Also, the retribution of cause and effect is not to sow one and reap one, or sow ten to reap ten, but to plant like a farmer's cultivation, sowing a bucket of seeds in the spring and harvesting a hundred buckets of grain in the autumn, and the reward of cause and effect is like this.

In order for karma to ripen, it also needs to rely on the power of karma, just as a seed must be matured with the help of sunlight, wind and rain, soil, seasons, etc., before it can sprout, blossom, and bear fruit.

Obedience to bad habits is like when the rice matures, the grain is planted, and new rice is regenerated, and so on the cycle is implicated, and the fate is overlapping, and the bitter fruits of the future will be bred from these evils, which will surely be a thousand times more serious than the consequences of one bucket of seeds giving birth to a hundred buckets of millet. The bitter retribution that arises from this cannot be explained by analogy and calculation.

If we turn our hearts to good and sincerely change our ways, although we have planted the seeds of evil, but after doing good deeds, the seeds of evil will lack the karmic conditions to ripen, and as long as we cannot make the evil results ripen, we will not receive bad retribution, or the evil retribution will become lighter. Actually, it's the same thing about the karma of goodness and the ripening of other worldly karma.

In fact, as many kinds of evil deeds as there are people in the world, there are as many kinds of evil retribution as there are in hell, and the speed of retribution only depends on whether the conditions are ripe, and all kinds of evil retribution in hell will completely increase or decrease with the evil thoughts and evil deeds of people in the world, so as to repay the number of sins created.

The good and evil in the world are often cyclical, and the people of the world are blessed by doing good, and after they are blessed, they often create new evils, and evil deeds invite disasters, and so on and so on, and they will never end. Therefore, if we don't want to be liberated from this cycle of birth and death, then we will continue to be reincarnated like this forever, and we have to persuade the men and women of the world to develop the compassionate wisdom of Bodhi enlightenment, to strengthen their faith, to follow the right path of the Dharma, and to benefit themselves and others, then such people will definitely attain supreme enlightenment. ”

Then the Buddha then said, "If there is a good man and a good woman in the world, who can constantly stop their delusions between walking, living, sitting and lying down, and develop Bodhi compassion to persuade sentient beings who are related to him, so that everyone knows that they repent, learn the Dharma, have equal hearts and minds, and reach out to all sentient beings, then this person will surely achieve all kinds of wisdom."

That year, he went straight to the Buddha, and saw that many people were grinning at him and making strange appearances, as if asking him not to ask questions, but he didn't buy it that year, and he also learned from everyone's appearance, respectfully circled around the Buddha's lotus throne three times, and then prostrate on the ground, and asked: "May I ask the master Shakyamuni Buddha: Nanyan Futi, all sentient beings, the end of the Dharma is coming, many births are not good, the Three Jewels are not respected, parents are not valued, there are no three outlines, and the five Lun are chaotic. Poverty is lowly, and six roots are insufficient. Killing all day long, rich and poor, and unequal. What is the retribution? I hope that the world is merciful, and I am willing to explain them to my disciples one by one!"

The Buddha smiled and said, "Good! Wonderful! Thou shalt hear the truth, and I shall speak clearly for thee. All worlds, men, women, young and old, rich and poor, suffering endlessly, and enjoying endless blessings are all the retribution of cause and effect in previous lives. Why? First of all, we must honor our parents, respect the Three Jewels, and secondarily abstain from killing and releasing life, recite the Buddha and give alms, so that we can plant blessings for future generations. ”

Then he said as if he was talking to himself: "Wealth and wealth are all determined by fate, each cultivation cause in the previous life, and those who are held by someone will be blessed in the world." If you want to know the cause of the past life, the recipient of this life is, and if you want to know the effect of the future life, the author of this life is. Good men and women listen sincerely, listen to and recite the three world cause and effect scriptures. The cause and effect of the three worlds are not trivial, and the true words of the Buddha are not light. Why is he an official in this life, and he is a Buddha in his previous life. There is food and clothing, why is there tea and rice in the previous life. Why is there no food and no clothing, and I was reluctant to give up half a penny in my previous life. Some people write the Book of Cause and Effect, and generations of children and grandchildren are prosperous. Some people carry the Sutra of Cause and Effect, and the calamity does not come. Some people talk about the Sutra of Cause and Effect, and you will be wise in all lifetimes. Some people chant the Sutra of Cause and Effect, and they will be honored in the next life. Some people print the Cause and Effect Sutra, and wealth and glory report the next life. Some people bow to the Sutra of Cause and Effect, and everything is satisfied. Some people believe in the Sutra of Cause and Effect, and they are born with the Western Blissful Man. The cause and effect of the three worlds are inexhaustible, and the sky does not lose kind-hearted people. The public sent a wide range of persuasions and printed this passage to the auspicious star. One person passes on ten to hundred, and knows the cause and effect to be a good person"
