At present, humans know almost nothing about the trivialities of birthmarks coming and going. Of the 49 cases that received medical reports, usually post-mortem reports, 43 of these cases were confirmed to be consistent with scars and birthmarks or birth defects.

There is no evidence that birthmarks or birth defects were falsified by parents or adults who reported the child's reincarnation.

Cases of congenital physiological defects are rare.

At the very least, some of the details of these cases, including birthmarks and birth defects, need some supernatural explanations.
