Dry is the heaven for the garden, for the king, for the father. For jade, for gold. For the cold, for the ice. For the big red, for the good horse, for the old horse, for the barren horse, for the barge horse, for the wood fruit.

Kun is the earth, for the mother, for the cloth, for the kettle, for the stingy, for the even, for the son of the cow, for the big opinion, for the text, for the multitude, for the handle, and it is also black on the ground.

Qian, Kun, Kan, and Li can only be changed once, while Xun, Yin, Zhen, and Gen must be changed twice. That is, the words of women and villains often change, and this refers to the words spoken by women and villains, which repeatedly mean impermanence, so they often become trigrams; And the yang hexagram only changes once, just as the gentleman decides not to change, just as the gentleman has a word, every word is made, the horse is difficult to follow, and if you do what you decide, it will not change, this is the manifestation of the yang hexagram, which is different from the phenomenon of the negative hexagram.

The changes of the Xun, Yin, Zhen, and Gen hexagrams are relatively complex, and the Qian, Kun, and Kan hexagrams only need to be changed once, while the Xun, Yan, Zhen, and Gen hexagrams need to be changed twice to complete, and the Zhen hexagram is relative to the Xun hexagram, and the first hexagram of the earthquake hexagram becomes the Kun hexagram, and the Kun hexagram changes into the Gen hexagram if it moves the upper line, and the Xun hexagram changes into the Kan hexagram, and the Kan hexagram changes into the Kun hexagram when it moves the middle hexagram. The Gen hexagram and the hexagram are multiplied, and the Gen hexagram moves the first hexagram, then it is the departure hexagram, and then the middle hexagram is moved, that is, it becomes the Qian hexagram. The changes of the above four hexagrams, Xun, Gen, and Yan have to change twice, and the first change from Zhen, Xun, Gen, and Yan to the four hexagrams of Kun, Kan, Li, and Qian, because the four hexagrams of Kun, Kan, Li, and Qian are the Yang hexagrams, so if they change again, they will not change, and if they do not meet these four hexagrams, they must continue to change again. When you encounter the hexagram of Kun, Kan, Li, and Qian, it will stop if you change it again.

How to decide on the changes of Qian, Kun, Kan, Li, Zhen, Xun, Gen, and Yan Zhiyao is to first change according to the characteristics of each hexagram, while Qian, Kun and Kun take the middle line as the starting point. Because the positioning of heaven and earth is immovable (at the beginning) Qian and Kun are also parent hexagrams, and the subsequent changes will change according to different conditions, such as in the → of Qian, → Xun, the reason is that the middle line has been moved and is unavailable, and it has to be multiplied by the upper hexagram, so the first line is moved.
