In terms of the objects that the six roots touch, they are called the six dusts, that is, all kinds of substances in physics. The colors and shapes seen by the root of the eyes, the sounds heard by the root of the ears, the smell of the nose, the taste tasted by the root of the tongue, the thickness of the body touched, the hot, cold, and slippery, etc., are called 'dharma' by the root of the mind—the extremely subtle and elusive things that ripple fingers are called the six dusts.

In terms of the judgment and memory generated by the contact of the six roots with the six dusts, it is called the six consciousnesses. If there are no six senses and only six roots and six dusts, then it is not a living person but a dead corpse, so the six senses are the manipulators of the six roots, and the six roots are the tools used by the six senses to contact the six dusts.

I said, "I'm still confused, so let's talk about how to put it down."

The wise man also said: Life is fearless, no matter good or bad, we face it calmly; There is no fear in life, no matter whether it is glorious and rich, low and poor, we are calm; When the fate comes, it gathers; If the fate is gone, it will be scattered. No matter how gathered and scattered, no matter whether it is noble or low, no matter whether it is honor or disgrace, no matter whether it is life or death. Watching the flowers bloom in front of the court, watching the clouds rise and fall in the sky, without thinking or worrying, this is to let go.

According to the philosophical viewpoint of the unity of contradictions, to let go is fundamentally to lift, and to put down and lift is one. Lovers who haven't seen each other for many years, enemies who once hated and couldn't be erased, if you revisit the past grievances and hatreds, and just smile indifferently, you will let go. If you can't put it down, you can't lift it. Billionaires are beggars, and princes will be imprisoned, and if they can talk about their past in the cell while begging, lightly, as if they are talking about others, they are letting go.

If a person lets go of everything, what can he have in life? Therefore, we should mention righteous thoughts, righteous actions, righteous words, righteous views, compassion, morality, good karma, and diligence.

Therefore, Buddhism tells people to let go, but after letting go, they must be able to lift it up. The Buddha says that people should be able to lift it, but when you bring it up, you must also be able to put it down. The biggest thing in life that you can't let go of is family, wife and daughter, family affection, wealth, etc., so people will always be burdened and hard. In people's hearts, hatred, jealousy, sorrow and distress are too heavy, and they should be let go. The axiom of responsibility, compassion and compassion, should be raised. When lifted, it can be raised; When you put it down, you can put it down.

Fame and wealth, let go; joys and sorrows, let go; Grievances and hatreds, let go; right and wrong, let go; Distinguish between good and evil, let go; Attachment to life and death, let go; Past, future, present, let go; Six dusts and six roots, put down; Greed, hatred, ignorance, slowness, let go; Everything in the universe, let go; Body, mind, let go. Then what you get is the wisdom of the Buddha. The freedom obtained is the great freedom; The liberation attained is ultimate nirvana.

If you understand it thoroughly and break it, you will be naturally liberated, and you will let it go without saying anything, and you will have let it go. When you realize that the motherly love of all animals in the world is great and sacred, and that it is no different from your own mother, you will have compassion and stop the evil thought of killing. After experiencing the torment of love and hatred, birth, old age, sickness and death, you will feel the illusion of love and the impermanence of life. After experiencing the ups and downs of officialdom and business, you will know that money and power are just things outside the body. When you experience death and brush shoulders with it, you will look down on life and understand the true meaning of happiness - just to live.

To be alive is to be happy, to be able to drink a glass of water when you are thirsty, to eat a bowl of rice when you are hungry, to walk with your legs when you go out, and to take care of yourself when urinating and urinating...... No pain in the body is a blessing, being able to eat and sleep is rich, and happiness is as simple as that. How many people walk without legs, how many people even have bad brains, how many people are sick, and they can't eat well and sleep well.

The fundamental law of life in the universe is the unity of contradictions and the cycle of cause and effect. That's the reason in the contradiction you live in, you also live in samsara, everyone in the world, everything is in cause and effect, we don't exist alone from cause and effect. Therefore, good is rewarded with good and evil is rewarded with evil, and your father is a good man, so he will naturally have his own blessings.

When life is at its strongest, it is not the time to persevere, but the time to let go. When you choose to free your hands, who else can take anything away from you? The three most powerful words in the world are: don't care. When you see that life is death and death is life, who can shackle you? For the lover who abandoned and betrayed him, you can finally let go of her, smile at her, and wish her happiness. For the friend who insulted and framed you, one day, you will hold his hand and greet him warmly: Are you okay? After a long time, everything is put down, and time will fade everything.
