The Truth About Office Death (Part II)
The ambulance took away the body, and the scene was filled with a cordon. A group of people in the office were stopped outside like headless flies, and there was a lot of discussion: "The deceased is 54 years old, your newspaper director, you found the body?" Tell me about the situation. Officer Xu picked up the notebook and sat with Duan Hui to sort out the analysis.
"It's me, when I went in, the room was very neat, and I couldn't find the place where the president fell without looking carefully, as for why I went to the office, I'll explain to you later, and besides, before you came, I called two colleagues to guard the scene, and no one touched anything on the scene." Duan Hui said calmly.
The officer stared at the young but accomplished man in front of him, and a trace of hesitation flashed in his eyes. "It is preliminarily presumed that the deceased died between eleven o'clock last night and one o'clock in the morning, what were you doing during that time?" Duan Hui raised his head and fluttered his eyes, "Sleep at home, in addition... No one has proven it. He replied calmly.
"Mr. Duan, you are very familiar with our door!" The officer laughed, "Because the industry I love has something to do with you!" Duan Hui's eyes flashed with a light called persistence.
"Officer, I want to know how our boss died, and what is the cause of death?" Duan Hui really couldn't suppress that impulse, and pressed the officer tightly.
"The preliminary identification was that he died in an accident. For you, we can't disclose it for the time being, you just need to know that this accident has ruined your monthly salary, and this is what you are concerned about. Officer Xu smiled and turned to leave.
"Officer Xu!" "What?" "Take me to the scene and I'm sure I can prove that it wasn't an accident! Please. Duan Hui stood up and looked at the officer firmly.
"Xiao Wang, you go and look carefully for the cabinets on both sides to see if there are any clues." Officer Boo ordered his subordinates to take Duan Hui to the scene. "I've looked for that cabinet, and there's nothing in it except for some drafts and documents." Duan Hui interrupted Officer Xu's words, and Officer Xu stared at Duan Hui in surprise and slightly angrily. "I have looked at the scene carefully, unlike the invasion of outsiders, and the preliminary speculation is that it was not done by outsiders." Duan Hui looked at the place where the president had fallen with a determined gaze.
He took out two gloves from his pocket and put them on, "Don't worry, officer, I let my two colleagues watch me, and I didn't let me put or take anything, it doesn't hinder the case, I wear gloves, and the things I took out for inspection are also put back in place, you don't have to worry about these." Duan Hui said calmly.
"So familiar with our case-handling methods, you are also a dangerous person, why don't you be a policeman?" Officer Xu looked at Duan Hui in surprise. "Not qualified." Duan Hui pinched his nose and replied softly.
The room was so neat, except for the table that was a little messy: overturned pen holders, scattered papers, and only a cleaner ashtray on top. There were no fingerprints to be found in the office, except for the president, Duan Hui's fingerprints that pushed the door closed this morning. "But I always feel like something is wrong, right?" Duan Hui looked at Officer Xu.
"It might look like an accident." Duan Hui said silently. "However, this was by no means an accident. Officer, is there a suspect? Duan Hui looked over his head at the corner of the office.
"There are two suspects. First: The deceased's son had an argument with the deceased last night at around 10 to 11 o'clock because of a family conflict, and it is said that the documents on the table were messed up at that time, and it is very suspicious. Officer Xu flipped through the transcript, and his serious work made Duan Hui look forward to his future even more.
"What about the second one?" Duan Hui sat on the chair and seriously rummaged through the drawers, "The second one is called Qin Hao, you should be familiar with it." Officer Xu lowered his head and looked at Duan Hui, slowly pronouncing out the name, Duan Hui raised his head suddenly, "Qin Hao? Didn't he go to the bar last night? There will be his certification there. Duan Hui stood up.
"The bartender at the bar drank some guests and saw that Qin Hao ran out drunk at ten o'clock last night, and returned to the bar around one o'clock in the morning today, and he did it during the time when he disappeared, which coincided with the time of the deceased's death, and I heard the deceased's secretary say that when she came to pick up the documents yesterday afternoon, she heard you and the deceased arguing." Officer Xu looked serious, "Qin Hao is still suspected of doing something to the deceased, and we have sent someone to find Qin Hao back." Officer Xu gently patted Duan Hui on the shoulder.
Officer Xu walked to the floor-to-ceiling window, looking at the vehicles coming and going downstairs, and a trace of grief flashed in his eyes. "Officer, I'm afraid the third suspect has also appeared..."The corners of Duan Hui's mouth turned up slightly, and Officer Xu turned his head and looked at the high-spirited young man in front of him, he seemed to see something. You mean, there's a third suspect? Duan Hui also followed to the window, his black eyes seemed to be lit with a raging fire, so bright and dazzling. To be precise, the biggest suspect is him..."
