Since the founding of the People's Republic of China, the Chinese People's Liberation Army has participated in 14 National Day military parades, and the parade parade was officially included in the queue regulations in 1964. However, this is the first time that a military parade has been organized on a non-National Day day, and it is of epoch-making significance.

Therefore, standing at the new starting point of the 70 th anniversary of the victory of the anti-fascist war, China will pay tribute to the souls of the heroes of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression in the form of a military parade, review the history of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, and at the same time tell the Japanese right-wing forces that history cannot be tampered with and that China will resolutely defend the victorious achievements of the World Anti-Fascist War.

Second, the military parade to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the victory in the anti-fascist war is an important means to demonstrate national strength and military might, enhance international influence, and stabilize regional security.

As a permanent member of the UN Security Council and a regional power, China must dare to speak out on key issues concerning its own and neighboring countries' development interests and resolutely resist the Cold War model that endangers peace and stability in the Asia-Pacific region.
