Smell and see each other, think nothing, see everything. The habits of beginninglessness and ignorance are exhausted, and the ultimate perfection of the Buddha is attained.

"Six Links"

Therefore, in the early days, Buddhism was very easy to produce all kinds of magical powers.

Without physical confinement, the spirit and soul will be more active. And the manifestation of mental activity is actually what most people call supernatural powers.

Taoism is different, he also has Buddhism's method of cultivating only the soul, which is also called cultivating the spirit and cultivating the nature, and the result is the same as Buddhism.

Taoism also has a method of cultivating only the body, such as witchcraft and martial arts, which is called cultivating only life. It is not possible to live forever, and the physical body is prone to decay, which is not a good method of cultivation.

However, there are still some people in Taoism who believe that the body is a gift from their heavenly parents and are reluctant to abandon it.

These people work hard to cultivate spiritual power, cultivate their souls, cultivate their nature, and then use their spiritual power to promote the continuous evolution of their physical bodies and their lives; Or cultivate the body, and then use the powerful physical body to nourish the spiritual power, refine the gods, and achieve the purpose of promoting each other.

Finally, the constantly evolving physical body is used to store, accommodate, and nourish more and more powerful spiritual energy. This is the famous Taoist double cultivation of life.

Of course, there is a body that matches the soul, and the spiritual power or soul has a strong and stable container and back-up, so these people will be stronger than their peers who only practice the spirit.

The disadvantage is that they attach too much importance to the matching of spiritual power and physical body, and they are afraid that the physical body will be destroyed after the spiritual power leaves the body, and the supernatural power will appear late. They are also prone to conflicts such as exploding pills, body explosions, etc., because the spiritual power and the physical body are not synchronized, and the energy is unbalanced and mismatched.

In fact, there is a really best Jindan Avenue. It is to use heaven and earth as the furnace and the self as the medicine, refining a brilliant golden pill, so as to transcend the sainthood.
