punished by Ling Chi, beheading, hanging, shooting and other crimes.

These demon criminals were tortured in the hells of the previous temples before they were escorted to the main hall (the ninth hall) to be tortured.

12. Arson to a house, destroying other people's property and lives.

13. Establishing ideas, theories, methods, or groups that confuse others, or creating drugs that make people psychedelic or control the consciousness of others.

14. People who specialize in helping people have abortions.

15. Specialized in sexual crimes committed by young boys and girls, harming the physical and mental bodies of immature teenagers, or raping underage girls.

16. Draw pornographic pictures, books, and shoot pornographic films and television to disturb people's pure hearts; As a result, the scholar has no intention of learning, and the practitioner loses compassion; As a result, others will become ill, and everyone will be uneasy about the ethics of the right path.

17. Refining illegal drugs that are harmful to society, such as: all kinds of ** or abortion pills that make people lose their hearing, language ability and self-control.

There are five in the infernal world: one. Suffering sin day and night, to the point of calamity, there is no time, so it is called infinite.

Two. One person is also full, and many people are also full, so it is called infernal.

Three. Sin utensils, forks, rods, eagles, snakes, wolves, dogs, grinding and sawing, cutting and cutting woks, iron nets and iron ropes, iron donkeys and iron horses, raw leather and heads, hot iron pouring the body, hungry and swallowing iron pills, thirsty for iron juice, from the year to the tribulation, counting that by him, the suffering is connected, and there is no interruption, so it is called uninterrupted.

Four. Regardless of men and women, Qiang, Huyidi, old and young, noble, or dragon or god, or heaven or ghost, the sense of sin and karma, all receive it, so it is called infernal.

Five. If you fall into this prison, from the time you first enter it, to a hundred thousand eons, one day and one night, ten thousand deaths and ten thousand lives, you can't stay for a while, unless your karma is exhausted, you can be reborn, and this is continuous, so it is called infinite.
