I'm slow, but I'm persistent!
When "The Ordinary" was just taking shape in my heart, I was a little excited. Pen & Fun & Pavilion www.biquge.info but excitement is excited, I still ponder and write little by little, at present, it seems that my early plot is paved, in the eyes of most people too slow. There is even some foreshadowing, which becomes a place that seems unreasonable.
I'm a book lover myself, and I've read a lot of novels. I am well aware of the slow progress in the early stage, but I will stick to it. (Looks like I'm a person who doesn't accept opinions, doesn't I?) But it's not. )
First of all, for the sake of the integrity of the whole book, I would rather have a slow progress in the early stage than wait until the plot unfolds to find that the previous foreshadowing is not enough, which leads to more loopholes.
Secondly, in some unreasonable details, I didn't handle it well, it was originally a small foreshadowing, and I didn't want to be discovered by careful readers. I've really reviewed that. I will be more careful in the future, and I dare not say that I will never do it again, but I will try to avoid it.
Third, the more foreshadowing you have in the early stage, won't you feel like there are a lot of speculations when you read it? Isn't one of the pleasures of reading a book just guessing? I don't want the book "The Ordinary Book" to make readers feel bored when they look at it, and they can always guess the follow-up development of the book, how can it be worthy of the readers? (Today's readers are so spicy!) As an author, how can you not fight with them? (*^__^*) hee hee ...... )
I like suspense, I like to slowly roll out the plot, and unveil the "mystery" little by little~ So, I'm slow, but I insist!
I hope you will be more patient with me! Thank you!
